Had a lovely lunch to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was made very special and we all enjoyed the delicious food. I loved the decor and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely go back there.

Such a fantastic experience! We were looking for a fish restaurant and stumbled across Manci's. Mega good atmosphere and suitable sound level. Absolutely phenomenal service by Doreen and her colleagues. It's a must-try if you like fish and excellent service! The Atlantic prawns are worth recommending. Professional guidance about wines.

I ve been following the Manzi s since day one as I like SoHo and my partner and I love strolling around there. The quality of ingredients they use and the attitude of the staff (Doreen! / Kissling at the bar is so friendly and knowledgeable about drinks /Can / and of course the girl from India who looks Spanish (ha ha) and wears a smile at all times) are just amazing. And although the place looks posh.. it’s really affordable. It’s a place combining absolute quality with a relaxed luxury. Well done guys!

Poor representation of the original Manzi restaurant. Nothing in comparison. Lost all originality and family feel.

What a find!!! My son wanted a crab dish, a quick google search suggested this place. I don’t understand why it’s not full. 3 courses for £30. The portion sizes were decent. The place is lovely. I had the lobster linguine which was delicious!

Great experience last night having dinner at Manzi’s - first time there and it’s a new favourite! A very stylish, beautiful restaurant, delicious food, excellent friendly service, dj creating a buzzy atmosphere and all for a remarkably good price. Highly recommended.

I was taken for a surprise lunch to your restaurant yesterday. Neither myself or my friend had eaten there before. And yes it was a "surprise" that the food was so bad. Very small portions and tasteless, thank goodness I asked for extra chilli on the clam linguini to give it some flavour. I counted 5 small clams and I've eaten far better linguini in Zizzi. My Friend had the Lobster linguini which was a tiny Lobster claw and it was tasteless. The starters were bad and in hindsight once we'd experienced them we should have cancelled the order. My friend had the calamari to start which was tasteless and portion ridiculously small. I had the dressed crab to start which stated on the menu it was to "share". Yes if you want a couple of teaspoons of food each. The bread was thickly buttered. Even in my gym cafe the butter is served separately. I don't like butter and surely the customer puts the butter on their own bread. The choice of lager was non existent so an alcohol free one was ordered and £19 for a glass of white wine (we both ony had 1 drink each) is a joke. I wasn't even asked what size I wanted. I felt so sorry for my friend who had booked this place. Yes the decor is very nice but at the end of the day one goes to a restaurant for the food. Please never give this restaurant a visit. Sadly we hadn't seen all the bad reviews beforehand and we won't be returning. It's probably the worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. No wonder the restaurant only had a couple of tables with customers. Please note the bill came to just under £142.45

Tucked near a slightly dodgy alleyway south of Soho Square this restaurant, part of the Wolseley Group, offers a well-rounded albeit slightly corporate yet well designed experience. We had the Soho menu which was, whilst not adventurous, well cooked and delicious. Accompanied by cocktails (which took a little while to get to our table) that arrived perfectly mixed in stylish glassware. As an extra we ordered the octopus, which was the highlight, apart from the sorbet at the end – three scoops of refreshingly fruity gelato. All this was presented by very attentive and friendly staff. If you go, sit inside (the outside tables are in the aforementioned alleyway, not very nice). When it comes to eating in Soho one could do much worse.

I love this place. It has a great kitsch feel to it. Hidden down a side street off Soho Square you are not prepared for what you will find inside. It essentially feels like you are on board a ship. It is fun and has it's tongue in it's cheek...happily the food is excellent! 100% worth a visit if you like seafood

It's a great restaurant! Interiors are so well designed that you feel posh from the moment you enter. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food was just great. I took 3 courses with a glass of wine included and it was only 30£ so I do recommend. I truly enjoyed my time at Manzi's :-)

Good food and a beautiful setting, let down by inhospitable staff. Waiting staff friendly, but had an unpleasant experience with a rude manager. Would not return.

