You have sent me a fillet burger box meal i ordered a tower burger meal????

This was the best chicken I have ever had in my life;it was so good.

Didn’t take any note of the restaurant notes I left on the order and not for the first time.

Food was barely warm and gravy was cold

Didn’t receive my order. Requested a refund but was denied one as was told it had been left in a safe space. No sign of this on ring doorbell and nobody rung the doorbell.

Missing items no one answers phone

The worse KFC there is, no question about it. Cold, soggy chips, late… I don’t even know how this place can exist.

ordered a delivery for 1pm at 11:30am, order arrived a 13:45. food stone cold, can of coke pretty warm. shocking

Pre ordered at 4pm for a 6.10pm delivery time for a group of staff on their break on New Year’s Eve before the evening started. Order didn’t arrive. Time kept going up and up. KFC phone constantly ringing no answer. Eventually spoke to the driver who said she was lost as there was no address. Which there was. She eventually arrived at 6.50pm with an order which wasn’t mine. I ordered £50 worth of food and she tried to give me one small meal in a tiny bag and say this was my order. Awful service

Don’t order from KFC online unless you want half your order missing . We called twice, but they pick up the phone. Had to get into the car, drive there, show them the receipt, told them half my order was missing (bearing in mind a paid £50) only to be told it was half an hour ago so thats tough. Of course I wasn’t going to let that slide and they did give me the rest of my order in the end. But this also happened the last time we ordered through the app. Will not be ordering from KFC again.

All the food is cold and stale I am very un happy I don’t even want to eat it I waited a very long time for it to turn up cold

They were well early and order was hot , been ordering at this KFC for a few months and they’ve never let me down definitely will keep ordering here and will recommend 💯

I placed my order at 21:42 and it only arrived at 23:05, the hot wings were not battered properly, they had no taste and were dry as though they had been sitting all day and deap fried again, the chips were soggy and dry, the chicken pieces were dry and tasteless, the only thing that had any taste was the gravy and the chicken tenders. Very disappointed with my order and feel that a refund should be offered, very poor quality.

Absolute joke , stone cold , half the order missing , dont answer phone , after going to the restaurant and arguing , still denies im wrong and basically said delivery driver must of stole it , from my sealed unopened bag …

Ordered food over 3 hours ago and still not received. Just now (after 3 hours) received an update that says delivered (it hasn't). No answer on the restaurant phone. Save yourself some stress and order elsewhere. Will never order here again.

every time I order KFC there is always 1 item missing from my order

Ordered family bucket for delivery came with 0 chips even when it’s meant to have 4 portions of chips. Refund is very difficult also how can you forget to add the chips ridiculous company completely waste of money

was supposed to be in buckets but was squashed in bags. and two deliveries in front of a £30 order was not acceptable after paying a £5.00 delivery charge.

The delivery was not made, eventhough it is marked as delivered.

Strange, delivery address was correct. Driver turned up but said that the delivery was elsewhere and he had the food but caused an issue about being about to finish the delivery due to the other address.

Terrible fries, burger not tasty

Usually this brunch is good but today I ordered from just eat and the chicken had raw guts left inside the pieces. It came late and cold and my dip was missing too I just hope to god I don’t get food poisoning

Not terrible but not great, the portion sizes are ridiculously small we spend £76 on 6 box meals and the boxes where practically empty

I got the wrong order from a very impolite, incompetent, unhelpful driver. Been calling the shop for nearly an hour with no response. Utterly useless, lazy, and unprofessional establishment. I demand a full refund and compensation for having my time and money wasted, while having someone else's order.

Shake delivery driver wouldn’t even get out his car

50 minutes to prep and deliver cold fries and 6 chicken popcorn pieces is a bit of a stretch. Understandably the shop is busy however the minimum expectation is for the food to at least be warm. The driver going the long way around didn’t help either

This KFC runs out of chicken every Friday and Saturday night you can't get delivery via Just Eat or Uber Eats. Other things are available like burgers etc but not original recipe chicken. Needs to improve.

everything's just ight the staff usually nice too, it's just the chips that are a problem to me - never seasoned, not even a slight bit of salt lol. there was one time where i've gotten my chips seasoned nicely with some spices and salt, but all the other times they just taste blunt

Horrible place, Uber eats decided to give me someone else’s order and KFC wouldn’t pick up the phone after 2 hours of calling appaling.

Usually always give KFC 5* but disappointed today. Chips were in open paper bag instead of usual box. One entire portion chips ended up in bottom of delivery bag and against a cold can drink resulting in cold chips.

Delivery person was polite and friendly. They delivered fast and with care :)

Driver was at the wrong address for 10 minutes while the food was going cold and blamed it on the sat-nav and when he did arrive he stood the food bags on the seat of his bike while he was asking me to find his next drop while the food was getting colder...... piss poor service, and now nobody wants to answer the phone, DO NOT BUY FROM LOUGHTON KFC!!!! Simply awful! I ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken with a large portion of beans. Six pieces of undercooked chicken arrived with a side of gravy. I tried to ring back through the app with no response or recourse. I will be asking American Express to refund my money.

Honestly the worst kfc I've ever had. quality has gone waaaay down, the chips were soggy, the wings are mostly batter there's hardly any meat, the sweetcorn waterlogged! and to top it off they forgot my pepsi bottle...seriously not happy. Tried calling the restaurant but no one ever picks up, so frustrating...this is supposed to be a treat for the family but was a complete waste of money.
