Loved it! I had the Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious, it arrived quickly and it was so perfectly crispy, it´s truly one of the best I´ve had in Edinburgh, I recommend it!

This place used to be fantastic, however it’s clear it’s changed owners over a year ago and is being run into the ground. Pizza is massively overpriced now. Not worth the money - chicken has went downhill also. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVOID.

I found Mania on the Uber eats application, mine was a bad experience, the sausage and fiarielli pizza did not have Tuscan salcia as it says on the menu but it had salami and the fiarielli were few, the pepperoni pizza was cooked badly.

Placed my order around 13:30 and was told my ETA would be around 14:30 - I get that restaurants around the holidays are busy with orders so didnt mind waiting that amount of time. 2 hours later I tried phoning just to see what was happening, 10 unanswered phone calls later I've decided to pack it in and order from elsewhere instead. I'd advise anybody ordering via their site to opt for the "pay in cash" option...that way if your order isn't in sight you won't have the rigmarole of trying to get a card refund from them. Maybe they're getting the chickens fresh from the coop and plucking then cooking them? At least that would explain why the orders take so long...

Absolutely a scam of a restaurant. 1h and 20mins after placing the order, the app showed the kitchen was still preparing the order. I understand with the holidays things can be busy, so we called the restaurant and they said the food should be with us in 15mins. After 15 mins still nothing and at some point, just before the order being 2 hours late and trigger a refund from Deliveroo I received a message saying that the food was delivered!! Still I got nothing from them at all. After ordering from an other restaurant and having asked for a refund from deliveroo, the guys show up 40mins late with their food which I duly sent back. Totally unacceptable to say the food was delivered almost 1 hour earlier without contacting us at all just to save them from processing a refund from Deliveroo. Poor service.

The worst, most overpriced pizza I've ever eaten. It was an hour late... We waited outside in the cold and pouring rain for 45 minutes because apparently it was "only one minute away". When the pizzas finally arrived, they were like stone cold pieces of cardboard. We've had much better frozen pizzas. To charge £30 for these is an absolute disgrace. Save yourself a lot of money and disappointment and buy frozen pizzas instead. They'll taste better and fill you up more.

Recently made an order on UberEats. Understanding the possible commotion and the fact that perhaps the place was having tons of orders due to the holiday, I cannot say that I wasn’t disappointed. The initial order was placed at 7:40Pm and then cancelled 3 hours later. The staff barely picked up the phone when the app suggested me to call. When taking the final call, I was told that I was not delivered my food due to my own error. And that there was an attempt to contact me, while the app never updated to even say that the food was up for delivery. Never tried the food here, but the service was simply bad.

Awful food. Terrible delivery time. £18 For what??? Just eat refunded my money as they were embarrassed by this 'pizza' from Mania. I also ordered the cheeso onion rings; bereft of any cheese. They went right in the bin and the pizza was so over cooked it had dried out and gone wafer thin. Incredibly poor in this day when even your average, low end chippy can bang out a decent pizza and these guys can't. AVOID!

Won't be going back. £15 for a pizza with almost no ingredients on it. I was more hungry after eating it than I was before I ordered. Really lazy and poor effort

Can't recommend ordering here. Estimated delivery time on a saturday evening set as 35min. We knew to begin with this wasn't going to happen. We expected 45 - 60min. Waited just under 1hr 30min for two wraps which were then delivered cold (distance by bike: 7min!) and only after the restaurant was called up. On top of that we discovered in both wraps chicken meat which was not supposed to be in the dish - especially not in a vegetarian one! What a nightmare. I appreciate restaurants getting busy on certain days/times. But it's their own fault they get bad reviews if they communicate unrealistic delivery times. If running a delivery service simultaniously to a restaurant service puts you in such a stressful position, cut the delivery out. Seriously. We got late and wrong delivery services before. Mistakes happen. But this was extraordinarily bad. We will never order here again. The food was not worth it either. What a shame.

Waited for more than 2 hours for the food still not arrived. Terrible service the hotel is EH2 & the restaurant is EH3 and they don’t know where. First time in Edinburgh thought order is easier not again.

If it were possible I'd give zero stars ordered 2 wraps and TWO HOURS later its still "in the kitchen" busy or not thats terrible wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy nevermind to any friends or family could drive to Newcastle and have 30 minutes to spare yet its "impossible" to be at my house inside 2 hours. **edit has now been a week since and still waiting on a refund, "boss will call you back" time after time called every bloody day wheres the boss like? Hiding in the kitchen scared to release a refund??? Ridiculous service and pathetic owners

Until now, I didn't know pizza could be bad. How do you make a BBQ chicken pizza dry? It's almost impressive. But hey, the order was early and every item was correct. So could've been worse.