This place deserves more love than it gets. It’s one of the most fairly priced restaurants in soho, and while the food isn’t out of this world, it is solidly reliable and enjoyable. The service is very attentive and the decor is eye catching. I’ve been twice already and looking forward to coming back!

Manzi's has returned. It's new site is amazing in a quiet corner of Soho. I went with a close friend. The service was impeccable as well as entertaining in justbthe right way. The food is beautifully prepared and delightful accompanied by a great choice of very reasonably priced wines. The deserts just naughty enough to tempt but well below causing later grief. Outstanding, just as it used to be.

My partner wanted to go to a fish restaurant for his birthday and I stumbled across this place. To be honest, I was drawn mostly by the mermaid bar at first when looking at reviews when I chose to book. The service from arrival to finish was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We went on a Saturday at 5:00pm, so it was not too busy at this time. We ordered starters and mains all of which were fantastic. They have lots of deals on the menu for those looking for 2 or 3 course meals. It is important to note that the restaurant is two floors and the mermaid bar is upstairs. We were seated downstairs which has very different decor, but we were happy with our table. Plus you can go upstairs to the bar at any time either to take photos or to have a drink. If you want to be upstairs, you need to specify this when booking. I would recommend this place for fish lovers. I would also say that the menu is balanced to cater for all tastes, even those not into fish. I would recommend and will definitely be back for Oyster hour!

The interior design of the restaurant is high end, even the toilet is very clean, much higher standard than average high end washrooms. The lunch menu is super value for money! Mussels are the best! fresh, big and just great. Hope the mussels are always on their lunch menu!!!would definitely come again.

Stunning decor but style over substance with the food. Portions were small and not very flavourful. You're paying for the location. Service was also slow.

Beautiful restaurant, but not reflected in the food. Portions were tiny and quality was disappointing (e.g. pita in the starter tasted and looked just like supermarket brand, and pasta was not al dente, lacking flavour). Perhaps worth going for a drink for the interior alone.

Had dinner with my wife, and it was a lovely dining experience. The ambience is great, with the right amount of kitsch. The staff were all welcoming, smiley, and knowledgeable, providing flawless service. Regarding the food and drinks, the starters and mains were okay, but nothing more. However, the desserts and cocktails were sublime and worth second helpings. The value for money is quite good given the location and settings. Overall, I would return but this would be for the experience rather than for the food.

We had dinner at Manzi’s to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The decor of the restaurant is stunning and it’s very clean, waiters are smartly dressed and the overall appearance is that of a luxury experience. We didn’t find that with the food and service, sadly. Staff was friendly enough but not knowledgeable about the menu or drinks options. The bartender wasn’t able to suggest any cocktails and seemed very inexperienced. Our waiter failed on four occasions to tell us that they had run out of various items on the menu, which was the most frustrating part. We waited a very long time to order our food, going back and forth between what we might like to order, only to then be told unapologetically that they had run out of octopus and crab. Same for the cocktails, they had run out of some ingredients and the same for dessert. It’s much more practical to inform patrons of unavailable dishes before they spend time debating what to have. The cutlery was unfortunately not so clean, two people at our table had to ask to have sticky cutlery replaced. Starter portions are minuscule and the mains are underwhelming. Sauces lacked flavour and the presentation of the dishes didn’t match the opulence of the decor. Our food took over an hour to arrive and the service in general lacked a streamlined feel. Overall beautiful venue but disappointing dining experience.

Brilliant live drag shows and music at Pride! The team were very hospitable, tasty food, and a varied drinks selection. Would definitely come back for the same next London Pride.

