We had a bottomless brunch here, and it was amazing! We were in the private room downstairs...drinks just kept coming! And the food was 👌 😋 🔥 😍 definately recommended 👌

As a customer who wasn't drinking alcohol it really wasn't worth the price. There are 2 non alcoholic cocktails which were both vile and the food was a bit bland. I had Karrage chicken bowl, the chicken was OK.

Great music, but I did sit without a drink for 20 mins, Prosecco was offered but I dont drink it. Our server in my opinion wasnt friendly or even smiled, felt like we were an inconvenience, food came, absolutely smothered with so much cheese (orded chicken fajitas) chicken was missing, they offered to deduct from the bill, wasn't asked if I would like a replacement. Received the bill and it was deducted from the bill, to then see the service charge as been applied... First experience wasnt a great one.

Be aware when booking for a group bigger than 6 that you will be placed on different tables. Really changed the atmosphere of the evening. For the price they should let you know this in advance or we would have gone elsewhere.

What a fantastic evening! The cocktails were fantastic. I can’t fault the service either; our server, Nihar, took the time to check in on us and offered some great drink suggestions. Everything was clean, and the food was delicious.

We had a decent experience but WATCH OUT when the bill arrives!! Items that should have been included were added on extra, & our deposit was not taken off! We had to send the bill back twice! For a table of 4 people, they’d have made an extra £80 had we not been alert to this.

I just had a lovely evening out! The service was top-notch; Laura was super attentive and really made the experience special. The food and drinks were spot on, and everything from the atmosphere to the cleanliness was perfect. I felt welcomed and well looked after throughout my visit. Can't wait to come back again!

We went here for a work night out so didn't order food but had great time dancing and drinking. Vibe was good and busy. Played viratey of music for everyone.

Burger was great chips were not. It's was mid afternoon and basically empty, so I'm not sure what happened there, but I plan to come back for an evening as it looks like fun.

Went for “Bottomless Party” menu! Drinks were free flowing and the team were amazing! Thanks Dhaksha and Jack - u guys made us feel so welcome and look after us so well.

Service was impeccable! Such a nice touch being greeted for the bottomless brunch with a bottle of Prosecco while we decided on our food and cocktail order. The staff were constantly coming to check in on us, even though it was so busy! Really impressed and bottomless brunch was good value for money with nice carby food. Highly recommend!

Manahatta is a lovely place. Nice ambience, very pleasant. We visited at lunchtime. The service was very slow, which was odd as there were only ourselves and a table of two in the entire place. The food, when it eventually arrived, was meh. The salad leaves on my bagel looked old and soggy and others were unimpressed with their meals. Disappointing.

I understand that places like this are going to have some form of dress code, but the door staff should stick to it, and not pick and choose who to apply it to. Two of my male friends were denied entry, even after I told the bouncer we already had a table inside with boys wearing the exact same thing. The majority of men in the venue were wearing jeans and a sweatshirt, and when I pressed the guy on the door for a reason as to why he wouldn’t let them in he couldn’t give me an answer, after he told them it was because of what they were wearing. Nothing at all to do with the venue the staff were lovely, drinks were great, this just meant we all had to leave earlier than planned.

Special thanks to Dhiksha! Definitely the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever had!!! Our expectations were high due to the good reviews, but safe to say, this exceeded our expectations. We left extremely happy and very drunk!

Fantastic drinks, the best cocktails! The burgers were very good but the Caesar salad was extremely vinegary. Service was phenomenal even with a party size of 17! We were taken care of as soon and checked on many times by our friendly waitress. The atmosphere was very fun and the music was amazing! Plus the photo booth was a great touch to capture memories :)

Nakul and Kamsi honestly made our experience here unquestionably amazing, really wonderful service with excellent drinks. Couldn't recommend more, best spot in Birmingham for cocktails just because of the bar team!

Visited as a large group for a leaving do and had a great time - food took a while to come out but understandable as it was a busy Saturday night. Drinks were fabulous and kept flowing throughout the night. Our servers (I unfortunately didn't catch their names) were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Overall a really fun night!

