Using another businesses address on their online ordering system, even confirmed by the company that they use for online ordering. Left a screenshot below. Phoned to explain the situation, first thing the bloke said on the phone was "don't put the pizzas in" then told me they couldn't refund me because the food was ready. Absolute joke, going to trading standards as this is pretty much a scam. The real manor road kebab in dersingham said this has happened 4 times this week. They are just doing people out of money and using a false address.

Absolutely scandalous.. ordered medium chips and there portions are rip off £3.99 for medium chips only to have a portion like a small they need to stop being so stingy on chips compared to other fish and chips shops where you get your money's worth!

The pie was rock hard like it had been warmed many times, the chips were awful they tasted under cooked and soggy, the burger where soggy and tasteless.

Just been there coz frydays was closed again. Lady serving was nice but the fish was dry and the chips like cardboard and it was cold when I got it home 6mim drive. I reckon the lot was left over from lunch, reheated. Won't be going back 👎👎👎

Huge portions freshly cooked. Had to break up the fish to fit in the plate. Premises spotlessly clean. Staff very polite.

Chicken burger was cold, lettuce was brown,asked for salt and vinegar on chips and both lots had none. Forgot battered sausage, called up, 5 mins after delivery, said they would send it with some free chips, one hour and 25 minutes later it still hasn’t arrived, used to be so good here, guessing new management, won’t be going back and expecting full refund

Not impressed with Chicken stated chicken breast but was on bones. Chips where soggy. Burger was nice want refund for rest not impressed. Won't order again. Delivery drive polite and brilliant.

Had a delivery which was prompt and delivered with a smile,. We have had really good, plentiful meals over the last few years from Manor Road but frankly today's "offering " was appalling!My wife had Jacket potato with curry. A small spud with small spoon of curry .Fair play there was a large portion of lettuce,onion and cucumber but who in their right mind wants salad with curry?My step son had a mixed meat doner He struggled to find any meat But had copious ammonts of bloody salad!!! Myself, l had a Doner which consisted of salad salad and even more salad!!Total cost £33.What a disgrace!!!! Perhaps I'll try the bins at Tesco next time!NEVER AGAIN!!!@

LOVE the fish from here. Obviously fresh, well seasoned and tasty, with delicious, crisp batter. Great big portion and substantially cheaper than all others in Trowbridge. I think they're fab. Oh and the delivery guy is lovely too!

The only major issue I have is that I was charged £3.50 for a 1.5ltr coke when on the Coke it stated that it cost £1.99 if this is correct procedure?

Very poor, small portions but very expensive. We thought we would try it on Deliveroo. The Large chips were a child's portion, as for the pea fritters at 2.50 each a little bigger than a 50p piece. Will not be buying from here again.

Brilliant - as usual! And a HUGE piece of fish!

Our order showed up with half the food missing. Half an hour later, we had a separate delivery of one portion of chips and a curry sauce. Also, chip portions were tiny - so much for a "large chips"! We're disappointed since we rarely ever splash out on takeout, and we were looking forward to enjoying dinner together. The delivery lady was absolutely lovely, though.

Fish and chips were excellent. Have had several kebabs and spring rolls from here before but this time spring rolls have gone up 40 percent in 3 days and the large kebab was the smallest I have ever had. I know inflation is 9 percent but???

I had a kebab from them and it wasn’t really tasty. Chill sauce wasn’t spicy at all, actually it was sweet chilli sauce sweet as sugar- because it was a mix kebab as the chicken kebab was actually boiled chicken soaked in tandoori masala- in term of taste I wouldn’t call it proper kebab

My Friend came in I was sat in the car for Fish Chips and curry sauce on the 2nd of July just after midday, a young Guy said He had cooked them said He was very pleased with Them and so He should they were delicious the batter was crisp everything was hot the curry sauce was absolutely hot and tasty and chips were beautiful Thank You very much I will recommend You.

If 'Frydays' fish and chip shop is shut I'd reluctantly go to this place. Slightly greasy and decidedly average fish and chips. Also a small portion of chips is just that, so small in fact you'd be lucky to fill a plate!

Got the order wrong twice mushy peas were cold and the chips just warm best thing was the fish i won't be going again

What a crock!I've never tried this place before so I thought I'd give it a go....dissatisfaction all round . I also ordered a extra large kofte kebab and a quarter pounder cheese burger meal..it was all greasy and insipid .the only thing extra large about the donner was the dissapointment.it was a very small portion save for salad which seemed to be 90 percent of the content and the nan with which it is served ,had a funny smell as if it was old .the kofte was actully a sheikh kebab which does not taste the same as turkish kofte and I suspect that it was a bought in product and was also accompanied by smelly bread and an acre of salad. Almost the most dissapointing was the burger which positively oozed grease altho the chips were nice. A word of advice from a guy that has been a professional chef for 30 years follows... . Do less and do it well instead of a massive menu and getting it mostly wrong because the cook has too many things to cook .this may also make the food fresher as it isn't sitting around unsold ..I'm afraid I will never eat from the manor farm ever again!!