The look of restaurant is amazing. The rope work is fabulous. Food was of good quality and service was attentive but unobtrusive.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and serves equally beautiful food and wine Everything we had from the ceviche to the roasted seabass was cooked very nicely and shows Manzis to be a real seafood loving place, my moms birthday meal couldnt be more perfect for her. Dorin was our girl for the duration of the visit and she has great knowledge and explained the cocktails so nicely and really makes you want to stay there, I recommend management to consider her for a promotion. Jose was also very efficient and had no issue chatting to us and showing us around the place. The entire team seemed to be great and I would definitely go back here

Food was OK. The service wasn't great, very slow and had to ask multiple times for things. The decor is great though so it's a nice experience. Just need to improve the service.

Our starters were really the shining star of this place - the veal meatballs, king prawns and octopus were divine. Our mains weren’t as delicious but still good, my steak was also cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and very attentive, especially considering we were seated upstairs near the back of the dining room where the waiters didn’t normally float through we definitely didn’t feel forgotten. They were also very patient in relation to ordering with a few late members of our group. The decor however was THE WINNER. Everything totally mystical and mermaidy and ocean themed it was unreal, give the bathrooms a look too! The door handles are so cool. Literally felt like I was dining on a cruise ship or something, I loved it

Whilst both the service and the overall atmosphere, as well as the coctails, were wonderful, the food was disappointing. Several dishes were small (even though called mains) with unbalanced flavours (not the quality to match the atmosphere for sure). I found myself trying to offset the flavours of several dishes with potatoes as a side to make the flavours more palatable.

Oysters were tiny. Our other dishes were excellent.

Visited this restaurant for their “Oyster Hour” where oysters and drinks are discounted for one hour. The oysters were amazing and really fresh, and came with a range of delicious sauces. The drinks and other small plates were quite nice. Along with the friendly service from staff, I’d recommend for a quick catch up or short meal!

Took my old friend out for his birthday tonight. Service was friends and impeccable. Beautifully decorated. Food was delicious we went quite a huge range of many dishes. Wish there were more cocktails, but they were very nice and can make up a cocktail you asked for. Atmosphere : DJ music was funky and good, but the place was still quiet enough to have catch up with my friend. Would I come again - definitely yes.

Every dish (prawn cocktail starter, sea bass main, chocolate mousse dessert) was a massive disappointment, as was the service with poorly informed staff. We were also overcharged compared to what was on the menu and they apologised but didn’t take it off, instead we had to tell them what the price was on the menu. All in all really poor

Beautiful place, great food, great atmosphere and very attentive service! Manzi's Soho is my new go to place in Soho. If you love great food, do not hesitate and visit! :) I would also like to mention amazing service, our waiter was looking after us perfectly! Definitely recommend and will be back soon again!

Very good set menu perfect for pre theatre

For lovers of fish, and a beautiful sea themed ambience, this is the place. A great value prix fixe menu as well.

All I can say is Very disappointing.

Really excellent for a mid-evening seafood dinner, it was quiet (which I loved) with great music. But I was told Manzi’s is open every day from 11:30am, for lunch and afternoon meals as well, and early dinners which tend to get busy already — they opened only two months ago. The prix fixe menu was delicious and moreish — I had the clam chowder, grilled sardines, and peach Melba for dessert. There’s also oysters, lobster and all the usual seafood items. The service was excellent, from Charlotte, Eric and colleagues (I didn’t catch all their names). I will be taking local and visiting friends here. Lovely decor as well, a stylish colour scheme with attention to detail in materials and textures, which makes for a sumptuous and refined ambiance, plus another large upstairs room with a somewhat different design. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to shout about — but I guess I just did.

Took my mum here for a birthday meal having wanted to visit for a while. The flamboyant interiors and little ocean-themed touches are really quite unique. Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on dishes. I have a dairy intolerance and our waitress was able to tell me on the spot which dishes were suitable. Can certainly recommend the Leeks Mimosa and Fish and Chips. Some of the best seafood in London in a unique atmosphere.