I had bottomless brunch here for my friends birthday; there were 14 of us in total. I have to admit, this was probably one of the best bottomless brunches I have been too in the city. The cocktails offered were so good and have an array of choice, from Aperol, Prosecco, berry punch etc. You also get bottles of Prosecco refilled for the time that you are there. The food was lovely, majority of us had the manahatta chicken, crispy beef bowl or steak frites! AMAZING 🤩 the cost was £41.95 and you definitely get your moneys worth. Finally, the atmosphere was insane, so lively, the music was a good choice from pop, classics, RnB. 💃🏼 Thanks again for looking after us, cannot wait to be back!

Very lively place for my first time visit

I received an email a month before to say our Hen party would be split across two booth areas with a walkway between, there's only 8 of us and with booking so far in advance (4 months), I was left feeling disappointed. After arriving and seeing you'd put us in a private area with one large table, this made up for it! Georgia looked after us and was absolutely fab! The best service we've had in a very long time, within 5 minutes of arriving we were on our second bottle of Prosecco and everyone's water glass filled to the brim, Georgia was very attentive throughout the full 2 hours bottomless brunch, she was super friendly, and is an asset to the team! Thank you Georgia for looking after us :)

Kat was a brilliant waitress she really made our evening. She was super friendly and really attentive, never left us waiting for drinks, her service was perfect and shes a credit to your team. Couldn't fault her at all and we will definitely be coming back again

The venue is probably great for a night out, but I regret going for lunch. We only had 30 minutes for lunch and were drawn in by a sign advertising £8 lunch (with a photo of a nice-looking sandwich), but the special only allowed grilled cheese or brunch options. The grilled cheese was a bit over-the-top with pesto sauce and veggies and too much cheese; it would have been better as a simple grilled cheese with a side of fries. It took 20 minutes for our two sandwiches to arrive, so that also contributed to the general review.

Friends and I were looking for somewhere to have a cocktail and as this place had a 2 for 1 offer on, we all had 2! As we went on a Sunday afternoon, the place was quiet so we could get a table and relax with our drinks. Great staff and good vibe. Definitely somewhere to return too.

Not even worth 1 star. I went yesterday (on a Monday evening) with my friend and we waited by the door to be seated. It was very empty in the bar, only 2 other tables occupied. We waited for over 5 mins and all the staff members saw us but didn’t acknowledge us. They purposefully avoided us when they had plenty of opportunities to greet us. I have no problem waiting but the waitress walked in our direction but did not say a thing and walked off. We decided to seat ourselves at our own table and looked through the menu to find only 3 cocktails. We wanted to order but there is absolutely no service in the bar at all so couldn’t scan the QR code on the table. We hoped by this point a server would acknowledge us or check if we were ok but they kept avoiding us. They even decided to sit down in the restaurant area while we were waiting and trying to grab their attention. 15 minutes later and we decided to leave due to lack of respect and common courtesy.

Bottomless brunch Mona was absolutely on it with the bottomless brunch drinks , very attentive and the atmosphere was really good. Overall a really nice brunch , probably the best one I’ve been to . Thank you Mona and the host !

The black large woman has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life . I ordered two drinks and she then walked off . I then waited to give her the rest of the order when she had finished she was the visibly and verbally annoyed that I wanted to order more ? She then proceeded to over charge me , not sure if this was Suposed to be punishment for her having to do her job ? Witnessed her being rude to other customers after . £56 for 4 drinks should at least come with a bit of customer service

Second time doing a brunch here for my 30th this time, and had another great time, drink choice and service is amazing, food is great and general service is amazing, very attentive waitresses accommodating us all, straight away from booking online it was such an ease and great communication whilst accommodating requests when emailing after booking Been to bottomless brunch at a chain of bars before and this has been the best one by far and now will always choose here for future brunches

To start, I had high hopes that I would enjoy my 21st birthday dinner here however I was left in shock. I had booked the private room so we had to pre order. Considering it was pre order you would expect the food to be out with no issue, however, no, the food came out an hour after we had arrived. The food came out cold, and when the waiter came out with the food he had no time to place peoples food in front of them instead he left them in one corner and said "you guys can figure it out and take it yourselves" as a previous front of house member I was in shock seeing how he behaved, no manners whatsoever. The next thing that blew my head was how they would bring security to our room because my two younger sister who are under 18 had to be out by 9pm, firstly we booked the room for 7:30 if they had brought out the food in time my sisters would've had time to eat with no rush and without a big security man starring at you. They felt so uncomfortable and couldn't even finish their food before they had to go. Honestly I was so upset with the way we was treated, there was a black front of house staff lovely girl she came round took all our drink orders and delivered them to us personally, that was honestly top hospitality service. The food would been nice if it was actually hot, the private dining room was beautiful but quite small. Would've been a perfect birthday if we was given the proper service we deserved. I hope the staff are given proper training because that service will continue to drive customers away if not changed.

