Marble Beers in Manchester

¿Bueno, dónde debo empezar? No he estado aquí antes, pero me recomendaron el área hace unas semanas, veo que el bar está bajo una nueva administración, y debo decir; el ambiente ciertamente cumplió mis casillas. Tomaron cerveza, siempre un buen comienzo. Un momento destacado de mi estadía fue mi experiencia con uno de los miembros del personal del bar, para describirla, era enigmática, burbujeante y pensativa. ¡Definitivamente le diré a mi familia y amigos que me visiten la próxima vez que estén en Manchester! ¡También las bufandas de cara pequeña son un toque encantador!

Gran gama de cervezas de barril, embotelladas y enlatadas. Seleccioné una IPA rubia que estaba llena de sabor, buena frialdad. Muy entendido, entusiasta personal del bar. Conjunto diverso de apostadores. El barrio norte es mucho mejor por tener este bar pequeño pero perfectamente formado. La oferta de comida en el pizarrón se veía bien pero no aprovechó en esta ocasión

Great little bar. Beer list to the right as you enter chalked up on a board. Very interesting list so don't be afraid to try something new - ask for a taster.

Quirky bar with ‘different’ drinks. Their own brews, plus plenty of premium spirits and good quality mixers. Friendly staff and a warm welcome.

Lovely clean place, set out really well. Staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Decided on earl grey IPA and ciders, after tasting both. Also had a cheese platter which was well worth the money. Overall a great experience and would delicately recommend :)

Encontramos por casualidad el Marble Brewery Bar cuando caminábamos hacia la Arena.Estaba ocupado pero nos las arreglamos para encontrar un asiento en el interior. Why have we not bern here before? Fantastic bar that literately sells all different beverages. Dying to go back and try the food .

Been in here on plenty of occasions from it first opening.Beer has always been good at a reasonable price.Staff and locals have always been friendly to talk to.

Quiet but still waited ages to be served. Then they took my glass away before I had finished my beer. Doesn't matter if they have decent beer if the service is terrible.

Very friendly and approachable bar staff wanting to make sure that you get help to choose the right beer for you. Beer choice is pretty good including, on my visit, some excellent ales from their own Marble Brewery. Well-recommended.

Featuring beers from the nearby Marble Brewery this small place offers a nice atmosphere and delicious snacks plus really amazingly friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and the music is pleasing. A perfect spot to get in a few pints and explore the northern quarter.

Part of the Marble brewery chain, this place has a lovely laid-back charm usually. On our visit, they had a good range of their own beers plus some special ones from abroad including some Estonian! Not bad prices too.

Good choice, bit disappointed they didn't have a full range of Marble beers on? Seems like a bit of a wasted opportunity.

Es la primera vez que he estado, ya que ha sido reformado. Solía tener una buena selección de tonel. No es sorprendente, teniendo en cuenta que tienen una fábrica no muy lejos. Great pub, great atmosphere, lovely food ,superb beers. Always visit when in Manchester. Cant fault it.

My partner and I called for drinks on an evening. Lovely decor. Spotlessly clean toilets. Staff friendly. Great selection of beers wines spirits.

Hay una cerveza para todos los gustos, claros o oscuros, fuertes o sesiones, el personal del bar era muy eficiente y servicial que está más que dispuesto a hablar por todas las cervezas con samplers para ayudar.

One of the best bars for beer in the NQ. its small friendly , has a great selection of draught and bottled beers. Serves some nibbles / sharing boards and some sandwiches but really all about Marble beer. Hence the name I guess.

Great, eclectic range of beer. Friendly staff, good food and none of the pretence that afflicts some of the other northern quarter bars.

Der Pub ist sehr modern und frisch eingerichtet.Es gibt sehr gute selbstgebraute Biere, fast 10 davon vom Zapfhahn. Außerdem noch unzählige Sorten in Flaschen.Zum Essen werden viele kleine Gerichte angeboten. Wir hatten eine Käseplatte, die man sich selbst zusammenstellen kann und Brot und Oliven.Alles von hervorragender Qualität und sehr hübsch angerichtet.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und weiß wovon es spricht.Einfach ein MUSS für Manchester.

es un excelente lugar para picar alguna comida y tomar un trago suave o un cafe o te. A mi me gustó mucho el té verde y el pan con aguacate.

My friends ordered beer but I didn't feel like drinking alcohol so I ordered coffee.We've been there for 1 hour and 10 minutes, the waiter wasn't able to make coffee but he was going to call the manager. After 35 minutes they tried to make this coffee but no success. After 55 minutes they asked me if still I wanted the coffee, I said yes. They made the coffee, but kept chatting for 10 minutes. When they brought me the coffee, no sugar, no spoon, nothing, just the coffee.I asked for sugar, but they had a supermarket bag, no way to put it into a container.Then I asked for a spoon, they didn't have any, just took a dirty one, put under the water and gave me the spoon (still dirty). Result: cold coffee, dirty spoon.

Great for a beer and good friendly atmosphere not so good for wines. Food served but more for snacking than dining.

Great little bar with a large range of real ales including the quirky but delightful earl Grey ipa. Easy to wile away the hours while chatting and sampling the ales. Only thing that let's it down is the perennial queue for the only toilet

I understand this is an offshoot of the popular Marble Arch pub which brews its own beers. We tried the Antipodean light Pale Ale and I thought is was superb. Citrus notes with some real grapefruit tones on a clean fresh palate, excellent and not too hoppy just as I like it!!

This is quite unique looking pub with very old atmosphere in it. They have very good selection on tabs and know what to recommend. I've been in many pubs in my life but this one is kind of very cool looking place. We didn't eat anything but the food looked quite nice. Very good beer tho.

Love this tiny bar for its great cheese platters and very warm welcome.However it is the superb beers that keep us coming back.Always drop in for a great pint and a friendly smile !

Interesting urban bar, which has the feel of a converted shop rather than a pub. Good atmosphere and the Marble bitter a very quaffable pint. Try it.

I know this is said about a lot of places but it is certainly true in this case.My husband often goes to their sister establishment on Rochdale Rd,The Marble Arch,which gets very good reviews.I did not want to walk so far so we settled on going here as a substitute and were so glad we did.A small honest place where they obviously know their stuff and it seems much appreciated by customers,many of who seemed like regulars.I am not a beer drinker but was persuaded to try a fruit one.I had a Belgian brew,passion fruit and our daughter had the strawberry.Apparently raspberry is a popular choice.Hubby had one of Marble Brewery's own brews as he always does.Come on everybody and support an excellent local enterprise.
