Very friendly staff.. food is 10/10 smash burgers to perfection. dont hesitate to come and enjoy a bulls burger! I would recommend coming to order for collection. On delivery food gets cold! Overall tasty!

I’m in love with the chipotle box.. the popcorn chicken, the cheese and the fries ( I do change out the sauce to sweet Thai chilli which they accommodated to ) the staff are always kind and sincere. The chicken smash burgers are probably the best burger I’ve had. The milkshakes are 10/10. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I ordered food at 4:45am got my food delivered within 20 mins this is my first time trying this new place out, wow the flavours has knocked me out I ordered a triple smash burger meal the staff were very polite they also added complimentary chocolate cake which was very nice of them. Surely I will be returning.

Was half decent at 1 point then started to loose standards very quickly, then worse of all the prices gone stupidly high to order via uber/deliveroo... £.21.95 for the bull box alone ? Are you feeling okay that is not acceptable for the little food given it shouldn't be aloud . I definitely wouldn't order from these again 😐

Great food. Hard to find genuine smash burgers but these guys make them so nice. My only gripe is please for the love of Jesus stop using staples. I get why you do it but I order pretty regularly and at this point I'll be dead from 1000 cuts

Pretty shocked how bad Bull Burgers is when ordering food off Deliveroo. The pictures of food you see on the website simply are not genuine or represent what you actually end up with. Cheesesteak burger and cheesy fries was utterly dreadful, small quantities, impaired taste, very expensive at just under £15 and worst of all.. delivered cold, soggy and left on the doorstep seeing the driver already back in his car shooting off. Avoid this horror show.

I ordered Loaded chipotle from here .It is incredible so yummmy .Staff is very good especially night shift people. Recommended to everybody to try from here.

I ordered on Uber eats... I had a very unpleasant lady on the phone who told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I've been calling them for 1 hour now and I still haven't heard anything, my order still isn't ready. This is a real scandal. Scammers to be shunned!

Sorry to say very disappointed. Always missing something or the other. Staff on the front is good. But others are not good. They missed giving orders they called us to pickup for our paid orders and then no apologies nothing. Such a shame

Ordered via uber eats and was disappointed to say the least. The cheesesteak loaded fries was just cheap grilled meat with nacho cheese sauce on top, no flavour to it and it was dry af. The cheesesteak at subway is 100x better and thats saying a lot. The burger as well no seasoning or anything. With those kind of prices you’d think the food would be good but it was sh-it. Only positives are they give you lemon wipes and put the drink in a separate bag to stop it going warm

The burgers here are incredible! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and they serve it up quickly without compromising quality. The lady at the front is always pleasant, patient, and makes the experience even better. This is the only place I go for burgers whenever I’m in the UK. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service provided by both manager Ashraf and employee Sarah. The food was served hot and arrived quickly.

Really disappointed, the food is expensive and the taste is awful, I ordered a loaded bowl and the cheese sauce tasted awful, it ruined the who bowl. There was like one chicken tender inside the bowl. My other half ordered a burger and he said it was really dry and the sauce tasted weird. The tenders where really dry and the chips where not great either. Wouldn't go again.

I recently visited Bull Burger while on holiday, and I can't get enough of their smash burgers—they're incredibly juicy and flavorful. I've been ordering them every other day because they're just that good! The service at Bull Burger is also exceptional, especially Nethera, who always serves with a smile and is incredibly helpful. Her friendly attitude made my ordering experience even better. If you're in the area, Bull Burger is definitely worth a visit!

Food poison be careful please I ordered a few burgers fries wings etc It tasted delicious After 30mins it started with my nephew he started to have stomach pains 1 hour later my sister then me Few hours gone passed the pain gone extremely worse started to feel sick the next day we all vomited 🤢 And we decided to go doctors They have taken our blood and few days later got the result of food poison We all had medications 💊 prescribed Please be carefull out dear

I’ve ordered from here before and food arrived on time & it was good However ive ordered again and the delivery is gone past 15 minutes over the estimated arrival time If you order off ubereats from them be aware you cannot track the driver as its the stores driver bit of a mockery if you ask for how long its been & its 5am so no excuses

This place always fulfills my late night cravings, whenever I am up late! Cannot even say what’s my favourite cuz everything on the menu is worth trying!! Still i’d say I totally love the Olé Burger and the Ultimate Smash. Also, the shakes take you to heaven in the summers😋

The food was amazing, much better than expected. OMG! Definitely coming back! We ordered the ultimate burger - 2 beef and 2 chicken patties and fresh salad, 4 honey chicken wings and 4 thai sweet chicken strips and a kinder Bueno milkshake to wash it all down. Great value for the price. So delicious and service was great.

Absolutely atrocious. Food was mediocore at best, came lukewarm and to be honest it was more on the luke side. Ordered the signature fries but there was nothing signature about it. Had a missing drink, called up to refund and owner was rude and a bully. Someone has to stand up to him. I say we all take a stand and boycott this place. Whose with me?

All I can say is I was utterly disappointed from the get go. The pictures are clickbait to say the least, in no way shape or form does the actual food resemble what was given. The cheesesteak was as dry as cardboard and looks like canned dog food. They forgot items from my order and upon calling I was met by a rude employee who made zero effort in trying to help. I’ve given benefit of the doubt plenty of times but not on this occasion. Unfortunately for me the only place I'll be visiting again is the toilet, stay away from this place and your stomach will thank you.

Luke warm, underwhelming and greasy. Best part about it was the canned drinks, which were admittedly chilled. If you're after "lots" then this is the right meal for you. If you're after "good" then maybe give this a pass.

Awful experience. We ordered on Uber eats and they took over an hour to place our order. After already getting our deliveroo order cancelled we had to wait an extreme amount of time. By the time it came our burgers were cold.

I was looking for somewhere to eat, as I was staying in a local hotel in which the food was massively over-priced. I saw the reviews on this place and gave it a go. And I'm so glad that I did! The staff are really friendly, it's very modern and clean, very well presented, and the burger was one of the best I've had in a very long time!!! I can honestly say that if I stay in that hotel again, I'll become a regular here for definite!

First time ordering, food was delivered quickly and still warm and fresh. the loco burger was very succulent and delicious, perfect if you want beef and chicken. The chicken stacked burger was bursting with cheese and was very tasty. Kinder shake was perfect 👌

Ordered on uber and it said the food should be with me in 40mins, waited over an hour for the food but didn't arrive. Called numerous times and they said its with the driver and its on the way. Waited waited still no food. Called again and now they say they haven't made my order yet and had the nerve of saying shall we make your order now and theyl deliver it within 20mins. when it did arrive I got to say it was quite tasty. I had the ole burger which was very nice.

Ordered via Deliveroo, Food was 45mins late and cold. I think if food was hot it would have been quite tasty. Delivery driver blamed roadworks but to be delivered 45 mins after the latest delivery time and only 1.2 mile from my address was a lame excuse. Sadly I will not use this company again.

Worst meal we've had in a long while. Food arrived stone cold and was barely edible - wings were the size of popcorn chicken and borderline undercooked. Cake smells weird (like it's been unwrapped in a freezer for a long while?) and is getting binned. Disgusting and made even more disappointing by the price.

Found this when searching for food near me, was a bit sceptical because it’s all good reviews but my god the food was 10 out of 10! Easily the best smash burger in brum!!!!

Was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed at all. Great service, they rang to let me know my required sauce was unavailable so gave me a choice of others. Sounded like really nice guys. Food arrived in perfect condition and the flavour was unreal! These guys can cook!!! Will definitely order again and highly recommend anyone else does too!!
