not happy at all only orders 2 kids meals told us a time then when later and later shocking

Fab service as always, Food fresh and hot, came early, 110% everytime !

We order ever week from here and it’s the best take away in Wigan!

This order was awfull the food took longer then two hours said it was delivered for over an hour all the food is cold the chips ain’t cocked correctly one of the chips came with cheese that wasn’t supposed to and I’m allergic they was also stale and not cooked properly and no drink came I want a refund or something as my child is still hungry

it says my food has been delivered but it hasn't turned up

I ordered online, said about an hour, came in 35 minutes, was hot and delicious, lovely lady delivered it

Decided to try here for the first time today, the quality of the food was good, everything was cooked fresh. The service was pleasant and the store looked clean. The food filled as whole but was lacking a little on flavour, the chips/fries were not seasoned. The pizza sauce lacked flavour so did the cheese, the garlic with cheese was free and again lacked any decent flavour. Overall not a bad experience, but would not be my first choice for food.

I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and I love their food but I’ve just received my order and the driver was extremely rude to my staff saying disrespectful and utterly unprofessional comments towards her due to the colour of her skin by saying “why don’t you go back to your own country” all because she asked for my name as I live in supported living and all she wanted was to help, he could of handled that situation in a more respectful and professional manner

Great-huge kebab special box, all organised neat & tidy and still hot tasty and fresh.

Food came around an hour and a half after we ordered (fine) but the cheese had gone off that was put on the pizzas and were inedible. We then rang them up to complain and were told new pizzas would be sent asap however turned up 45 minutes later

Driver apologised couldn’t find out address and had been trying to phone head office and couldn’t get through, food completely cold and unreadable after waiting over 1 hour

Best Donna kebab in Wigan big, hot, fresh salad - I usually ask for extra sauce and on kebabs in the notes and they always put alot on. Not stingy.

Food arrived late and app only let me know this after I asked for help which is when delivery time changed. Kebab was cold when it arrived . Usually good service but will think twice before ordering again.

2nd time ordered online delivery was terrible phoned up 3 times and was fobbed off 5mins be with you 20mins later still no delivery and when it came pizza garlic bread full of grease luke warm chips won't be ordering ever again I will spend my money somewhere else

The food arrived early but it was cold. Also, the chicken in the kebab looked pink. The shish kebab was nice however, and the delivery lady was very pleasant. Overall not too impressed, but I have had worse.

Pizza was delicious and made perfectly. Kebab was made as i orded and it was fresh and tasty. Garlic sauce was perfect as i like it to be. All in all i will very much recommend this fast-food shop.

Food was an hour an half late and freezing cold , the shop is literally no more than 5 minutes from my house , delivered at 12.45am ! Sorry mandos you won’t be getting no more orders from us , we ordered last week and food was cold and very late , but we thought it was a one off …apparently not ! If I could give zero stars I would !!

Pizza itself was good but delivery was 45 minutes later than they had said. We had to phone up and they said it was on its way it arrived a further 20 mins later but still hot on arrival

I've had mandos a few times and loved it . This time, the salad dodnt taste right or the chicken kebab . I was very disappointed. My daughter got donner kebab, and that was hard n not very tasty salad again was poor

i contacted the shop twice 20 minutes apart and was told both times delivery would be 2 minutes ...45-50 minutes later it turned up

My order was 30 minutes late! I called and I was advised the order would be a FURTHER 30 minutes until I advise I would like to cancel my order. The person then told me it’s on its way and it will be with me in 10 minutes, 25 minutes later I called again to then advise me AGAIN it’s on its way! Food arrived eventually… COLD

Nothing but liars. Over 2 hrs late simply because say they coming from Golborne Branch and they coming from Manchester. You need shutting down. No answer on the phone. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful

I've never tried the calories before and it was delicious! The crust wasn't too thick, was nice and crisp with I nice amount of filling. I will definitely be ordering this again.