New Review: 1 star gave an ETA of an hour but didn't arrive for an hour and a half, called them after an hour and 20 min and they delivered it very hot 15 min later so sounds like they forgot the order and very quickly got it done after calling them.. ridiculous amount of time to wait for food.App still doesn't have tracking and seems very simple 1+ year on. For drinks they have a selection of 1L or 1.5L but don't actually deliver what you order, they gave 1L and 330ml. Old review: 5 star Everything tasted amazing, got the Family meal deal (comes with 2 Pizzas, a box of chicken, and 3 bags of fries). One of the best Pizzas I've had. They got lost so food was slightly cold but still good enough without reheating. App was slightly confusing, you can't log in and get receipt via email which I kinda expected. Amazing food though, will definitely buy again :D

Ordered from them tonight and unfortunately had some items missing. However we just gave them a call and a very nice delivery driver came back with our food plus chocolate cake! It was a simple gesture but much appreciated. The rest of the food was very tasty and I really enjoyed the pizza in particular.

The first time when I ordered Mania's pizza everything was good, today that wasn't. A prosciutto e fungo was awfull, rocket wasn't fresh and mushrooms tasted horibble. Moreover, I found a hair in a margerita's piece 🤮 Never again.

Not Italian Stone baked Pizza at all. Pizza baked by Asians. never again the following day stomach cramps and visited the toilet at least 3 times. Called the take away, no apology, no refund was offered to order again and items would be given for free, are you joking? delivery isn't free and a minimum order on just eat plus why on earth would I want to order from you again, I just said your food made me I'll. You would have made a better impression by refunding the one nasty pizza. I guess you are stingy as hell. Plus on your take away box Margerita is spelt Margherita correct your spelling mistake!

The first time I ordered from mania pizza. The pizza was amazing. However today I ordered for a calabrese inferno and carciofio e salsiccia dop pizzas, both were non vegetarian- yet the pizzas we received were both vegetarian( they forgot to put it on ) the crust was thicker than last time too. Not the best experience today. Sorry 😐

Good pizza, we used to order regularly. However, the last few times the quality has declined with additional, paid-for toppings missing and the pizza being burned to the extend that large parts of it were not edible. Please resolve this and we'll be happy to order again.

Great pizza and very good chicken wrap. The 2 pizza deals are quite good: 2x11"pizzas for £15. I must say their pizzas are not the cheapest, but their pizza dole is amazing. Chicken pieces are nice, but way too salty for me. Fries are excellent!!!

The pizza here is wonderful. It's real Italian style pizza made fresh with quality ingredients.I've been ordering here for years and it has always been excellent, great value for money and I love that the premises are extra clean and the customer service is keen. If you're in the mood for something extra the spicy chicken wings on the side are also surprisingly delicious

Mania have been dumping trade waste in residential bins in the Lauriston area. Despite a number of residents pointing this out a couple of times, the staff and owner have lied that the waste belongs to the shop until they have been shown proof that the waste belongs to them. They continue to do so and we have now reported them to the environmental office.

Their chicken is brilliant but their opening time really unstable.

Fantastic wraps and friendly service. They changed their menu and removed the excellent BBQ chicken wrap, but on my recent visit (when I was disappointed it had gone) kindly made me one anyway! :)

Knocked door once and was gone when I went to check, then got a call after from a horribly rude man who told me that I won't be getting my food or a refund, and was incredibly mean to me. Would definitely not recommend, worst customer service I have ever encountered. 0/5.

I love mania, the pizzas are great, but recently I have found the home delivery SOOOOOOO SLOW! Please sort it out guys, as you are ruining such great takeaway! They have great pizza variety and the toppings are good quality. Last time I waited well over an hour for delivery though.

Leckere Pizza zu einem guten Preis! Gerade, wenn man schnell was Günstiges mit ins Hotelzimmer nehmen möchte. Die Pizza Margarita war sehr fettig aber wirklich lecker!

Mania are the best! Gorgeous pizza which always comes with a free garlic dip; delivery is fast and always with a smile.

Nothing mind blowing, but a nice pit stop for a quick and cheap fried chicken fix. Chicken batter is a bit too soft for my taste - more like breaded than southern fried style.

Best pizza takeaway in Edinburgh. I eat their pizzas weekly and the quality is always as high as before. The chicken fillets are really good value tasting amazingly and make KFC and the rest look silly. Everyone there is really nice as well. Cannot recommend it enough.

Ordered via just eat. Said will be delivered by 9pm. Called and said will be 10.30pm. 2.15mins for a pizza. Howay ya ding bats get on it. Lost a customer.

I wasn't convinced from the exterior, but was nicely surprised! The pizza was delicious and warm - far cheaper than any of the obvious take away pizza joints!

I don't think I've ever received food as hot from a delivery before. I'm not quite sure how they did it. I've ordered once from here, and I'm pretty impressed. Pizza is nice with a just-the-right-amount-of-crisp crust, fried chicken absolutely piping hot, and an extra dip thrown in for good measure. Delivered much earlier than expected too (which is fine by me, but be aware if you're ordering with a time in mind). I'll definitely be trying them again. It would be 5 stars, but I found the base just a teensy tiny bit on the salty side. Otherwise, a lucky chance when my usual place was closed, and now I think this will be my usual place.
