Their chicken has too much salty

I have used Marios for kebabs and burgers for over 15 years. The staff I consider as friends. Thier food has never let me down.

I've been a loyal customer of this pizza place for the past five years, consistently ordering from them and recommending them to others. However, after my most recent order, I am beyond disappointed with how they handled the situation. I ordered my usual pizza, but when it arrived, it was noticeably smaller than what I've received in the past. I thought maybe it was an oversight, so l politely reached out to address the issue, even offering to pay for a larger pizza if needed. Instead of being met with understanding or an effort to resolve the issue, I was told that I could no longer order from the restaurant. As someone who has spent years supporting this business, I never expected to be banned for simply pointing out a problem. To treat a loyal customer this way over a reasonable complaint is beyond frustrating. The lack of respect and basic customer service is shocking, and I won't be returning after this. It's a shame to see a once-good establishment

If you fancy a charcoal burger,proper blackened this is the place,there soggy chips are out of this world,im done ordering anything from you ever again absolutely horrible!

Only complaint. I’m a full time carer so to know where my delivery is, is helpful to answer the door. BUT. Delivery blokey didn’t use the bell and gently knocked on the door. So all good. Just not knowing is (for me personally) a little stressful. food good! Same as it always has been! Especially ordering on my way home and collecting from work as I worked virtually opposite for seven years!

I have been ordering from Marios for ages, it’s always banging try the pizza and kebab the best in Cardiff. I ask them for no cucumber and they have never missed that. Food always arrives on time and nice and warm thanks guys

Worst food I’ve ever had, black curly pube in food. Avoid, rudest restaurant people I’ve ever spoke to. Food was inedible even though without the hair

Quick delivery and piping hot food can't fault it

Food was pretty disappointing overall. Kebab wrap was freezing cold and didn’t taste right, didn’t eat any of it so that was a waste of money. Potato wedges were the complete opposite; boiling hot and yummy! Food did come early which I thought was good at the time, but because the wrap was so cold maybe next time they should take a bit more time to make sure the food is actually warm before they send it out!

I asked for garlic mayo and they put MINT SAUCE ON MY KEBAB

For the price that was awful it went in the bin

Hands down the best kebab I have ever had 5 stars, not said lightly.

A good experience on ordering first from Mario’s Pizza. The only issue were small amount of toppings on the pizzas and the portions of chips was very small. Even if the two portions of chips were combined into one it wouldn’t make a decent portion of chips! So but disappointed in these issues, otherwise a good experience!

The food was great. Very tasty. It was also delivered very well with a friendly delivery driver. Would happily use them again.

Really good pizza, easily a 7 or 8 out of 10, only thing would be it felt a little undercooked but still very enjoyable. Far better than Domino's for value and quantity of what you get. The onion rings could've used a bit of pepper and salt on them. Highly recommend.

Food would of been okay, but either the Doner Chicken, or The Garlic Sauce was very lemony and I hate lemon unfortunately so it ruined the whole meal for me, it's a shame.

Ordered two kebabs today, it wasn't edible. It actually was stinky, the chicken smelled like it's gone of, disgusting kebabs I spend 28 £ on it. Pure joke, fix your hygiene rating and don't sell smelly food, it's obvious if chicken is slimy or smelly it's a no go, you sold me stinky disgusting two mixed kebabs at 12:40am I made order from Cardiff via uber eats to cf5 , it was disgusting. I don't recommend it ,honestly , what tha heck was that ?