Yesterday was my second RnB event at Manhattan, and I absolutely loved it! I don't think I stopped dancing from the moment I got there (except to eat). Kudos to the chef—those chicken bites were amazing😍😍😍😍

Hired for private dining and had issues as soon as I arrived; - the male manager is extremely rude - they tried to overcharge on the bill then admitted it was there mistake - they forgot about desserts so had to wait a long time - issues with 2 for 1 drinks - messed up the orders despite us pre- ordering They waitress we had was lovely and the food was mediocre. Best thing is probably the decor.

We had the bottomless brunch. We didn't realise the price went up after 3 but this was corrected as it didn't state it on our booking either. Food was fantastic, and the drinks were flowing, cocktails great not watered down like with some other brunches. Music good popular classics. Our waitress was brilliant. Definitely recommend 👌 Only thing I would say is I returned on the Saturday but had to leave as it was overflowing with people. I can see why it's so popular but I'd probably suggest adding some type of max capacity process. It might be because it's fairly new so this might due down but I literally walked through and back out cause I could barely breathe let alone move.

Came here for drinks after dinner at San Carlo. Great atmosphere, relatively easy to get served and the music was a fun mix of all the bangers past and present. Loved it!

For a company making so much money I wouldn’t expect the toilets to be in an unusable state for 2 hours ! After spending a lot of money , I went to use the toilet to find them in a unusable state reported at the bar to a very rude manager that did nothing but shrugged his shoulders at me , to going back almost 2 hours later to find them still in the same state?! Having to leave use the toilet next door ? Not really what u would expect?

Great food here and on themed DJ brunches the vibes are great. Only thing I would say is I was sat next to another booking. Which is fine but that was not communicated to the server. We did pre order food but got that 20 minutes near the end of brunch. And 1 drink in the first hour. Radhika was trying her best and was very sweet 💚

If i didn't have to give at least 1 star in order to post this review, i wouldn't!!! Went for my 50th Birthday celebrations, food and atmosphere was good but as for the customer service and the so called Management, appalling...namely Archie who didn't deserve the title of Manager!!! How can you blame customers when you're taking forever to deliver drinks because you're obviously overbooked and under staffed as it's also Good Friday. We ordered our last drinks in plenty of time and paid the bill. The drinks took half an hour to come, and we received them at 3.15pm along with the sparkler and shots for my birthday. Literally, 2 minutes later, we are told we need to move...the sparkler was still going at this point!!!! We explained we'd literally just got our drinks/birthday shots so they needed to give us a chance to drink them as the delay was there fault not ours and Archie tried to physically take my full drink out of my hand, that I'd just received, and paid for, off me!! Brave man, didn't work. I will never set foot in this place again. Management are shocking and need to be retrained, I will also be writing to head office. I cannot get a do over for my 50th Birthday and this place ruined what was until that point a great time! Disgusted to be honest!

Still the best bottomless brunch I've been to. Probably my 4th time here now. The staff are FANTASTIC and so attentive. Never had an empty glass and the chips and BBQ sauce in the meal were amazing, haha!

We have been here twice for bottomless brunches, and I can honestly say it's probably the best one I've been to! Lovely drinks and delicious food! Definitely worth every penny! The staff are constantly making sure you have a new drink and topping up the prosecco! They have really good choice in bottomless drinks also. Such a fun experience! Will be returning soon!

I booked bottomless brunch on a Saturday for my friends hen party. On arrival there had been a mix up with our booking (I had book the large table at the back but we had been put in the private dining space downstairs). The team apologised and offered a discount and actually the mix up worked out for the best. The private dining was a lot more intimate and the perfect space for our group to mingle without the noisy environment of the main bar. Our server Divya was amazing and so attentive, making sure the drinks were flowing and party was happy.

