Marciano Lounge in Woking

I've been to Marciano Lounge a few times before, they have a wide variety on the menu with a good amount of options for vegans and vegetarians, and also healthy and more indulgent options. On this occasion, I had the Mexican Superbowl and it was delicious, everything tasted fresh and was presently nicely. We went on a Monday so they had a deal, with any main meal or burger get a free glass of wine or a pudding which is amazing value. We also took part in the quiz which was great fun and had easy and difficult questions. I will say perhaps the quiz could be advertised a bit better as it's not listed on their Instagram or website so not many people came for it, so the top prize of the cash pot was less than the second prize of a ten-pound voucher. I love the quiz it was great fun so I hope more people come in future (not too many that I don't get a seat though haha!) Recommend!

We ended up here for lunch after a poor experience somewhere else and having a vegan and vegetarian in our party. Both vegan and vegetarian were impressed and so was everyone else. The atmosphere was amazing and it was after 6pm before we even noticed. Not rushed or pressured to leave, new go to venue for is for sure.

We came in at midday for coffee and snacks before attending an event. As the place was very quiet, we seated ourselves rather than waiting to be a shown a table - no problem, and then asked a staff member how to order. She was friendly and helpful - I ordered at the bar rather than QR code as the place was quiet. Coffee and snacks both really good, and arrived speedily. We liked the vibe of the place, so came back for drinks after the event. We were shown to a table straight away, I ordered drinks from the bar easily. All the staff were exceptionally friendly to us, and we were not hurried to move when it got busy later with diners. Very comfy and warm, and a great place to relax, thank you.

First time visit, and we weren't asked if we'd been before. We waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order, only to be told that orders are placed, and paid for, online. We were then shown a QR code, hidden in amongst other paperwork on the table. We ordered drinks, tapas (as a group starter), and mains. Only for everything to turn up at once. Which made trying to find room on the table a real issue. Additionally, 1 of the mains didn't get captured from the website, so that person went without, and 1 of the tapas dishes made the Web order, but wasn't brought to the table. Onto the food. The tapas and burger was very good, but of the mains that actually made it to the table the lamb curry and bang bang chicken had an overpowering taste of vinegar, and the Nasi Goreng was mostly rice. Overall, a rubbish visit, if you do go, order the tapas and burgers, and don't go on a Saturday. The decor is nice though.

We waited 15mins to be seated and nobody attended to us. I asked the bar tender she said someone will get u seated. They were 4 tables free but the attendant kept passing by and did not even look at us or smile or give us any info

This place is AMAZING! We come here regularly as the food is great quality, the staff are fantastic, hardworking and attentive and the prices are very reasonable. Great for Coeliacs. I highly recommend the Mexican Superbowl with chorizo

Came with here with friends on a Saturday evening after a meal elsewhere. Quirky deco along with friendly service & a relaxed vibe made this a nice alternative to the overcrowded, noisy pubs in Woking. Would definitely come back.

From the moment we walked through the door, our host was just so welcoming and friendly. The service was amazing and the food absolutely delicious. We had the Lounge Breakfast and the Miami Brunch, both were excellent! Thank you for a beautiful breakfast in a very pleasant atmosphere.

Been here several times and would highly recommend. Staff are always friendly and nothing is too much. Had lunch and dinner here and food is consistently good and reasonable good valued. It is always busy regardless of what day you come and it is nice for drinks only or food and drinks it is really up to you. It is one of my favourite places to come to in Woking and has been for some time. Never disappointed and always go away saying see you again. Good choice of food and drink to choose from. Also they cater for all needs including gluten free and vegan. If you go here you won’t be disappointed.

Went for dinner on a recommendation. Food average. As I was carrying drinks down the stairs, a staff member pushed passed me going up the stairs with dirty plates almost causing me to spill the drinks. No apology, no eye contact, seemed to be common practice. Asked for ketchup which was presented in a plastic tomato shaped container. The green top was caked in dried sauce and the nozzle had hardened sauce inside it. I returned it and asked for a clean one. No apology or attempt made to clean it. We were brought another ketchup which was a bit cleaner on the outside but once again hardened sauce in the nozzle. Upon removing the top of the sauce container, I was horrified with what I saw. I don't think that the container had ever been cleaned since new, just topped up when empty. If that is what the sauce bottles are like, what is the rest of the place like? Not impressed.

Fantastic choice of GF and Vegan food and great variety of different kitchen styles from British to Greek to Indian. Staff is super friendly and the place has a great atmosphere.