Quite disappointed , the food was underwhelming to say the least. We had to send the prawns back as they were overcooked and soggy, we then ordered the seabass instead and that was underwhelming too as it still had the scales on with a not so nice sauce. The fish and chips had an aftertaste so we couldn’t finish that either. We had the cocktails : Miami Vice, La Playa and Old cuban. These weren’t nice, it just seemed to be a mixture of random ingredients. The barman was attentive and apologised. The staff were attentive and apologetic

It was as dead as a dodo on a Saturday evening .. food was okay but they completely missed the trick of doing what manzie was famous for a range of fish either grilled, steamed or panfried with à choice of sauce.. that made it .. just like another fish restaurant of which there are so many better ones around .. 15% service charge .. also be careful with the bread . They chargé 5 pounds à basket and they dont say anything .. we ended up with an unexpected 10 pounds on the bill .. we didn't say anything we were with guest but that alone means we are unlikely to return .. sad end to such a wonderful brand if you have ever been to the original behind leicester square

The food tasted amazing and delicious. Service and staff were great and went beyond expectations. Decor was wonderful with a relaxing atmosphere. It was very clean and well presented. The price was very reasonable. Overall a great place to eat an hidden gem that I would highly recommend trying.

I could bring a friend here for a catch-up. I could arrange a date night. I could bring my parents for a meal. Loved the place.

I booked a table for a special occasion and we were over disappointed overall. The atmosphere was nice, and the jazz band was fantastic. Our waitress was ok, but she was serving so many tables that she kept forgetting to bring us drinks and the food we ordered. We ordered a seafood platter to start with, and it was nothing special about it, I had better ones. Then we moved to the second course. My friend ordered fish and was told that was thin fillet, but it was actually very different than that. I ordered mussels with frites. Very plain flavour, and the frites was not served at the same time. Regardless that I kept asking for it, including to a manager, it seemed that no one was bothered. When it finally arrived I was literally finishing the mussels. Well if all of that wasn’t a bad experienced already, the worst was still to come… next day I had a vile food poisoning from either the mussels or the seafood platter. How do I know? I know!!! Almost 3 weeks past and I am still not 100%. My advice: if you want a seafood platter, go to specific restaurants that have high standards and food safety like Wright Brothers or others.

Booked this place for birthday dinner and the whole experience was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance is classy, very pleasing to the eyes. They greeted us and immediately took our coats and gave us the choice to sit in the upstairs or down stairs dining. The staff were very polite and attentive. Ordered the manzis platter and everything from the oysters to muscles and snails were fresh. Monk fish wellington is a must try with the side of broccoli, also the salmon is a great choice. Desserts were equally good, we ordered the rum cake and peach cobbler, and the drink selections were plenty to choose from. Will be visiting again in the future.

A must when visiting London. Great food, superb service, great atmosphere. Set menu is superb value too. The toilets are even spectacular. Love it.

Absolutely divine, delicious food, very good choice, the restaurant is impeccable and with a beautiful decoration and what can I say about the impeccable wow service, thanks to Kingsley to name only him, but they were all great, we were charmed by the place… yum them oysters, scallops, shrimp, mussels and lobster thermidore everything was just wow 🤩❤️

We had a lovely lunch in this restaurant. The interior is so attractive and stayed true to its "sea theme". The service is topnotch as well, the staff greets us enthusiastically and made us feel special. The food (we ordered oyster, clam chowder soup, salmon, fish pie, mackerel) is so delicious and tasted fresh and authentic. ps:the peach melba was a bit underwhelming unfortunately

Manzis, okay so they have done a nice job with the interior and the food was really nice just quite overly priced I would say for what it is. I would suggest you go on a nice with live music as that was the best part, other wise there is a lack of atmosphere. The location for the restaurant is a little odd in a back alley next to a Simmons bar, not very pretty. Service they were kind but it needs work, they need to employ more servers and to be more attentive to details and asking customers for anything else, there was a few long waiting times. It’s a shame as manzis has the potential to be great but for me just wasn’t worth the hype. The decor is nice though, the Wolseley group did a nice job you feel like you’re under the sea but yeah needs some work I would say to bring in more business and maybe more dining deals/ offers. The live music is great though I would put this on most nights.

