Ordered food online, took my money. Time for delivery came and went. I went to the takeaway......closed. checked bank statements, money gone. Mmmmmm, great chippy if you want to loose weight, you dont get the food but you certainly pay for it.

Kebab was cold and smothered in a lot of chili sauce which was also cold. Chicken diner meat was dry and tasted old Pizzas were ok but not much pizza sauce which made it more like cheese on a pizza base with a few toppings. Would not order from again

The sausage and fish meat were cooked through but all the batter was under cooked and practically dough.

Food was cold ! All three pies cold and meat had set inside. Sausage was cold too. Really disappointed. Ended up in bin as no point waiting another hour

Sent a poor excuse of a plain garlic bread instead of the garlic bread with cheese and onion I ordered. Tried calling restaurant to complain and the number was disconnected. Tried calling justeat and no answer for 20 min. Disgusting service. Mediocre food. Will never order again and expect a full refund!!!!

Took over 2 hours to be delivered called twice both times was told food 'on way' we wasn't happy with delivery or food so called next day to complain.. i explained what happened and i wasnt happy with food. He said food was always good and as for delivery 'I wasn't on last night so do what ever I please with a smug laugh..Great customer services 👎I will not be visiting here AGAIN

Late , not the correct order , avoid

I was looking forward to my tea but sadly it arrived cold. I warmed the food up but don't taste the same. So sadly went in bin. The delivery driver couldn't get away fast enough. 😡 I am very disappointed in this I've never had any problems before but will think twice before ordering from here again.

Usually great service and great food. Even in weekends. Today for a Thursday the food was a bit rubbish. Ordered a chicken and mushroom pie and got a steak pie which was also freezing to touch but it couldn’t be eaten as we don’t eat beef. So we had to share a fish with 2 people.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When I rung them they gave no apology or explanation as to why the order took so long. Ridiculous.

Food was terrible. Was cold, chicken was burnt and arrived half an hour late.

Food quality was not to a satisfactory standard. Chips where old and refried. Batter on the sausage was rock hard it snapped when cut. The chicken breast was cold, pitta was dry. All the boxes where dripping with grease. Best part was the salad.

Usually the standard is extremely high, but on this occasion it was very disappointing. We ordered 2 medium cod, but got 1 medium and 1 small, and it didn't taste like cod, the batter was stodgy, and the curry sauce seemed like it was watered down

Food was ok but the fish was missing when the food arrived.

Order was wrong got some one else but they dealt with quickly which was exellent.

The donner meat were like chewing leather & freezing cold!! Then I ordered two bottles of coke.. to receive 4 cans of Diet Pepsi 🤨🤷🏻‍♀️ very expensive cans of pop.

Phoned up beforehand to ask if the roast potatoes was home made and they said yes so i put an order in on here but when my food arrived the rest of my order was there apart from my roast potatoes which was the only reason I ordered to try them phoned up and bloke on phone told me he'd sort it. Soon later delivery bloke turned up again and delivered missing wedges. Appreciate it greatly as its a friday night and it can get quite busy. Great customer service and guy on phone and delivery guy polite and friendly.

I always order from here and the food is great, hot and tasty! On this one occasion my order was wrong, food was cold and inedible and it went in the bin. However I called to complain and the manager could not help me enough! Amazing customer service! I will order again and I know it was just a one off that they got it wrong, amazing food normally

This is my Favorite TakeAway , and i always give feedback as i think , & even though the Food was again ( for us ) Great , they do sometime miss an item out on Delivery , & on this order they did just that , but we gave them a call & within 20 or so minutes it was Delivered ,, spot on guy's .. But Remember , the customer is Always Right , so check your order list before sending please , BUT, as always ,, We Will Be Back For More ..

Ordered peas and none delivered

This used to be for 4 persons. Now its for 3 and same price. I carried on buying it because it was good, but the quantity of meat has gone done drastically. Waste of money now. Wont be using these again in future. Spoilt a gooid deal there

Everything was tasteless, they put chips in a box so they was soggy when they arrived. nothing we had, had any taste, maybe a different oil and some seasoning in your batter..quick delivery and portion sizes were good but that’s it.

Well , As Always , the food was Perfect in my opinion , this is our 1st choice when we order food as a Take away & as always it come's Hot & Tasty , We have so far , not had a Bad Meal ( touch wood ) , Cheers ,

Must be the worst meal I have had in years, you would think how bad can an order be. It had little going for it 5 minutes after ordered place they rang to say one of the pies was not available so we changed to another, when the order arrived the pies were lukewarm and baked hard and almost inedible, chips were hard overcooked, we ordered 2 each of peas and gravy thankfully they only delivered one of each with the gravy so thick it could be cut with a knife. Overall it was the worst takeaway meal in the 40 years in this area.

Pizza was delicious. Hot wings werent spicy at all though. But was very happy overall.

