Kitts Green Fish Bar in Birmingham

We ordered gluten-free large fish and chips and shared it, absolutely enjoyed our meal.i am also dairy and egg intolerant, no issues 😀 😋

Food was hot and tasted lovely, this is the only chip shop I use, the food is on point and the guy who works there is great to if u ever have a problem it's always sorted striaght away and the customer service u have is outstanding to

If there running low on chips expect a much smaller portion they just serve what they have,they don't give u a refund for serving u half a potion,finished with this place now,will be taking my business elsewhere

Prices have gone up, but not as much as other chippies. Portion sizes usually ok, sometimes a bit smaller if they're running out of chips/meat. Sometimes the order is wrong or they forget something (because unfortunately they serve multiple customers at once) so I have to wait whilst they rectify that. Last couple of times, the chips have been pale, with several black rotten bits of potato. Will give one more chance, then look elsewhere.

Great food and big portions great value for money.

I'm very particular about where I eat, this place was recommended to me. The food, service and choice is exceptional. Great food and even better value for money.

Had 2 portion of chips and scallop from here yesterday made us poorly chips looked quite pale aswell won't be buying from here agin first and last time how ever the man serving was a polite friendly person

The battered fish was amazing, so crispy and fresh tasting . The young lady made it fresh for me alongside the chips. I could tell that she cooked them in clean oil as the taste was amazing. She also placed the sauces in pots for me as I explained that I was buying them for the Team as I was on training for the day ( normally the sauces are drizzled over the fish n chips but I was unsure what the team members preferences on the sauces would be) Thank you so much .

I must say I was a bit put off when I first walked in. But the guy behind the counter was very friendly. The clientele were a bit odd. But the portions were huge and the quality of both the cod and chips was excellent. Located near By Glebe Farm, it's an odd area in Birmingham but the food was very good and tasty.

Been using here for around 14 years. Very friendly staff. Food is nice and cooked fresh. One criticism is who ever proof read the menu board needs to check as many of the words are spelt incorrectly.

Good place to go and very reasonable price. A little slow but good service.

Great service, good size portions and best of all great taste.

Great food at cheap prices& great customer care

Never visited but have ordered from here numerous times and never been disappointed. Chips are the best I've tasted, chicken is always tender, fish is nice and white and have no bad words to say about this place. Must visit it one day.

Food was awful never again ! I had 3 strips of Donner meat on my wrap just tasted like a salad wrap I asked for chilli and mayo and got none! NOT EVEN EDIBLE 🤮🤮

You need to sack the lady who works there shes rude and gives small portions of food you've had countless of complaints about her your food is beautiful but shes spoiling your food place and I shell not step foot inside there again till shes gone anyone on here can see from other complaints about how small portions she gives out I'm honestly disappointed especially how much money I've spent in this food place let me make it clear there noting wrong with the food just very poor customer service

Worse place to eat your food charging extra even can get better food for a better price

Great food good service value for money

been here a few times,normally have a nice sized piece of chicken and chip for £2.20,fresh and hot chips,tonight wife got brought me home this for the same price (see photo)needless to say i will not be going there again

Food hot staff friendly and service quick. Prices reasonable although I do think £2 delivery is a little to high.