Ordered a large and was the same size as the small I had ordered before.

burgers a little overcooked but otherwise good . enjoyed the pizzas , perfectly cooked with a good variety of toppings. arrived hot and fresh , delivery guy was friendly. will definitely order again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Tried ordering twice on Uber eats but they cancelled both times. Just close your restaurant early on the delivery platforms if you have no intention of serving guests

Food was okay, but for the price I was expecting something alot nicer. The Kabab meat was extremely greasy and the pita bread was almost translucent with oil. I probably wouldn't order the kabab again if I am being honest just based on the portion wasn't the biggest and the amount of oil would leave you feeling very heavy. The Pizza all in all wasn't to bad the dough was fair and cooked pretty well, the chicken cubes on the pizza were bog standard, I didn't taste the garlic in the garlic chicken unfortunately and the olives had no taste at all. unfortunately my pizza didnt have the right toppings on as it was missing the mushroom and the sweetcorn was pretty hard to mess up. The cheese had a very weird taste it tasted like chedder even though it only had mozzarella on. I probably wouldn't have the pizza again either as there was just something so weird about the cheese. I'd say the rolypoly was probably the best, even though once again very greasy it would be okay to have once in a while as the portion isn't huge and the bread used soaked up alot of excess oil. I gave it a 2/5.for the delivery driver, seamed friendly enough and the other point was for the rolypoly, I don't know if they were just having an off night when I tried this place and if it wasn't for the 40% off deal they had running I would never of paid nearly £40 for that order.

I never received my food. Even after trying to call the restaurant I did not get an answer, I would really appreciate a refund.

Don’t do it. No flavour, and food was cold

Food was great however we ordered a pizza and we got one free great we ordered chips and chucked strips and vianetta that came to £41 something and the offer was 30%off when you spent £40. We only got £4.10 discount so watch the offers guys. 30% of 41 is more like £12.30 discount.

Wait time of over an hour for delivery. Food was nice but arrived freezing cold. It hadn't sweated in the containers which means the food wasn't hot when it was boxed up. Every item had to be reheated which sort of defies the point of a takeaway

Lovely meal actually , was anxious ordering a kebab grom a new place because I’m fussy with meat. Wish the chips were crunchy and not soggy and only complaint with kebab was I didn’t get no jalapeños an I love them

Didn’t receive any food at all which was extremely frustrating, I expect a full refund with no complications as I’ve paid for food which I haven’t even received. Utter disgrace, I’ve just looked on Google as well and it says that this restaurant is closed, so which is it can I order food or is it closed. Absolutely ridiculous

I'm sharing my review as my daughter is still being ill as we speak , I advise nobody to eat at this takeaway , after my daughter bought a kebab from this so called takeaway on Saturday evening my daughter has come down with food poisoning, I advise nobody to eat here and I will be reporting them to food standards

Late delivery (it was a Friday night, but 1 ½ hours for pizza and chips is a bit much). Pizza good, chips old and none of it is sitting well the next morning.

I received the wrong desserts. I requested the chocolate cakes and instead received gateau, this was not the option I selected

Because the driver drove with the windows open and the bag open our food was cold .

Fries were awful, threw them in the bin & the 1 s in the childs meal were the same, the childs burger was ok & pizza was ok aswell but for the price with un-edible chips will not be ordering from there again.

Long delivery time and the food was absolutely appaling, i was ill the next day with the runs, the lettuce on my burger was brown like its been left out in the open for days unfresh.. the burger bap was soaking wet soggy to the point it was falling apart. Even the breadcrums on the chicken burger patty wer soggy what did you do run my burger under the tap?, the chips where soggy and went straight in the bin along with the burger the only thing i could stomach was the onion rings and even they made me ill i was so hungry i had to stomach them, this place should be illegal

Driver didn’t give me change so ended up paying more for the food than I had too. Won’t be ordering again. Chips were also cold and not edible.

The pizzza was fine, the chips were absolutely soggy, they could’ve been fresh and I think the price is a bit expensive for a meal that’s for one person. Overall didn’t have a problem with the delivery time

Lovely food, delicious pizza without having an overpowering tomato base, lovely fries and really tasty mushrooms (even nicer as they were in a paper bag and crispy). Everything was delivered boiling hot and no items missing. The restaurant also followed my request to swap to a sugar free drink as it was not an option on my meal deal. The reason for one less star is the garlic dip is actually a mint yogurt taste and I really dislike mint. I had a vegetarian meal so I can't comment on any meat items. From my experience I'd recommend this takeaway.