I had a fantastic experience at Manahatta during my recent family event on the 28th. Kat, with her helpful and accommodating nature, provided excellent welcoming service. The team, including Sam and Archie, delivered exceptional service to our group of 12. Overall, a great visit with outstanding hospitality.

The food was expensive for what was essentially chain pub food, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Treating my son due to celebrating passing some test… Had a good meal but only to be sharing it with black little flies… had to be hitting them away as soon as they came in front of my meal… even caught one as it dropped on the menu in front of us… not sure where they were coming from but not able to enjoy our time together… if manhattan requires a picture I have evidence…

Wanted to make use of their 50% off in Jan offer. Unfortunately, you can’t make same-day bookings online after 6:15pm. I called yesterday (17th) at 6:45pm to check whether a booking is required to receive the discount, as the website/terms weren’t clear on the matter (maybe even intentionally vague to catch people out). The woman I spoke to (I spoke to the Temple Row branch directly) said it’s at the manager’s discretion — totally understandable, although I couldn’t help but feel she tried to be as vague as possible on how this would work (e.g. would we find out at the door or would we first need to be seated and then wait for someone to check, which would be a terrible waste of everyone’s time!) Despite being a bit unhelpful, she still seemed relatively friendly. I thanked her and asked if I could have her name — as I thought it would flow better if we came in and said we’d spoken to x on the phone and she advised speaking to the manager — but she refused to give it and after hesitating, said I was speaking to the Reservations Team. I found it odd how she tried to conceal her identity — especially as our interaction hadn’t been negative at all. This kind of behaviour suggests a business that isn’t transparent and doesn’t value building trust with customers. For that reason, we decided to find another restaurant to go to and it is incredibly unlikely I’d ever consider visiting any Manahatta location in the future, despite wanting to do so for almost 2 years now. Lessons to be learned from this are a) try to be more helpful on the phone (e.g. she could’ve asked the manager how likely it was the offer would be honoured if we walked-in, or even better, made a reservation over the phone, as after all, she was the ‘Reservation Team’) and b) don’t refuse to give your name out, as it’s not like I could harm anyone with the person’s name. Hiding it only suggests you’re not proud of the way you handled my query — which come to think of it, is probably why you didn’t give it. As a result, you’ve lost sales through 2 customers today, any future sales if we liked our experience, and also some reputations damage as I definitely won’t be speaking positively about Manahatta to friends and family if ever I hear it mentioned/suggested.

Slightly disappointed with the 'bottomless brunch' there were 12 of us for £42 each we only got around 5 cocktails each within the two hours and we got seated late as the table wasn't ready. The food was really nice but came out late and half of our table got our food way before the other half. The drink menu didn't have much to choose from and doesn't tell you what is actually in the drinks, so if your not a vodka drinker etc you don't actually know what is in them, wouldn't really call the cocktails either, couldn't say I enjoyed any of them. It was absolutely freezing in there, The lady who served us was lovely and gave a sparkler thing with some shots for the birthday girl which was nice, wasn't much of an atmosphere in there. At no point did anyone remove any of the empty drinks from our table we had to move them ourselves to the bar.. i really wouldn't rush back here in a hurry, it's very overpriced for what you get, I honestly don't even think there is alcohol in the cocktails, I have never left a bottomless brunch so sober 😂...

I really like this bar. It's trendy and has a nice vibe and has a city centre location, so it's near to everything. They do great cocktails and have a happy hour. It's fairly quiet during the week but can get very busy on the weekend.

Went to afternoon brunch works christmas outing. We was at venue 10 mins before out table was booked we still had to wait 25 mins .we didn't get to choose our cocktails. We was given a bottle of prosseco We tried to order 3 times cocktails to be told we had to wait for different bar staff to do so was given 2 more bottles of prospect.we kept telling the waitress 4 people on our table did not like prosseco we still waiting for cocktails our food came out however my meal was missing I asked 2 times where my food was to be told they had gave my burger and fries to a couple who was not with our party but had sat at the end of our group .eventually they brought my burger out as a good will gesture it was delicious. they did apologise but all my colleagues had finished there meal .we did manage to get some cocktails. It was extremely busy but 45 pound was expensive for what we had .we will not be doing afternoon cocktails here again