In London I tend to avoid fish restaurants as the quality tends to be sub par, but Manzi’s, if you love fish and good fish, this is the place. It’s a beautiful restaurant, great for bringing the Mrs, and our waiter Ridas was exceptional!

Great value. Delightful atmosphere and surroundings and delicious food. The set menu is the best deal in town. Marinated leeks to start, a generous helping of Macarel as s main and ginger steamed pud with ice cream ti follow. All for £25!

So disappointing we used to go to the original Manzis and were so excited when it reopened but the beautiful decor can’t paper over the bored inattentive uninformed staff. The bland food and the teeniest of portions. I was served mussels in a pot which when the lid was taken off revealed about ten mussels at the bottom of the pan. But still managed to charge top prices Really need to up their game. No return visit for us sadly

Delightful today. £19.95 lunch menu for 2 courses is terrific value. The fish pie was excellent. It lacked atmosphere & I certainly wouldn’t consider paying the full menu prices.

Beautiful layout and design. I had the fish stew, traditional but very well made. They also had an excellent little jazz band playing not too loud! Great place to eat and talk.

Our experience left us with a sour taste. I will not dine here again. I had visited Manzi’s before for a cocktail upstairs and I thought it was a rather superb atmosphere. Outstanding decor, fun, themed but not overpowering. Also wonderful location on a side street in Soho. It gives one wonderful privacy. Anyways, I hadn’t seen some friends for some time, so booked for dinner as a treat to begin the year. We ordered a bottle of champagne to start with, which took ages to arrive. We kept being told it was on the way. Where from, Champagne? We had to keep calling the waiter over to take our order which we said we wanted to share some dishes. The tuna tartar arrived first alongside the fried artichokes and crab. The dishes were underwhelming. Crab was okay. Then the bread and butter arrived. Weird to bring the bread and butter after. This is not a great start. Again we kept having to ask for attention, topping up our drinks and clearing the dishes of the table. We then ordered the Atlantic prawns which at £39.50 a portion of 6 was ridiculous as they were way over cooked. We sent them back, they were so overcooked they would dissolve in your mouth. The second time round they were better but still not what you’d expect from a fish and seafood restaurant. The only dish which excited us were the scallops wrapped in bacon. That was a delight. We also wanted to try the mussels. They had no mussels. That was a big part of the menu and we weren’t told as we sat down. This restaurant was the biggest let down I have had in a long time in the London dining scene. Save your time and go elsewhere if you actually want to enjoy some food.

This is undoubtedly a beautiful space. Sadly on the Saturday night we were there there seemed to be a lack of staff and the roles of staff members were paired up. Our first bottle of three bottles of champagne took an age to arrive and some of the courses were poorly cooked. The place had a great DJ which added to the places charm and yet seemed to create a trance like state for those providing the rest of the service. Could do and should do better. Jamie 🍍

Cosy yet elegant, the dim lighting helped with the ambiance. Celebrated my mum’s birthday here - the food was exceptional, really well seasoned and delicious. The DJ was playing up-beat Saturday tunes but not too distracting for a sit-down dinner. Cocktails were nice and strong. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the service was a little slow when ordering. Otherwise, lovely experience. Will definitely be coming back

Superb ladies lunch at this wonderful restaurant. We all had three courses and end enjoyed everything we had! Lots of choice and a good wine list too. Service was great from all the staff but special mention to Ridas who really looked after us. I have no doubt that we will be back!

