Marinara in Broadland

Myself and others got food poisoning from the kebabs, lasting over a week, had to take a week off work, very painful. Think the food hygiene rating may need checking out. Will be reporting further Edit- I have reported to food hygiene council

Ordered from here many many times as it’s our local place, food has always been great no complaints prior. However on Saturday night me and my family got together (4 different house holds) 1 person from each house who all seemed to eat lamb had severe upset stomach & vomiting by Monday which lasted days. The only common thing was the kebab we had. Could only be food poisoning as it hasn’t spread throughout the houses. Called to inform wasn’t really apologetic or anything just said ‘we’ve never had a call like this before’.

Kebabs were tasty but unfortunately came with the side effect of either food poisoning or bacteria causing illness. Several affected. Thanks a lot.

Fast delivery, delivered piping hot and very tasty. However, amazingly expensive, £30 for a wrap, chicken kabab, chips and a salad is crazy.! (Yes i know I didn’t have to order from here but we’d just got back from London and were hangry) as much as I thought the food was great, I wouldn’t order from here again due to the price.

Food was great as always. But the last two times now we have ordered over £30. You advertise "spend over £30 and get a free garlic bread" yet no garl8c bread. This part is very poor.

Salad and pitta with kebab not quite as fresh as normal. Also pizza could of done wih more tomato on baseP pineapple on vegetarian pizza is abit odd.

Amazing, one of the best kebab places ever! Although you have to wait 10-20mins for your order it’s well worth the wait!!! So many orders and people coming in and I understand why. Definitely give this place a try!!!!

Used to be good. Meat is so dry it's not even edible freshly carved apparently. Meat is shocking.

I’m afraid my chicken wrap, the chicken was stone cold! Where’s the other meat items in my order were hot, according to those who had it. Which I could see their food was actual served hot!

Doner meat and chips arrived without the sauce and was cold, the chicken kebab has shrunk in size and we order once a week, very disappointing very little salad and very little mayonnaise definitely standard has dropped this week

Food is cold. Said it was delivered in the App and then arrived 10 minutes later. Nothing in the order was remotely warm.

Appalling set ire and cold food. Phoned the ‘restaurant’ who said my order has “already left mate” and over half an hour later still wasn’t here. I ordered a kids meal and my child had gone to bed by the time it turned up an hour later. Won’t be using Marinara (or Just Ear) again - no apology it was an hour late just fobbed off with ‘we’re busier than usual’. Go elsewhere.

Chicken not good tonight although I’ve ordered for a long time and it’s previously always been lovely. Hope they go back to usual quality again.

Love the food and always order here. But, waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery when 35-50mins was stated on the order is unacceptable. Dont normally have this issue with this restaurant so hope its just a one off.

Shocking in every way! Food awful, cold and hour and half late! Customer service also shocking referring to me as “mate” and then hanging up on me when I complained… food in bin! Awaiting refund that I doubt will ever happen. AVOID

Ordered at 7.45- food came just before 9.30pm. Delivery driver rang my door bell 6x back to back in a couple seconds- woke up my child. Not necessarily to ring so many times. Bad delivery driver.

Ordered 2 pizzas and onion rings. Pizzas were okay but not the best. The base is like something you would get in the supermarket. 3/10

I have tried a number of places near where I live and by far the marina is the best quality and price for pizza, chips, burgers and kebabs. I especially love there burger sauce, it tastes nothing like burger sauce but it's amazing 😍

Delivery driver got caught up in an accident on the road so he was delayed by half an hour but he made it hear as fast as possible and food was still hot and delicious as always thank you very much.

Food was amazing! Pizza was incredible and arrived warm but not piping which is why one star deduction. Chips were nice and crispy not like the gross normal floppy chips you get from kebab places.

First Marinara of 2024. Marvellous from Marinara, order placed and left delivery set to "as soon as possible" order arrived 5 minutes earlier than the generated delivery window. Food was superb, very hot and delicious.