Went here for dinner before the movies. Inside was really noisy so we sat outside. I ordered and paid inside and the food was delivered to our table outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delivered quickly and correctly. Our dishes were tasty and we enjoyed the meal. All in all a positive eating experience.

Lots of choice for food in Woking centre. Defiantly glad we chose Marciano Lounge. Order at the table very easy to use. Got there just in time for last 15 min of cocktail drinks offer, defiantly made the most of it. Delicious cocktails with s good amount of booze in not s**** watered down ones. Tapas food was delicious too whipped feta and honey was to die for. Would highly recommend. Staff were super friendly and even sitting outside came to check how everything was. You tend to get forgotten sometimes when sitting outside.

Great food, service and value for money as usual but a family dinner rather spoiled by the restaurant not noticing that local misfits are using the outside tables as a drinking spot (and bringing their own). Had dinner with two kids aged 12 and 8 having to hear f this and c that throughout the meal. I know that these places are often run by young people aged 17-25 but someone has to grow a pair and kick out the non-paying riff raff, or decent paying customers just won't come back.

Walk-in on a Thursday evening, able to get seated straight away. Staff are amazing and tentative, food is always spot on! Never any complaints when we come and dine here!

Came across this restaurant by chance and so glad we did. Chose the tapas deal and it was delicious. Neither me or my partner could fault the dishes of the portion size and quality. Your cocktails also contained a decent amount of rum where many other places do not - we both were delighted to have come across you !

Drinks served in dirty/ used glasses (zero apologies when highlighted), poorly cleaned cutlery, massive hair served up in one of our meals. Shocking levels of cleanliness and hygiene, particularly in the current client. Pretty sure that will be our first and last visit.

Coivd rules are well handled here with staff helping to find a spot for you. Ordering electronically via the QR code works very efficiently with drinks turning up quickly. Food is decent too. Excellent friendly staff delivering good service.

I visited Marciano Lounge this afternoon I was very hungover so I decided to check out their full English breakfast and it was excellent. Shelley was my main waitress and she honestly was so lovely and helpful! I thought it would be a good idea to do hair of the dog by ordering a passion fruit Prosecco cocktail with my breakfast (Not so much a great idea aha)I soon after regretted it. I suddenly became very ill. However Shelley and the two other waitresses were so sweet and helpful. Thank you to the two waitresses who were also so attentive and lovely to me whilst I was sick they made me feel less embarrassed. Overall the service was fantastic! Thank you once again girls!! You’re the best ☺️ P.S the cocktail was marvellous, it’s just a shame I couldn’t finish it! I will be back in the future (Less Hungover of course aha)

Came on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. The venue was very covid secure with our party checking in on the test and trace app on arrival. Masks worn by all the staff at all times, and by customers when moving around the bar, and customers not admitted until wearing a mask. Wide range of options on the menu, gluten free and vegan menu was also available, and the ordering online system worked well. It could do with an option to remove items as well as add extras and would have saved us having go get the staff over to help us at the table. The staff were excellent throughout, prompt service and very friendly. The food was very good.The bar was good for families, our baby in his buggy was welcomed. Pet friendly as well. We saw a couple of well behaved dogs.

Me and my other half came to this pub for a couple of drinks on 15/09/2020 for a couple of drinks...I can’t express how much fun we had chatting with Shelley, dispute all that’s going on with COVID-19 at the moment! Shelley is an asset to your company, she made us feel welcome and was so bubbly!! Really will defiantly recommend you to family and friends and we will be coming back!!

My wife and daughter and I enjoyed a very relaxed brunch in pleasant surroundings with options of sofas or tradiitional tables. The menus were extensive with options for vegetarian and gluten free. We were even asked if it was preference or a dietry requirement. My daughter had a poached egg dish, my wife had a falafal fdish and I had an ultimate chicken burger, with coleslaw and chips. All meals were hot and delicious. Not the cheapest food, but I would say good value, and even before we had finished we all said we would revisit soon.

Good food, drink and service but spoiled by too loud music. I would have given a much higher rating but I struggled to have a conversation with the person across the table. Please turn the volume down but keep up the great food and service.

Nice friendly atmosphere , comfortable seating and friendly FAST service. We visited for lunch, on a wet Saturday, it was busy but the service was quick. I like the fact that you order and pay at the till. The food was good too, large portions. And it wasn't too pricey.