Very disappointed with my first interaction with this establishment I walked into the reception area and patiently waited for the hostess to finish greeting the customer infront of me. The hostess finished serving that customer, completely ignored me and acknowledged a couple that walked in after me. She then proceeded to seat them come back to reception and still ignored me. She finally looks up and in a condescending manner asks how she can help me. Bad service & attitude from the hostess that sets a bad tone for the evening ahead. Bear in mind this my first time visiting this restaurant and will certainly be my last too... Food was average

Loved this place! Great service, really nice and sweet waiters. The food was fantastic and generous portions. We went for the fixed menu and that's very reasonable, otherwise it's on the expensive side but worth it. Great decor even in the bathrooms.

Lovely set up, space looks like an elegant, maybe 1920s style inspired, cruise boat room. Service was outstanding, good wine selection. Can't really talk much about the food is we had a seafood platter with extra dressed crab and oysters, but everything was fresh. The crab was great and fresh. We enjoyed a really good wine and, apart from the wine, prices were not crazy. We enjoyed but the atmosphere was a bit stiff. I guess the decor impresses people and so, it didn't feel joyous in the room, almost stiff.

Lovely restaurant. We had the very good value set lunch menu. Excellent fish pie really well seasoned, which is not always the case with fish pie in restaurants. Good choice of starters and desserts as well and good wine. The layout of the restaurant is really appealing and this makes for a nice atmosphere. We will visit again.

Great restaurant. The initial welcome, coat check, servers were all great. The food was mostly great, although the mayonnaise mixed in with the crab overwhelmed it. Definitely recommend.

Nice seafood! Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was great other than a bit difficult to understand our waiter. The decoration in the restaurant is beautiful. It's one of my go-to restaurants in London now.

Disappointing restaurant with poor service and very average food for the price you pay. The restaurant was understaffed so we had to call for a waiter to see the food and drinks menu, to take the order, and even asked where our main course was. The main course was served immediately after we asked about it, cold/luke warm. We asked for it to be sent back only knowing they reheated everything so our seafood was overcooked and gross. They forgot our sides as well when they served our meal, so again, we had to ask for it. Not a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t recommend especially when it’s a busy period as they don’t have enough waiters.

Beautiful tasteful refitted but sadly we got the newbie waitress who lacked any visible personality and even struggled to open the wine when we asked her to describe the 3 types of oyster she said 1 was creamy 1 was nutty and 1 metallic so we opted for the first 2!!menu lacked signs of the fresh fish that it reputation was built on I opted for the fish and chips which was good but the lobster roll disappointing in all rather overpriced

Food was excellent. Service efficient but not friendly. Asked for a bread basket which never came. A discretionary service charge of 15%was added which I wish we had contested. We had a Sunday booking for 4.30 and was asked to leave at 6.30 as that is when the restaurant closes.

Excellent seafood restaurant, especially for London. Their service was also very good, both at the bar and at the table, all the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is well-decorated. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good seafood in London.

We went here for my birthday. This place Is located in Soho London. About 7 minutes walk from Leicester Square tube station. It’s a sea food restaurant. There is an outdoor seating area and I’m not sure if that is used in summer. You must book in advance. Inside decors is amazing. Customer service is great as you get help with coat and jacket to be put in cloak room once you get in and you’ll be directed to your table. We had a table on the first floor. Atmosphere is great and there is a bar and a Dj. We ordered crayfish and avocado cocktail for a starter. It was quite a big portion and delicious. For the main I ordered grilled king prawns and french fries. Turned up was I was expecting. Prawns looked and tasted rather boiled than grilled. I was not happy with that as the main cost £40. I was expecting something better. I must say the service also was a bit slow considering the price they charge. Overall, great experience and it was an amazing night. Recommended

Absolute perfection. I had the monkfish Wellington and it was stunning. The oysters were huge and fresh, the dressed crab was light and melted in your mouth, the flavours on the scallops and bacon were perfectly balanced and the tuna tartare was seasoned to perfection. Slight downside is slightly slow on topping up the drinks but the food was so worth it, it doesn't matter. I will be returning frewuently!

