KFC in Epping Forest

Usually this brunch is good but today I ordered from just eat and the chicken had raw guts left inside the pieces. It came late and cold and my dip was missing too I just hope to god I don’t get food poisoning

This KFC runs out of chicken every Friday and Saturday night you can't get delivery via Just Eat or Uber Eats. Other things are available like burgers etc but not original recipe chicken. Needs to improve.

Bro, they close at 11 pm but there's no eating inside since like 8 pm. What's even the point of you then?

everything's just ight the staff usually nice too, it's just the chips that are a problem to me - never seasoned, not even a slight bit of salt lol. there was one time where i've gotten my chips seasoned nicely with some spices and salt, but all the other times they just taste blunt

Missing piece of chicken ...typical. Why do I always believe JustEat can fulfill a simple order?

Horrible place, Uber eats decided to give me someone else’s order and KFC wouldn’t pick up the phone after 2 hours of calling appaling.

Usually always give KFC 5* but disappointed today. Chips were in open paper bag instead of usual box. One entire portion chips ended up in bottom of delivery bag and against a cold can drink resulting in cold chips.

Delivery person was polite and friendly. They delivered fast and with care :)

Chips were plain and not seasoned, burgers were great.

Driver was at the wrong address for 10 minutes while the food was going cold and blamed it on the sat-nav and when he did arrive he stood the food bags on the seat of his bike while he was asking me to find his next drop while the food was getting colder...... piss poor service, and now nobody wants to answer the phone, DO NOT BUY FROM LOUGHTON KFC!!!! Poor quality food and poor service Very unhappy 😒

the hash brown in the tower meal was really burnt so was unable to eat it

Chicken wings were tiny and overall quality of the chicken burger wasn't good today sorry.

I was given a hot wing instead of an original piece of chicken.

The food was terrible. There were too much spices in the fried chicken, and the batter on the chicken was not up to standard. I have to say it is the worst KFC I have ever had.

Got the complete wrong order and they wouldn’t pick up the phone to rectify. Had to re order another meal for my son so have had to pay twice!

Simply awful! I ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken with a large portion of beans. Six pieces of undercooked chicken arrived with a side of gravy. I tried to ring back through the app with no response or recourse. I will be asking American Express to refund my money.

Honestly the worst kfc I've ever had. quality has gone waaaay down, the chips were soggy, the wings are mostly batter there's hardly any meat, the sweetcorn waterlogged! and to top it off they forgot my pepsi bottle...seriously not happy. Tried calling the restaurant but no one ever picks up, so frustrating...this is supposed to be a treat for the family but was a complete waste of money.

I ordered my food at 12:14, the food arrived at 13:25 which was well beyond my own lunch period. I'm now unable to have lunch and 5he food is cold. Very unhappy

delivery time kept getting pushed back, when food arrived we were missing a meal, tried calling the restaurant multiple times and got no answer. Not happy with the service.

Never got the food but restaurant said it was delivered. I called the restaurant 18 times, no one bothered to answer. I want a refund.

Delivery driver didn't really explain how he could help buy basically the restaurant had not packed the full order. First time I'd used delivery with KFC and pretty disappointed. Won't be doing so again.

When the tracking said that the driver was on it's way, it took 45 minutes from then and the restaurant is only 3 miles away!! I doubt i'll use Just Eat again...

Really rude service always asking for cash and not honouring offers when you visit the shop in person Things are always missing. Make sure you check your order before you leave the shop.

Order didnt turn up driver run off with food .....I worked in places that does delivery you lot need to make sure your drivers are accepting the order on there app instead of just giving it to them never ordering again from here always happens from this specific area

The only thing that annoyed me is that I ordered garlic mayos and got every single dip apart from that one . Next time I hope they have a more attention to detail as it did have a huge negative impact on my experience as that is the only dip me or my family have . I was going to phone the Loughton branch but by the time they would be able to get them to us our food would have been cold so we didn’t bother. We love KFC but every time we order online something is always wrong!. I truly think that

Delivery person did not bother ringing the bell or knocking on the door. Only realised the food had been delivered when I checked on the App. It’s cold and rainy, they just left it on the doorstep. The food would have been good if it not been left outside in the cold for 10mins.

Started a refund which will be responded to within seven days but this does not help when people have been sitting waiting for it to be delivered only for some people to eat. Wouldn’t mind if this was a one off but it has happened multiple times now

Chicken is good, gravy could do with being a bit thicker. The biggest letdown are their chips, they are ALWAYS undercooked
