First time trying this place. Was not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and polite. They helped explain the burgers and what each comes with. This place is quality and quantity. All food is amazing and delicious. Quantity is more than you can ask for. Very happy (stuffed) family.

I saw Pothead and Panface as I was passing station road Tidworthtoday so I thought I would stop as I have heard good reviews. The gentleman and lady (sorry didn't catch your names) was very helpful as I didn't know what they did. so he gave a few suggestions and I can honestly say the burger was so tasty. I will definitely visit again. Good luck with the move.

That is one hell of a juicy Julius Caesar, a new kind of Roman King or God. Definitely a king of burgers. I can't fault anything, service great, food was dreamy. Not greasy, fast service, telephone order and ready to collect. A whole new level of street food on your front door step. Will a million percent be back

Great friendly service, and oh my word the christmas deck the halls burger was amazing! I even took a picture to send to friends to make them jealous. The only downfall was the chicken is quite spicy which my daughter struggled. I will order again, thank you.

Went here for pretty 2nd lockdown catch up with my friends. Great place nice atmosphere happy for one of them to have her dog in there and provided him with water. Great food and service and my 17 Yr old daughter said their milkshakes are second to none. Will be back.

It's best to book in the current climate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered camembert and bacon panini with chips which was delicious and very filling. I had my bacon on the side, so my partner in crime could eat it..... I had 2 lattes, one being new honeycomb which was very sweet but oh so nice. I thought my lunch was reasonably priced, I paid £13.50 I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed this place. We tried the cooked breakfasts which were epic. Served on big dishes, my friends went for the Scottish breakfast and I the Vegetarian. Really hearty, tasty and filling. It was nice to sit outside in the sun as well with the outside tables available. Not particularly sheltered from the road noise and passers by but still was pleasant nonetheless. Service was efficient. But it was really all about the food!!! Not just breakfasts available... Plenty of different options. You can also get a small selection of alcoholic drinks too.

I had a great visit yesterday! Hand sanitizer as you walk in, plenty of space between tables. We ordered lattes which came in disposable cups, the food was absolutely delicious 😋 I highly recommend the breakfast! The staff were friendly and efficient but didn't hover. I will definitely visit again soon!

Lovely friendly staff made sure we had a good lunch. Read reviews the business had gone downhill - seems they are back up! Food was very tasty and a "very" good portion size. Cooked fresh so a little waiting time was needed but well worth the wait.

Tried the takeaway menu during lockdown, went down a hit with my family. The pizzas are amazing (the brie and cheeseburger ones are our favourites) plus Thier cheesy chips are great. My wife also bought the father's Day bundle and that was awesome aswell. Plus they do things like quality currywurst if that's your kind of thing. Never had an issue with the food, it's always been top notch. We're going to keep using them over the big brand pizza companies any chance we get. Highly reccomended!

Another great sunday dinner even delivered

Didn't actually visit due to lockdown. We had 4 roast Sunday dinners delivered . They already cooked and delivered in large silver foil trays with heating instructions for when required. The food was fantastic I'm always fussy about roast potatoes and Yorkshire puds, lovely We will definitely make use again . First rate

Service with a smile different things to choose, from all day breakfasts to pothead chicken. Good choice of drinks. you do need actual money to eat here, but there are cash points close by. This is a charming place in this small town

Great food and menu and great service. The milkshakes in particular are there be recommended. Only slight grumbles are that se.of the seating is a little cramped and it's cash only (but the Tesco is minutes away with a free cash point!

Food in here was lush, really liked the menu and the decor. It can be a bit of a wait as the seating is limited and there can be a bit if a wait for food but it's worth the wait.

Awful food. Awful service. Overpriced. Staff are quite rude. Dirty tables. Dirty toilets. Dirty floor. Dirty cutlery. Menu is out dated and offers on there aren't actually running anymore. You are better off getting a Subway from over the road! Avoid!!!

I’ve been coming to this quirky restaurant now for the past 3 years. Best fry up around, always high quality food, never had a bad word to say. Quirky Decor & friendly atmosphere all round. Highly recommend to anybody in the area.

Just popped in for a coffee whilst walking round Tidworth. When asking people where to get a coffee, this place was recommended. The service was super friendly and the coffee was delicious. Love the layout and the really cute theme.

Passing through Tidworth and stopped to stretch our legs. Saw this eating place and went in. The staff are super efficient, hard working and very pleasant. The place itself is very clean. They offer an assortment of food and drinks. We ordered tea’s & coffee and jacket potatoes with cheese and beans which came with a side salad. Very fresh and tasty. Noticed that other diners had chosen burgers and all day breakfasts. All meals bought out looked appetising. Prices were very reasonable and felt the meal was value for money. Would highly recommend.

I came in today for a lunch with my wife. I ordered the Brave heart which I received. The square sausage, haggis, and black pudding was over cook / burnt. The haggis was more like haggis toast. I complained and the young lady apologised and said she would take it back, as it had been cooked I said now because I was starving and ate it. On paying my bill of £22.20, I had no apology just thats your bill now disappear. I feel that is not customer service, I wasn't looking for a free meal just an apology for the meal, nothing received.

