Do not try this place! Staff rude and food disgusting! First and last time for me!

I didn't get the pepperoni stuffed crust

Food was 2 hours late, waited 2 hours for luke warm pizzas.

we ordered a large pepperoni parmesan and a medium parmesan

Food arrived after 2 hours. Was stone cold. Tried to contact them multiple times and had no response and delivery driver said oh well basically, literally awful

Called up to chase my Order and was lied to for a further hour saying it’s out for delivery! Foods turned up freezing and the chips are stale

Really poor takeaway new to Barry had many takeaways nothing like this Kept making excuse after excuse delivery took 2 hours not good

Do not order from here.. absolutely pointless! They do not answer their phone and ordered an hour and 30 minutes ago!! Still no food delivery. No answer from them, money grabbing people. Avoid! Stay away.

If I could rate it lower I would. Food arrived 2 hours late . Had apparently been out for delivery for 40 minutes but when the driver showed up appearing half cut and mounted the' curb he'd claimed to have only just picked up the order . Food was cold and pizza was hard . Would not recommend and would definitely not order again .

I phone them twice after it was late and lied to on both occasions saying it had just left store food was cold, the customer service is disgusting I wouldn’t mind if it was late but the fact I was lied to on both occasion and 45 mins late

Expect a long wait. Got home from work and decided to order food and thought it would be easier than cooking. Little did I know it would take over 2 hours to arrive... after 2 hours went by i called to ask where it was and it arrived 20 minutes later, seems cash customers are forgotten about until you phone asking where your food is...OK food was hot and fresh but not worth the wait.

I asked for no salt vinegar on the chips but they put it on.

The food was delicious.Fresh. Will definitely order again. The food did arrive a little late& the JE app said it had been delivered but i think that was inaccurate.I phoned the shop but the driver turned up as i was on the phone. He was really Lovely

At 2 1/2 hours from ordering I still got very little confirmation my food was arriving. It completely spoilt my valuable night with my children and I even order Dominoes in the meantime that delivered quicker.

the kebab only had 4 bits of chicken and little sause and very little salad and the burger came with none of the salad on it over all not worth the money

the kebab had no flavour, full of bone and grissel and the lettuce was browner than the kebab meat, never again 90% of it went in the bin.

Ordered food from here 12th January 2024 , food turned up after an hour and 20 mins no probs , but kebab meat all cold and 100% was from yesterday , chips were burnt and hard to eat , don't really expect that being 5pm opening time....many takeaways in Barry you would think custom was a thing they would want to keep. Won't be returning and this is my go to place...

Make sure you check the amount before you tap your card. My total was £21.99, they tried to scam me by putting £25 on the card machine. Disgusting. And highly illegal.

Couldn't select below 1 star or would have. Food came luke warm and looked like it was left over from someone else's order who didn't want it. Why put ingredients to chose from and never appear in your kebab or meal. Don't chose sweetcorn you will never get it, no coleslaw attitude in management when you call disgusting and condescending

Absolute shambles, ordered at 8 o'clock last night and got my food gone 10, DO NOT GO HERE, the Donna kebab was dry and cold and tasteless, spent 23 quid on food and it was barely warm and horrible and took 2 hours to arrive, can't be bothered to complain because we've complained before and always get the same answer from the rude guy that works there

So hit and miss this place, waited two hour sforza delivery last night, food arrived and order was wrong, called up and the guy didn't care whatsoever, he said yeah next time we will get it right......doesn't really help me this time does it lol, not polite or apologetic in the slightest, 20 quid wasted

Bit gutted tonight. Staff friendly and never usually have a problem. But the chips were awful and the bacon.. Not sure you can call it bacon! Was too difficult to chew and didnt taste nice and burger just fell aprart :( £4 extra for bacon and cheese for 2 burgers too just wasnt worth it. So stick with the basics..

Genuinely don’t understand how this place isn’t a 5* we always order from them and it’s never disappointing. Last order been delivered 40 mins earlier and special request for pizza was made to the highest standard. Thank you so much.

Don’t get me wrong food is nice but driving me mad there getting the order wrong even no it’s there in front of them online happened more then once lost me as a customer sorry but you pay your money and you expect to get what you ordered someone don’t care and not doing there job and not checking

Food was over an hour late, missing parts of Order and found bones in our food and once I rang the shop I got told there is nothing they could do about it and called me a lier !!! Will not be ordering from here again and absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!

Chips from a meal deal were missing, chicken bones were in the kebab, delivery was over 1 hr late and food was freezing cold. Contacted the restaurant and was told the chicken is delivered pre packed and bones are expected to be present. No refund, No Redelivery and rubbish customer service !!

I have a half ponder burger last night and I've been violently ill

Just had one of the tastiest kebabs I've had in a long while. Meat was soft, bread was soft which I find is a rarity, lovely fresh salad and nice bbq sauce and was delivered in good time and hot. Will definitely order again

Ordered a cheese and tomato pizza. Food arrived late and I received a cheesy garlic bread instead of the pizza and I’ve tried calling to get this sorted for the past 20 minutes and nobody has answered the phone. Ive paid the price of a pizza only to receive garlic bread for dinner and not able to speak to anyone to get sorted and this is the first time we have ordered from them for a while as so many issues with orders being wrong in the past. At least before you could get it resolved.

Exceptionally poor hygiene practices. Went to this takeaway 14/09/2021 and ordered chicken tikka kebabs. The "Chefs" were not wearing any gloves / PPE / nor were they demonstrating any hygiene related practices. One individual came in after what looked like a home delivery run, not even washing his hands and gets to work on the food - using his bare hands. The Pitta bread for the kebabs were taken out of a packet and thrown into the toaster / grill but then thrown back on to a surface which clearly did not look like it had been cleaned, and certainly wouldn't have been sanitised. The Salads were all water logged too, with barely any quality or hygiene control taking place. Such a disappointment, and a food hygiene / health and safety inspection waiting to happen. Not reccomended in the slightest.

