MAQs Bistro in Copeland

I have played at this venue since the late 80s when Alec was landlord. Mark in now running the club, which has been over-hauled to a high standard. Good quality projection screen with hdmi ports where they should be - on stage. This venue is ideal for christening and anniversaries.

Not impressed! Very overpriced for what was average fish and chips. Ordered small fish, chips and gravy....£10.70!!!!!!!!! Will not be calling in again!

Lovely food, really friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Had a good range of sport on, dog friendly in the bar, massive selection of food and drinks, can’t fault it would definitely come back if I was in Whitehaven again.
