I had no expectations for breakfast, in fact it was like this, classic low quality chains, a croissant that had been there for at least 2 days...

Tried to buy a coffee and breakfast roll before jumping on a train. 15 mins later left with just the coffee as still no sign of the roll. This was with 1 person in front of me at the time of order. They'd clearly messed up a few other orders as people sitting in kept coming to the counter to sort out missing items etc.

This is unbelievable amazing! The food is so delicious! The customer service is wonderful! I feel like 5 stars restaurant! The manager was so helpful explaining all the options! Now I am going there every day! Good job amazing team! And I don’t have words for the manager is very helpful and very kind! Good job coco de mama to have him! Congratulations!

Many individual counter seats. So very comfortable even if I'm alone.

Yummy food and great service from staff

I went in to order some pasta a slice of cake, and a coffee. My order was called and I collected it and went back to where I am staying to find that I didn't have my coffee and it was too late to go back. Food was good but I wasted over £4 on a coffee that I didn't get given.

Glad I got the pasta for free (birthday offer on the app) I chose the regular Bolognese and though a good portion there was hardly any meat so overall it was quite dry. The qr code wasn't working at the order point so I went up to the till but the guy said I'd have to try the order point again, not sure why he couldn't have taken my order, but this meant I then had to queue again. Also a better queuing system needs to be in place as it was very busy but people were just standing everywhere waiting for their orders, reminded me of McDonald's. Wouldn't go again even if I was getting something for free.

Coffee is always amazing and the staff are really friendly.

Shocking system. Rude cashier. Their tablets wouldn’t show a receipt and the cashier would not provide one unless I gave them my email address. I asked to just see the receipt on the screen and they refused. Just lost my business - cheers

Do yourself a favour and get a microwave pasta at M&S or Tesco… Got a Slowed cooked beef bolognese after a long day at work and it was just disappointing, lots of pasta but just crumbs of meet and watery juice, i felt scammed with my meatless pasta… Good takeaway concept but they should give the appropriate protein amount on their food because they are charging for it!

I paid for a salad and waited for 20 minutes. When I enquired about the delay they said 'salads are in the fridge you can just take one'. However there were no salads at all in the fridge, hence why I didn't realise that you shouldn't have to wait for them. They then said 'oh we've run out, choose something else'. No apology. Bad system and bad service.

Great place to sit and enjoy your food and munch down whilst working. Lots of space coupled with a friendly team make it an ideal spot to relax and rewind. The food is priced decently and I got the ham hock and and pancetta rigatoni. The sauce alone was mellow, but when paired with the chilli flakes and gran formaggio cheese it comes together wonderfully. The sauce is rich and cheesy, with a little kick and the pasta is cooked to perfection!

Please stop upgrading me! I've come in here a few times and every time I've got the cheap beef sauce, and every time I've been upgraded to basically the same thing but with shredded beef and pork in it that costs a few quid extra. I cannot eat pork. I assumed it was a genuine mistake but last time I went in the guy behind the counter made a point of telling me he'd 'upgraded' me again. It's very sweet but you can't just give people pork without a warning???

Treated badly by their staff. Went there before the lunchtime rush and ordered and paid on the screen only to have my name barked at me and the person behind the counter snapped at me that they had sold out of something I had ordered. No refund offered and said I could have the garlic bread instead, I accepted this and he slung it down on the table. I asked if they had any of the vegan mayo please and he sucked his teeth at me and dismissively shook his head. Treated me as if I had peed in his cornflakes. In addition, the garlic bread was horrendous.

I really enjoyed certain items here and would happily get it almost daily but the staff here are so rude especially if you become a regular. The barista today purposely didn't make my simple black coffee order and pottered about doing other things waiting for me to leave so she didn't have to deal with it. The guy who took my order was nice and rectified it and threw in a free sample of donuts but this isn't the first time. I won't be coming back and it's a shame because I loved the coffee

Honestly one of the most disappointing lunches Ive had in London. Absolute rip off. You pay £9 for a bowl of pasta with some meat sauce and no meat. Really disappointing and wont be coming back here for lunch again.

Says 8pm closing on a Sunday, arrived at 7.40 and a clearly in a rush to get home staff member made it his mission to make it clear we wouldn't be served even with 20 minutes to go. Won't be coming back.

Good coffee, poor quality and overpriced pastries. Having just been in Italy, I don’t think you can claim a connection with that country’s cuisine. The pain au chocolat would not even be used as a door-stop in Italy.

The service could've been faster, the garlic bread itself was so dry I could hardly bite it (had to break it into small pieces), and the music was so loud inside that I could hardly heard my name being called. Not recommended to sit-in.

Grabbed a quiet bite. The rage bolognaise sauce was virtually meat less. Just wet sauce. Thought it was at the bottom. Nope just more sloppy water parading as sauce. Poor excuse for pasta. Won’t be going again. Staff also rushed us out after we had finished eating. Absurd service reliant on these self serve machines. Go to Eataly right outside the station. Not that much more expensive but at least you get proper food.

Tried to place an order but to say the machine is a challenge is an understatement. Asked the staff if I could place an order directly like in the good old days when you spoke to people. Instead was told to to use the machine. So walked out at least prett speak to you and take your order. A shame as like the food I won't bother again unless the machine is removed.

