Lovely fresh food and really friendly staff.

I just ordered my lunch earlier on through just eat & I’m so impressed by the quality , I will definitely order again for delivery or pop by in person!

4 bits of tuna in it and no prawns even tho I paid extra for it.

My gran and I been ordering takeaway from Mana Poke for over a year and we absolutely love it. We usually order the "build your own bowl" and we can confirm that the tofu is delicious and the avocado always nice and fresh. They work hard and put care in each order. Thank you for the great service!

I usually from here while at the office. They are fast, their food is healthy and tasty, and the portions are solid.

I will report this so that it can somehow reach the person in charge of this unit. I work with food delivery through food apps. The lack of professionalism of a specific team, in this case the team that is present at the service at this moment, has become more and more constant. I arrived to collect my order, which I had received 20 minutes before I arrived. The service that has this behavior does not care about orders received through the apps. His priority is only for customers who are inside the store. On several occasions he failed to place the order that I was supposed to pick up and started a new service. He ignored me and was rude to me, inviting me to wait outside the restaurant. This attendant must have a problem with delivery people, because it is noticeable how much pleasure he takes in being ignorant in this way.

Small, fine takeaway/restaurant (4 seats) for bowls. Everything is perfectly fresh and can be put together yourself if you wish. It was so delicious that we went twice. Address saved! We'll be back if we end up in Edinburgh again.

This is a great little spot! The service was very lovely and welcoming. The prices are super reasonable for the quality and amount given. It tastes superb, leaving me extremely satisfied by the end.

The poke bowl we had was absolutely delicious and oh so fresh. Only wish there were more seats and not the one window bar facing some bins 😅 best to have it as a takeaway in the nearby park, the salmon and seaweed were fabulous!

Bought some poke here to take out and I was very pleased by the service and quality of the food. It was very generous and delicious. Few ingredients were sold out and they told me that I can replace with everything else. Quantity was also very good for the price.

I am surprised at all the reviews saying the bowls are filling. I ordered a large one (ponzu bowl) through deliveroo and it was very disappointing. It tasted really nice but there wasn't enough rice and I was still hungry at the end. Not worth the £12.95. It was slightly bigger than a poke bowl from Sainsbury's or Tesco.

My company hired Mana Poke to do the catering for 150 people at a customer party. It was AMAZING, gave the whole event a festival atmosphere and the food was incredible (and amazing portion sizes). Great value for money too. Thanks to callum and the team.

I got 2 Ponzu poke bowls for myself and my work colleague. Oh my word!!! What a fantastic meal. Everything was fresh and although I was very full, I felt great. Our food was delicious and the delivery chap was lovely.

Delicious hand-prepared health food, sustainably sourced, with kind staff and quick service. I have been multiple times and never had an issue. Maximum seating for 4 people inside, but has a lovely atmosphere!

Im a regular at Mana poke but today’s order was below par. There was avocado missing, no extra pineapple and I’m pretty sure the large I ordered actually came in a small tube (I could be wrong and they have changed the shape but it seems much smaller than my usual). Will 100% still continue to order from there, as long as the next time the standard is better

The restaurant said that there weren't enough drivers in the area to accommodate deliveries, as well as JustEat not having the right menu. Mana Poke were great and very proactive in sorting the issue and communicating progress

I've been a loyal customer of Mana Poke for a while now. I first tried one of their bowls in a food market before they had a permanent location and wasn't blown away, but I'm very glad I decided to give them another shot at their shop because they're now one of my go to takeaways for something fresh, tasty and affordable. My favourite is the Classic bowl with salmon which also comes with their house classic sauce. My only constructive feedback would be that the portion sizes seem to vary on occasion - I used to order an extra scoop of salmon but they sadly don't offer this anymore, so I tend to go for a large and a few times this hasn't felt as large as other times. But all round, a brilliant little place. The staff are always very nice, and the food tastes great.

The bowls I have received from Mana Poké are always delicious. All the flavours mix perfectly, the avocado is always super creamy and it’s all super healthy!

Basically the best poke bowl place in Edinburgh. The portions are great size and quality is superb. The staff are always friendly and welcoming when you enter. Firewater is my favourite there.

First time ordering a Poke bowl. I ordered the Tofu and avocado and added a few extras. Super fresh and tasty, full of flavour. Thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so I felt like ordering a second! I'll be ordering again and soon 😁

Had the most delicious Ponzu Salmon Poke Bowl after running a half a marathon and could not recommend it more!! So tasty, high protein, filling and feels like a proper treat! The team and service were brilliant as usual and I will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered on Deliveroo a few times now, and it always arrives in less than 25 minutes. Full of flavour, good portion size (regular is fine) and healthy enough not to feel guilty for getting a takeaway.