Visited during a not too busy lunch period to sample the currywurst. The service was rather slow and, despite the person I was with asking that his side dish of waffles be brought out with his main, it was served as a desert. The currywurst was disappointing, too, with the sauce being weak and rather bland. As for the rest of it, I'm afraid average would be my best description.

Will never be going back! Rude staff and experienced a dark hair in my food. Shame as it used to be good now it seems to have lost it!

Recently took the grandchildren for a milkshake and a snack. Whilst the food is good. The service is slower than I would expect especially when it comes to the milkshakes. They are all made individually so I didnt expect it to be fast. The cheapest milkshake the children had was £5.10. This was served in a paper cup not what I expected when being charged that much. If you want value for money I would not recommend this place. However if you are prepared to wait and like a good milkshake as a treat you might like to try it. Staff are really friendly.

Lovely place. Shame they didn't have Any icecream sundaes. It would fit perfectly to this place.

The food we had was very enjoyable and tasty . The drinks where also good and very well presented . Care was taken on how everything was presented . The place was busy as it was Father’s Day . My father enjoyed it a lot especially the bench the whole thing such a brilliant idea . Burgers , chips , ribs etc cooked to perfection . Staff where great as well and worked so hard .

The burgers are out of this world but the best part of our visit was the very helpful and friendly waitress, Linda, she was so helpful and made our visit special and she was always smiling and happy thank you.

I love this place, really nice food.....the staff are really friendly. It has a different feel to most other restaurants, cosy......the massive fry up , "the munchies" is mega.....reasonably priced....the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because they only do cash...can be a little frustrating.

I had a lunch, where the main course brought back memories of Bath. The service was very friendly by all staff! The dessert, the "tart" with ice cream, was absolutely delicious, and I am sure that Mothers Day menu will be delighted by all who celebrate this special day here.

Waited 14 minutes at a sticky table for a menu and another 14 minutes waiting to order. If you want to while away your life go there, if you want quick food walk 2 mins up the road.

Expensive and slow but the food is good

Never going back unfortunately. Last time I went I pull a blonde hair out of my meal. We only went back today because my wife likes the place. She pulled a brown hair out of her breakfast and I pulled a fluffy sythenic something out out of mine. It's no surprise hairs are getting pulled out of food when basics such as using hair nets in food prep areas is not in place. On top of that we waited 45 minutes to get served our food. Then I got 3.60 change... In 20 pence coins! Just really disappointed I paid for it. The cafe up the road is way better!

We have have been here quite a number of times but after this visit we will not be going back. The food is terrible, Overpriced and really poor service, waited 50 minutes for our food. Hair in food and raw egg!. If you cannot cook an egg properly there is something sadly wrong!

Very overpriced for the service waited 40 minutes for our food to come and hair in food , some of the food was undercooked and they forgot items on the breakfasts will definitely not be going here again it has gone so downhill it used to be amazing now it’s horrible!

Went for Sunday dinner, Burger served in plastic basket ! and the Sunday roast was cold, oh and they change their minds to what will be served with the roast, so dont take note of the menu, because you wont get it, also Veggi roast..... served with bacon in the veg !!!!!

Worst Sunday roast ever had. Cold with watery gravy. Service was rubbish. Dont recommed at all .

Food is nice. The milkshakes are great too. The coffee on the other hand does need improvement. It's also much better that the opening times are now longer and the card machine is installed.

The food is amazing here and the milkshakes they do are really impressive they also options of coffee and soft drinks as well. Cash only I'm afraid guys and girls no card machine here.

Went out for a meal with a group of lads on the motorcycles stopped into this place and the food was outstanding the service was great and I felt good value for money. Definitely will call in again keep up the good work

I took a group of work friends for breakfast, usually enjoy a good cup of coffee at Pot head but I am sorry to say I didn't enjoy the coffee this time round. I only ever drink black coffee (strong) but the coffee I received did not taste like the usual coffee I used to get. More like a cheap filter coffee than the coffee Pot head & Panface used to use. I was very disappointed.

We visited Pothead & Panface for a family dinner, the decor is very quirky (in a good way) and the staff were friendly but that's where the pleasant experience ended.

Great little place, does a fantastic range of breakfasts, and excellent lunches too. They have also just started doing sunday roasts, which are amazing! Very friendly staff too, i'd highly recommend this place, and often do if my guests are looking for a place to eat outside of the hotel.

Food lovely, service quick, nice setting

So me and hubby decided to go for a little day time date and thought we would try here out. On first impressions it looked lovely, really nice decor, friendly staff and the menu looked amazing...there was so much my husband wanted to try.

I gave a good review for this place a while back - BUT I'm afraid to say that a return visit was awful! We sat at a booth table and noticed at once that the seat pads were dirty and the walls too. The table was so sticky that my shirt sleeves stuck to it!
