Everything was flavourless the sausage needed cooking more the kebab meat greasy with no flavour at all an the chip were soggy best thing there was the salad put more effort in an put your prices down if gunna sell poor quality food

Food is freshly cooked and tastes delicious. Menu is varied and prices reasonable. Staff too are very polite and obliging.

We've only lived in Hellaby since March but have found that Manor Fisheries has the best fish and chips in the area, massive portions at great prices. Love it.

Visited actually in October 2011 and previous to that, in 1993. That is because I live in Canada. However, no trip to England is complete without a trip to Manor Fisheries. Have friends on Salisbury Rd. The fish is the best I have ever had. Staff are friendly and the place is awesome. Highly recommend Manor fisheries!! Scott Niblock

As a regular visitor and always very impressed with the quality of food from here I was totally disappointed with this evenings offering. I ordered my large fish as I entered, noticed the fresh fish go in. Then 2-3 minutes later I was presented with my meal. I thought that it was rather quick but never thought nothing of it until I opened the bag and noticed the excessive oil dripping from the paper. Not a usual trait... When I opened the wrapping paper, presented before me were two small and rather disappointing second cooked fish portions. They were so dry and over cooked they tasted terrible. It’s such a shame as now I will take my business elsewhere... “Fiveways” at the Stag roundabout is just as good as the Manor Fisheries was... As a loyal customer for over a year after returning - I don’t expect to be served with second fryings!

This fish shop is fabulous. Great food, got and massive portions, fish is tasty and one large would do 2 people easily. Great staff and owner is lovely. 5 star

Visited here today as we were working in the area. What a treat we had. Staff were polite and helpful. The establishment is clean and the prices very good. What we didn't expect was the mountain of food we got! Talk about big portions...... We have had some good food here. We had traditional fish and chips. The fish was really tasty and fresh, plenty of meat on it and cooked really well, no dripping fat. Chips were hand made and tasty. All presented well and enjoyable. Would recommend.

Good all round chip shop massive Choice of food from a massive cod fish to pickled egg They've got the lot so pop in if your about and feed your face I would defo use this one again and again .