Kebabs warmed up in microwave before serving. Food isn't fit for an animal, let alone a human.

2 medium pepporoni pizzas. Decent

Two 10" pizzas, 1 beef burger, 1 chicken burger and soft drinks £28.00. Food is not fit for human consumption. No salad, no sauce. Waiting for refund, still hasn't arrived. Can't put photo of food on here. Stay away from this disgusting place. Worse take away I've ever had

Took 90 mins to arrive and the pizza tasted of plastic. Ever since they have had new owners it has really gone downhill. No effort they are just doing the bare minimum for your money.

Pizza was awful, rock hard pieces of chicken. I just couldn't finish it, it was so disgusting. Chips were OK, but just tasted like they are reheated them or something.

Absolutely Fantastic service 10/10!! I’m from Scotland and in wales for work and the gentleman on the phone wouldn’t be more helpful if he tried. Ordered 7 pizzas and they all came boiling hot and not a crust was left on any pizza. Delicious food!! If only you could deliver to Edinburgh!! Can’t recommend enough 🤩 thanks again for all your help and for the amazing food!

Food was very nice,very generous portions and very reasonable prices! Would definitely eat from here again. I'm an absolute chilli head and the chilli sauce was very disappointing! It wasn't spicy and it tasted too much like vinegar and chilli powder. Improve the chilli sauce and I would give it 5 stars. 😋👌🏽🥙🌯🍗🍟

Since lockdown, and not many take away deliveries available, we tried marianos pizza, and can honestly say it’s the best pizza ever! The customer service is outstanding. If you haven’t tried it, i encourage you to do so! 5*

So just tonight I ordered on just eat. Something went wrong, I punched in my card details and it took me back. As if I'd not ordered at all. After my 5th attempt I got frustrated and thought I'll just call them. They knew right away where I lived, as I tried to place my order. Unknown to me, the payment had gone through and my order was being prepared. I cannot thank them enough for being so honest with me, as to tell me I had in fact already paid. Rare these days. Not only is this food amazing (and I'm fussy) but the staff are honest. Win win :)

Poor service!! Poor food!! Always order from Marianos never had a problem until the last 3 times of ordering. Last twice food has come wrong and the third time was told food would be here in 45 minutes, 1 hour and a half later food finally arrived, stone cold, chips were like they were yesterday's warm ups. Rang up to complain was told a manager would ring us back and nothing. Will not be ordering from yourselves again!!!

We ordered from mariano's after my misses finished at half 11, we ordered from here because it is always top notch food and customer service. We ordered two chicken burger meal deals, mozzarella sticks and garlic mushrooms, all the food is absolutely lovely and the chips are nice and crispy just how I like them, they even read the note on the order of what salad we want and put that salad in the burgers as requested, it's very rare that takeaway places read the notes but mariano's did. They forgot our two drinks when the first delivery guy came (who was nice and friendly) so we called them up and mentioned they forgot our drinks, the guy on the phone was very empathetic and came back out almost instantly with the drinks and apology to which I replied don't worry about it, we all forget sometimes. So overall absolutely amazing service once again keep up the good work 😊

He tenido el pollo parmesano desde aquí antes, básico pero normalmente agradable. Pensamos en probar las hamburguesas. Llamó y preguntó cuánto tiempo llevaría a entregar me dijo más de una hora o 15 minutos para recoger.Fuimos después de 20 minutos y esperamos un extra de 10 - 15 minutos. Sin embargo, al llegar a casa encontramos latas eran equivocamos. (Puedo vivir con eso),las hamburguesas eran minúsculas, ahora me refiero más pequeña que una hamburguesa de queso 99 p de McDonald's, hacía frío y mi compañero tenía un pelo en él. Las patatas fritas no estaban mal.Yo no quería llamar y quejarse por si pensaba que estaba tratando de recuperar mi dinero.Ahora puedo tratar con más tiempo de espera para la comida o incluso pagar más de nivel, pero tener comida fría con un pelo, simplemente no me parece buena práctica comida o higiene.Pedimos una llevar al menos una vez a la semana, y estaba buscando un nuevo lugar para probar. Por desgracia nunca un pedido o recomendar el lugar.

Hay tres o cuatro sitios de pizza en este edificio. Siempre he encontrado las pizzas desde aquí para ser el mejor. Cocinado frescas como las otras articulaciones hacer pero hay mejores coberturas y a un mejor pizza. Personal muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con la clasificación de higiene en el pasado, pero esto ha mejorado. Debe haber sido un asunto de papeles?

The food they have always done it ok for me and I have ordered from them many times but 2 times this man has delivered my food once up my mums and once up my dads. Me and my sister ordered up my mums he came an the order was about £15 he tried charging us £35 odd ad we said no and I was bringing my laptop to show him because we ordered online he walked into our house into the living room. And then the 2nd time I ordered today he came and my dad was down his friends house he tried charging me £29 odd and it only come to £19.60 i told him no you tried doing this up my mums as well and he said aww and he touched my face he is a real creep i am only 14 he is a weirdo. And he delivered to the friend my dad was with when he came the 2nd time he pushed his way in her house and we are phoning the police about this.

Ordered a takeaway 2 large mixed kebabs meat was rock hard chicken was burnt all 3 tiny pieces yes thats all they added!, overall absolutely disgusting the worst kebab I have ever had went straight in the bin! would not use again you have been warned avoid this disgrace of a takeaway!