They forgot to cook my order. Had to chase numerous times. Wasn’t even complicated 😅

Good location with plenty of space to sit down and have food and coffee while waiting for the train. Amazing staff and great food. Coffee is great too! Different pasta sauces available every day and plenty of cold options in the fridge. Would recommend

The best location is at Liverpool Street station, where you can have a coffee and grab some treats. Very good space and a variety of food, from cold salad and baguettes to hot, fresh-made pasta. A must if you work around here and have some time waiting for your train.

Unlucky experience, had to wait 10 minutes till the staff is ready to serve pasta, I asked for a medium portion and I got a box half empty, overcooked pasta with no taste at all.

I ordered pesto pasta for takeaway lunch. The pasta was cold, pesto sauce all lumped together. I chucked it away right after it’s outright gross.

I have received very unpleasant service this morning, which ruined my day! Just because, I forgot my station staff id card, and did ask for a discount by explaining this situation! Employee comments and manners was very unpleasant!! I am a regular customer and coming few times a day! And usually being served by lovely people out there! After this experience this morning, I am not going to come back! Thanks

The slowest service ever -10 min to get coffee (horrible one) in empty store. Food took over 15 min while no one else was there

The Gorgonzola and Ham pasta is just tasteless, no trace of ham whatsoever, overcooked and with too little salt. Just bad.

Great food to go, pasta is delicious and a good range of toppings, a bit pricey for quick takeaway food about £8-10 for the standard pasta size but you can have options for smaller sizes. There are no bins so hand back to the staff when finished.

My favourite new spot in Liverpool St station for yummy authentic Italian pasta. They’ve just launched a new range of pastries and sweet treats too. Favourites are the pistachio croissant, and the chocolate brownie! Must try.

Excellent quick and easy lunchtime options. The lasagne soup has been my particular favourite addition to the menu. What a great idea for the winter.

Incredible pasta and healthy bowls - when you can get them. The self service machines are more frustrating than Tesco’s. The touch sensitivity makes them almost impossible to use. The filter coffee is always cold too. Apart from that the food is awesome - good portions and solid flavours. Friendly staff too - but the machines are abysmal.

Visité la semana pasada. Ambos pedimos gambas y mi plato tenía salsa en el plato de langostinos y el general sabía bien. Pero los langostinos de mi hermana tenía la vena negra todavía en ella y caca no era un conejito feliz. Quizás también la mía no pero yo no lo pude ver! De todas formas, el servicio era terrible. El personal era grosero y brusco. No pensamos volver.

Si pasear por Bromley buscando un buen chino, puede he oído cocina ginny - fue (en mi opinión) el mejor de la ciudad, con cocina y ambiente auténticos. Por desgracia, Ginny vendido, pero su espíritu vive en Mama Li's o es tesoros de China? Francamente no me importa, ya que la comida es prácticamente idéntica a lo que era en el día ginny. El menú es de gran calidad y el servicio es bueno. Francamente creo que golpearon fuera de Palacio Mandarín, lugares pero es una bestia completamente diferente (y no me malinterpreten ME GUSTA MP también). Muy recomendado.

Good friendly service, nice food, good value.<br /><br />Booked a table for two for my girlfriend and myself. On arrival got a friendly greeting and were shown to our table. Service was prompt, not rushed.<br /><br />Food was very nice, I recommend the mixed hors d&#039;ouevre starter for 2! I had the beef in teriyaki sauce as a main, my gf the sweet and sour pork. Both were very tasty.<br /><br />Ambiance was nice, some restaurants can get way too loud when they&#039;re busy but this was fine, it&#039;s good to find a restaurant you can converse in without having to raise your voice!

Este restaurante sirve comida deliciosa a un precio razonable.hemos comido aquí en varias ocasiones y siempre es una experiencia relajante y satisfactoria. La decoración es agradable y nunca es demasiado ruidosa.Se encargan para grupos más grandes, así como parejas con cada uno para conseguir la misma atención.

Pleasantly surprised at just how good the food was. All very well prepared and presented. The staff were very friendly and genuine. This was our first visit to Mama Li, no doubt this will be the first of many.

pasado este nuevo restaurante Dim Sum varias veces, pero Umm-ed-ed y aaa de intentar, como dim sum fuera de Londres es normalmente por debajo de la media. Pero fuimos hoy y nos quedamos muy sorprendidos. Primero hay una buena selección de té chino. Buena variedad de dim sum, los habituales y algunos únicos. Bueno para ver una sección en el menú de comida vietnamita, ya que me encanta la comida vietnamita. Servicios era amable y atento, incluso me dieron mi hijo un par de los palillos de cosas divertidas niños. Dim Sum llegó y se estaba fresco y muy sabrosa y no sub-estándar. Si nunca has probado dim sum, es toda una nueva experiencia gastronómica, tan fresca, sana y deliciosa. Tan feliz que he encontrado una calidad restaurante Dim Sum en mi propio vecindario - sin duda una joya escondida! Una nota 7 - no probamos esto, pero vimos que hacen un menú de almuerzo por 7 libras o 8 libras que incluye 2 entradas y 1 main. Vamos a volver la próxima semana para probar el menú para la cena.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Food excelllent if you like spice hot food is prefect .special they Dim Sum in lunch time and 7 days a week..Good value on business lunch.only £7.99 for 2 course meal..A lot of traditional Chinese food in the evening and the set meal is very good value.I order glass of wine and a set c menu.only £20 per head . I can&#039;t finish. 3 course meal,mixed starter,crispy duck and 5 main course., wine is very nice and surprise they do free delivery, will go again soon with my friend