Unfortunately the reviews here are too overrated. They had a few ingredients missing and charge us extra for replacement. Definitely not worth the price. Most of the poke is white rise with 2-3 fillings. For the price can get better meal in the restaurant. Response to the comment below: Nobody offered me any refund for the missing ingredients. Quite an opposite have been charged for replacement. The price of the bowl were around £13

The poke bowl I had was not bad, the food lacked an oomph in the flavour, but the ingredients felt fresh and well put together. I got the Japanese large poke bowl with cooked prawns and crushed roasted peanuts, and it wasn't very filling. The staff was very friendly! Quiet place, mostly for takeaway, with four seats for eating in.

A must-go! If you have not had the experience eating a poke, this is a must. This place is clean, very well presented and the personnel is very attentive. Prices are reasonable. I feel like every time I order Mana poke bowls it gets worse 😕 There’s never enough sauce - even if I order one that’s literally called ‘ponzu poke bowl’ there’s no ponzu in it. Almost every time I order an ingredient is wrong or missing. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it. Kaukau poke bowls are much better!

Yummy tasty food but quiet pricy. 0.25p for a sprinkling of sesame seeds is crazy and most extra little toppings are £1. Got home and added my own AVO and kimchi :P

I thought it tasted just OK. I considered leaving the store when I saw that the employees handle food without wearing gloves. I watched as the girl behind the counter patted the avocado into the bowl with her bare hands. I stayed because I was hungry and didn't want to deal with finding a plan B. I asked for some wakame on mine, which costs £1 extra. I didn't know you could get the ick from a restaurant, but when I watched the guy put a spoonful of wakame into the bowl and then remove one strand of seaweed, and then one more strand - ick city. As he cut my avocado, he must have realized that it was one of those hard avocados that is inedible. He put it in my bowl anyway. Overall, the food tasted FINE, but I won't be thinking about it or craving it ever again and will probably never come back. Get some gloves on those fingies, employees. On a positive note, cheers to having a vegan spicy mayo option.

Excellent quality of produce and a delicious menu. This has become a bit of a staple for our takeaway treats as well as the best option for a healthy lunch. Staff is always there to help if you have any questions and bowls are easily customizable to your personal taste or dietary requirements.

We stopped at their foodtruck 2 weeks back outside the st.James Centre, there was a little pop up seafood festival. I got a Classic Poké Bowl with Scottish salmon and spicy Mayo - it was so fresh and tasty I couldn’t believe it! Taine and Callum who served me in the food truck were extremely friendly! Been focusing on diet and training preparing for the edinburgh marathon and this place has been a life saver. In terms of a takeaway this place has incredible macros - the bowls have over 60g of protein. Taine and Callum make the best ones too - try the Japanese with double prawn trust me 👍🏽

I had a amazing MANA POKEBOWL their food loads of options to pick. I had salmon which was so FRESH & oh man the sauces are to die for and the staff were wonderful especially Callum & Taine who explained what kind sauces etc.. Guess what I came back again and again. Visited a few days ago, and must say, I will definitely be returning soon! I tried their ponzu bowl, which had an interesting mix of avocado and citrus flavors. Gabriel, one of the staff members, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu - which was great cuz I'd never been to anywhere like this before and had no idea what to buy! The ponzu bowl was made with fresh ingredients, with a good selection of toppings and sauces to allowed for customisation. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food. Highly recommend!

Love eating here, the bowls are all really fresh and I love the variety. Taine gave me a great recommendation of adding prawns to the mix which was a game changer if you’re trying to get in a lot of protein.

This take-away restaurant is fantastic! I recently tried their Korean bowl, and it came with the most delicious kimchi. Gabriel, one of the staff members, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Went here after a friend was talking about Poke Bowls, I had never tried them so decided to come here. I was unsure what to order but luckily Gabriel was very helpful and guided me in getting some absolutely delicious food! Portion size is very good for the price and the menu has a good variety. Find it quite tough to find a place to eat after I go to the gym. But these guys really are the secret. Their bowls are packed with protein, healthy and fresh veg and salads, everything you’d need post-workout. Callum was very friendly and explained things simply and made the whole experience seamless. Usually don’t go out for lunch much, but these prices are great for the city centre for fresh, consistent quality food. First time ordering so Callum guided me through the menu so I left happy with my choices. Great place, can’t wait to come back and try out the rest of the menu