My partner and I went to celebrate our 2 years and got the 2 set course deal. The portions were very generous for the price, such a good salmon and my partner liked the oysters. Ketul was our waiter and did an amazing job! The service was great and even brought us a couple sweet treats wishing us a happy anniversary, loved the attention. Lovely wine selection also if you feel like just a bottle. The decor of the place is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is sea themed! Mosaic fish floor, crabs salt shakers and overall very blue and beautiful

We were upstairs for the first time, and had an enjoyable evening made more so by friendly service from Doreen and her colleagues. There was a band playing which added to the atmosphere, the band were very good indeed.

It's not really what it was. Portion sizes were small, but food was nice. The service was a little slow, it felt like it wasn't firing on all cylinders.

We took a friend of ours here last night to celebrate her birthday. First impressions are really important and Manzi have that right from the doorman, the beautiful interior and the reception staff. We were seated straight away and we were looked after by Umburto, who was attentive without being intrusive. He was charming and very professional. The food was divine, on the advice of Umburto we finished the evening with a cocktail upstairs. Thank you Manzi’s for making our guest’s and our evening perfect.

Don't think about, just go. Place is amazing, service is incredible and food is next level amazing. Well done Manzi's. Genuinely impressed.

Atmosphere is lively on a weekend evening with DJ etc. Food was good but some dishes a little too salty. Everything is presented well and good quality as expected from the Wolseley group. Service is a little slow and not hugely attentive. It is not a slick operation but interior is beautiful. Would recommend if you're looking for a seafood restaurant in Soho but it is not Scott's!

Manzis was great. Some dishes were a little overpriced. £39 for 6 prawns was a little steep. My scallops were nice, although I would've preferred a little more cooking. The fish and chips were good. Everyone in my party was happy with their meals, although did say the cocktails were a little small. Service was good, attentive staff. Would definitely visit again.

I had a fabulous time here with friends. Great food and wine. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We went on a Saturday night, and they had a DJ, which was fun too. We were given a lovely private booth. I highly recommend.

Had a fantastic meal at this incredibly subtly themed restaurant for a special occasion. Started with some superb cocktails and oysters. Then moved on to some great mussels and fish. The restaurant looks fantastic, like Zedel but with a distinct nautical twist. Service attentive.

Amazing restaurant, great for a special occasion/celebration/get together. Really loverly decor, and fantastic food. Will be coming back often!

I initially rated this 4 stars but on reflection it’s definitely a 5 for this first time visit to Manzi’s for lunch. Here's what I liked: • A really warm welcome. In fact service is top level and couldn’t be faulted. • The decor and atmosphere were great. I’m sure it rocks in the evenings too. • The food was really good but I thought the portion sizes (the chips with the fish’n’chips) and presentation (skin side up) made me drop a star but it was promptly dealt with by the very helpful server and no additional charges incurred. Nice touch and this alone makes it stand out from the rest and secures a happy to return diner. • The tuna tartare was exceptionally good. Here’s what I didn’t like: • I didn’t have time for dessert. It only means one thing - a return visit! Do I recommend going? YES Will I go again? YES Was it good value? YES Price point: $$$ .

Kitsch in the best way, it’s a real statement of confidence to conceive, design, invest and build a restaurant that feels like it has been there since the 1920’s, a classic menu and an excellent value offering of native oysters at happy hour, the prix fixe was well presented and generous (Clam Chowder and Smoked Trout to start were excellent followed by grilled mackerel, boat fresh, meltingly fat with its silver skin torched to perfection, quite outstanding for a £20 lunch although we did extend our lunch to share a simple but perfect Peach Melba!) The kitchen brigade are clearly highly trained and took obvious pride in their work and although we were only there for a swift lunch we both agreed it’s our new favourite place. The floor staff were attentive, polite and well turned out, the managers were extremely professional, warm, welcoming and intuitive, I think they’ve hit just the right note with this venture and we look forward to dining there again, next time it’s going to be the roast shellfish to share! My plate says it all really 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️
