First time I have ordered from Market Kebabs and I am really impressed. The food was pipping hot and fresh. The doner kebab had a lot of flavour and the chilli sauce was spot on!

They do great burgers and everything is cooked fresh. Always nice to us and friendly.

Food was okay, didn’t come with sauces or rice (as we’ve had from other take aways). Kids meal, nuggets and chips wasn’t great, I could have made it from frozen better myself. Wont order from here again.

Used this shop for years ,was always good food.Had a lamb Donna last night , uncooked and cold! Won’t be going back!

Worse food I have ever, ordered fish and chips. The batter on the fish and the mushed up fish inside was awful, can honestly say Tesco’s frozen breadcrumb fish and frozen chips are amazing in comparison that’s how bad. The burgers were not great either

£9 for a small kofta kebab which seemed dear but when it arrived, it literally was micro small. A tiny pita bread with two thin kebabs. Description should have said this is either a child’s meal or for a Hobbit. Absolutely ripped off… for £9 could’ve had better value at McDonald’s.

Burgers were dry, no sauce in either. Don’t know how you can serve that to customers. Could have at least added lettuce and mayo as standard. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Chicken extremely dry/old. Burger also completely plain, not mentioned in the menue. No salt sachets, No tissues. Very disappointing. Over priced for the quality of food. Poor quality.

If I could give it 0 stars I would the kebab was flavourless and dry chips tasted like they’d been sat there for years,my friend then got food poisoning after eating from here an ambulance had to be called and everything

Worst donner wrap I've ever had. 2 bites and the rest of the meat went in the bin. Been coming here for 20 years. Alway wrote good reviews in the past. Went away for 7 months, and now I'll have to find somewhere else to go. The donner meat was cold, dry and like cardboard. Although I imagine cardboard would have more taste. This is possibly the only time ive ever opened a kebab and just eaten the salad. Let me know when you've stopped buying the cheapest donner you can get your hands on and I may return. You can definitely afford it now that you've raised all your prices

Have used Market Kebabs for years but not sure what's changed. Chef, management or supplier, but Kebabs were definitely not to the standard we are used to. No flavour, meat was unpleasant. Asked for no chillies, picked out 6. Very disappointed today.

Small portion, meat cardboard literally ask them to cut fresh one they refused only meat from pot hard soggy of oil. The worst ever kebab and overpriced

Simple kebab nothing great bland meat cold chips and very expensive for what it is.often wrong order mistakes wrong ingrediends or missing drink. A scam meal

2 stars is a little generous but my chips were hot at least, kebab was awful though, virtually cold and the meat was dried out and almost inedible, I've had good food from here before but my recent experience has put me off ordering from here again. awful

Grim. Delivery driver Clayton arrived late and food was burst all over eachother like someone had dropped it a few times. Also found 2 thick hairs in the chips.

Just had kebab from here, first time used delivery. I ordered a chicken doner, but got a lamb doner. Pitta breads didn't even seem cooked, the quarter pounder with cheese, had the smallest bit of cheese ever. Won't be having this again

Really nice Shish Kebab, good size perfectly cooked chunks of soft lamb, my wife had a doner & said it was one of the nicest she’s had. Delivered on time as well. Definitely my go to kebab shop in Waltham Abbey now.

The food is so tasty, it's my number one place to go when I want proper kebab. I strongly suggest that you try the lamb donner and the burgers, my favourites.

My wife just brought me a kebab my dog wouldn't even eat it must of been sitting in that pot for hours I feel sick

Dont bother going to Market Kebabs the food was cold, raw chips, soggy chicken Nuggets, the pitta bread was not even toasted and they also forgot the drinks when we phoned to mention this he wasn't even interested. I won't be going there again what a waste of money.

Absolutely fuming with what has just happened !! I ordered 2 small chicken Shish one with chips and one with rice, they charged me 19.60 for all of it which I thought was disgusting !!! My partner then called them and pretended to order the same for them to say 14.50 !! Do not go here !!! Also when I said to them it was expensive one of them turns around to me and said “life is expensive” !!! NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!!

Disgusting service, served 6 people who came in after me. Arguably racist as they prioritized Turkish customers. Arrogant as they asked me to pay for food before they started cooking it whilst asking everyone else upon collection. Such a shame as they used to serve such a nice kebab, but tonight presented me with some of the worst service I've ever seen in my life. Honestly don't waste your time when kebab shops like Mumma Mia in Holdbrook are better anyway

THE WORST DELIVERY EVER. NOT ONLY WAS HALF MY ORDER MISSING, **** UNCOOKED CHICKEN SHISH**** JELLY CHICKEN, wasn’t cooked. Soggy pitta bread, ashamed these people are also Mediterranean like me, can’t even cook chicken properly - what an embarrassment. 9/10 always forgets requested drink... I won’t be returning to market kebabs and it is a massive shame. I now have an upset stomach, MARKET KEBABS please learn some new customer service skills, learn how to cook your meat through before Boxing it up, please do not let your kebabs rest on the side until ready to send off - nobody wants to have a soggy pitta. STOP using boiled rice packets. It’s disgusting . Won’t be returning.

Always used market special used to b £14.50 had a menu put through the door which said the market special gone upto £15 just ordered one was charged £17 with a new menu which said with rice £20 will NEVER use them again to be charged £17 and not informed when we phoned it was £17 and didnt get chilli peppers we asked for

I ordered 2 large chips 1 with burger sauce and 1 just plain THE CHEEK FROM THE DELIVER WAS DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH GOOD PLACE, AND THATS NOT ALL I LOOK IN MY CHIPS THERS NO QUAILT PUT INTO THE CHOPS IT WAS SO MESSY AND JUST SLAPPED ON WAS APPLING

There is absolutely no love put into the food. I would drive to another shop rather than walk to this one.
