Really enjoyed the Ube Bilong… which is essentially a purple ice cream sandwich with a fried pancake on either side as the sandwich part. Hot and cold at the same time. Ice cream part was mild and creamy. The whole thing was quite enjoyable. We went to the Leicester Squate location which was tucked away down a side alley. You need to google it to find it. Orders/payment is taken from the self-serve terminal on one side of the store.

Been here twice for dessert, the ube bilog is my favourite! Nice level of sweetness and the coldness of the ice cream works well with the warm pandesal bread. Easy to see why its always busy in the store!

Mamasons Chinatown London Some of Halo-halo’s ingredients are missing and it's not tasty. I'm a regular customer. I brought my 5 friends from Paris to let them try the said halo-halo, but it wasn't tasty, and the Leche flan was small. Last year, I went to Mamasons Westfield in ShepherdBush with a friend. We ordered halo-halo and same problem, the toppings did not have a jackfruit and the most important ingredient in halo-halo is the Leche flan was missing. I went to the guy who made the halo-halo and he told me they were run out of toppings. My Advice please maintain the quality of the product.

Had the Ube flavoured Bilog - tasted absolutely delicious! Just be warned it might be messy eating, especially if you're up to sharing it.

This place is well-reviewed and a coworker highly recommended it so we knew this was going to be good, and they sure delivered! The ice cream was very "coconut-y" and the bread fresh, I only wish I was hungrier for more. Definitely worth hitting up for a snack or dessert if you're in the area!

LOVED IT! will be back. Me and my niece came here to try the ube thingy seen on tiktok and OMG some tiktok trends aren’t that great while others are….this one was great!!! So good! This place is great! Tried while visiting London. I’m a big fan of Filipino desserts/ice cream. I had the bilog, a milk bun filled with ube ice cream. Arrogant, rude and lazy staff! I can't believe such people can be allowed to work in this industry. As I live in the area, I do stop by occasionally, only if other places are closed. I'm surprised that the service is worse each time. I do feel insulted. Staff do not even look at the customer. Too busy chatting or playing on their phones. One girl was bullying a Newby clearly..and staff just mess around..generally they did no work. When you go to order, they act very entitled and behave like they are doing you a favour. Incredibly slow..be ready to wait at least 10 minutes for one drink. I had to write a review finally because this cannot be allowed to continue. How can you run a business like this with such arrogant and aggressive staff. Today, I went again..and for the fifth time there were about 6 people pretending to work and just chatting. A huge queue because the staff are lazy and useless (they didn't make the drinks). I asked a boy with long hair and glasses how to order?. He just threw the card at me and didn't even look at me..no explanation. Turned his head and walked to chat with others. I asked again he just threw the card..and grunted like a little thug! The ice cream as ok but: only cards (for tourists it is not very nice), then to have informations it is hard, above all if there is a lot of people. A nice young man tried to help us. So I went in the machine, and unfortunately I don't know what happened I ordered one "Ube" and one flavor of the day (which was mango) and when they called me it was two "Ube", so I complained but when I did it an employee named "Jacqueline" (shop in chinatown) said that this is what the machine said, and I said ok well I can read it but, maybe it went wrong or something, and she said this is served we are not going to do it again, too late, you take it or not saying that was the policy and she was rude to us. I tried to explain to her that "machines" and computer are not a service and that sh was working for the brand but no ways!
