pizza and kebab both cold and no bbq taste to the pizza either. very poor.

Great food and great delivery driver

Food was cold when it eventually arrived. Was an hour late to what they said it was going to be. Disappointed as Iv used these many a times but last few times have been poor.

My order was never delivered. I won’t like a refund please

Our food never arrived. We phoned to check on an ETA, was advised food was on route (10 minute drive). After an hour, no food arrived- we then phoned again, to an awful reception, was advised the order is being cancelled and the phone was then hung up. Refund requested then refused. No food and awful service. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

We ordered chicken kebab. Generous portion but the chicken was not freshly grilled. It was dry and tough. Unfortunately won’t order from Marinara again.

I would give 5 stars but this is the second time a part of the order was missing and this is getting quite regular now. We might need to start looking at other restaurants if this keeps happening and disappointing as we are regular customers.

Worst lamb shish kebab I've ever had! The lamb was dreadful, shop tried to cover up rubbish meat with too much chilli sauce. AVOID!

Myself and others got food poisoning from the kebabs, lasting over a week, had to take a week off work, very painful. Think the food hygiene rating may need checking out. Will be reporting further Edit- I have reported to food hygiene council

Ordered from here many many times as it’s our local place, food has always been great no complaints prior. However on Saturday night me and my family got together (4 different house holds) 1 person from each house who all seemed to eat lamb had severe upset stomach & vomiting by Monday which lasted days. The only common thing was the kebab we had. Could only be food poisoning as it hasn’t spread throughout the houses. Called to inform wasn’t really apologetic or anything just said ‘we’ve never had a call like this before’.

Kebabs were tasty but unfortunately came with the side effect of either food poisoning or bacteria causing illness. Several affected. Thanks a lot.

Always good food just don't order through just eat as you get charged 10% of your order total to a max of £2.49 so it costs me £2.49 each time I order for my family, do your wallet a favour and call Marinara's direct and stop paying a ludicrous charge!!! Perhaps just eat would like to give me back my money?

Fast delivery, delivered piping hot and very tasty. However, amazingly expensive, £30 for a wrap, chicken kabab, chips and a salad is crazy.! (Yes i know I didn’t have to order from here but we’d just got back from London and were hangry) as much as I thought the food was great, I wouldn’t order from here again due to the price.

Shish meat burnt and didn't taste nice

Food was great as always. But the last two times now we have ordered over £30. You advertise "spend over £30 and get a free garlic bread" yet no garl8c bread. This part is very poor.

Used to be good. Meat is so dry it's not even edible freshly carved apparently. Meat is shocking.