Could not faukt them again. Every time i order its a good meal and on or before the the time expected

Ordered at 19.20 food arrived at 21.50 after making numerous calls to the restaurant. Two and a half hours for a couple of kebabs and a pizza which were barely warm. Order from here regularly won’t be ordering again after this.

Very disappointed as we use the restaurant regular without issue but tonight delivery was really late and items missed from the order....... the response was we will deliver the missing items. This is 2 hours after our order. Not impressed and you should have just refunded us for what you missed poor customer service.

Great tasting food, especially the batter on the fish, delivered much quicker than expected. Only down side was that at £2.50 for a ‘large’ portion of chips, it was a really small serving of chips; probably smaller than a regular serving at most other chippies.

So disappointing, the curry had a tainted taste to it, as though an element of it was 'going off'. I suspect it was the oil used for cooking. I had, had the same order previously which was lovely hence, My disappointment on this occasion. Resulted in my throwing it away...wasted money.

we only send for fish chips & other things that go with this dish, but we always use this fish bar due to a great meal every time we have them & always on time or really early with their delivery , so from us in Brinsworth it's a BIG THUMBS UP .

Delivered 45min early worst foshcake iv ever had, was half size of the breadcake and was dry and hard so only ended up eating chips which wete dry and flavourless plus everthing was cold.

4th time in a row the battered sausage has been soggy and inedible. Rest was lovely

where do I start.... i don’t normally leave a review but after spending over £30 for 5 people, 3 haven’t eaten their food due to it being tasteless and not the right order. it arrived a little late and was barely warm, I ordered a chicken wrap with salad & garlic mayo.... there was no garlic mayo and I couldn’t even eat the chicken it was like it had been stood for a few hours, the other chicken wrap I ordered without salad but with normal mayo on... didn’t even have mayo and my daughter said it tasted funny & asked if it was pulled pork! The fries I ordered were hard, I ordered chicken & doner meat with pitta, no salad but with garlic mayo. it came with peppers, onions & mushrooms and hardly any garlic mayo on. This hasn’t got eaten as my husband doesn’t like mushrooms, peppers or onions. what a waste of money, I won’t be ordering any time soon. this has really put us off. The only good thing was the children’s fish & chips & fishcake.

this is our No1 take away.... service is always 1st class & our food is always more than enough & still Hot within the delivery time which is always early or on time , we do mostly have the Fish & chips with peas , gravy or curry But it's always been a great meal, so , so far it's a 10 out of 10 from us :-)

Fish was good could have done with slightly longer cooking time. Chips good, peas and curry sauce good. Battered sausage was undercooked and not eaten.

The fish was gorgeous however when Ordering I ordered under the heading ‘fish & chips’ assuming that I was ordering fish and chips turned out it was just the fish - a bit misleading. Luckily the large portion of chips was too big for one Person in our house they turned out to be edible but not the nicest I’ve tasted. Overall ok when u can’t be bothered to cook

Was showing with driver at 20past 7.. called restaurant at 7.45 to see where it was. And was assured it would be hot... no it was clock cold. Chicken fillet burger. Clock cold chips n fisb warm to touch!! Not good enoigh

Always fantastic service and good portions that are hot on delivery unlike some. Staff here are the nicest I've come across and so helpful if you go in to collect. Try the fish and you won't be disappointed! White and flakey with a perfect batter and not skimpy on the size for a very reasonable price. Can't rave about these guys enough.

Family sized chips wasn’t family sized. I presumed family sized would of fed 2 x adults & 2x children but there wasn’t enough to feed 2 adults 1 child & a baby. My boys chicken strips were so over cooked they were inedible, he literally couldn’t chew them so they went in the bin.

4 person grill special been changed to 3 person grill special but same price. Took out the kofte kebabs. Used to think it was a great deal now its a rip off. Lost my custom for good now. Been disapointed before with the order anyway. Dont know why i came back

Really enjoyed our meal last night. We received absolutely huge pieces of fish, which were really tasty, chips were good too. Asked for quickest delivery time which was estimated around an hour, so we were really pleased when it arrived twenty minutes earlier than expected, and the food was lovely and hot. Will order again, thanks!

Was disappointed, asked for a donner burger there was no dinner meat, this is not the first time this has hsppened, if this keeps happening, won't be ordering again.

First time I have ordered from this shop. With hindsight I would have chosen small portion . Food was good just too much to manage. Only criticism is the peas needed seasoning taste wasn't there. Other than that nothing to complain about. Thanks.

Gorgeous fish and chips as always, delivered much earlier than anticipated which was great. Only complaint is that I've just bitten into a roast potato (phenomenal btw, a must!) to be greeted by a horrible rock hard item which at first I thought was a tooth (ha) but it looks like a piece of gravel? Not great but legit the first negative thing I can post in around 10 previous orders and clearly an isolated issue.
