Mal's Diner in Stratford-on-Avon

The diner will win no prizes for the ambience of its location in the middle of an industrial estate but that is unimportant. What matters is the delicious and cheap breakfast rolls that they serve

Tuve un bap de tocino y salchichas y tengo que decir que fue uno de los mejores que he tenido. Muy bien de precio también. Este es mi nuevo lugar para ir a desayunar ahora.

En el trabajo tenemos un día de pago Mals. Los pedidos se envían por adelantado y obtenemos un sándwich caliente o Baguette. Hace casi todo lo que quieras y es un gran precio. ??

Drove all the way from Birmingham for another Mal's sausage and egg bap, wasn't disappointed either. Yum!

I just finished my sausage and egg baps from Mal's. OMG does that bloke know how to make a tasty sandwich. I'm still smiling now as I type this review! Fresh large bap filled with tasty proper sausages and a perfectly fried egg. It sounds simple but whatever Mal did to it made it incredible. I'm going to make a point of driving down from Birmingham just to taste your food again. Mal I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Mal and Rose run this establishment, providing food of an outstanding quality well above what you would expect. Mal's fully loaded torpedo is a sight to behold and is only chosen by the most hungry tradesmen who have the time to consume this monster lunch. All ingredients are of the highest standard, the bacon is thick his sausage is huge, apparently.

Both times we have been we have Been surprised at the selection of all day breakfasts and service was prompt and breakfasts delicious ....We will be back next time in the area :)

Two baps the size of dinner plates, good quality meet and speedy, friendly service... Who can ask for more... Will definitely be back for breakfast soon

I first used Mels diner some months ago, after realising I had forgotten to take my sandwiches for work. I work around the corner from Mals diner so went across to try it. It has been there for many years and is basically a well equiped "portakabin". However, don`t be put off by this, as the kitchen and everything inside is spotless. It is run by a friendly couple who prepare the food in front of you. Everything is fresh and cooked while you wait. Their display of fresh salad ingredients would put many "up market" Stratford restaurants to shame! The prices are very competitive and a lot cheaper than most cafe/snack bar places locally. I have used Mals many times since then and the food is consistently good. Trust me, try Mals diner and you will be pleasantly surprised!

I got their cheese burger with cheddar cheese and fries. The burger was very good, it was freshly made and was very juicy. There wasn't anything very special about the french fries, but they were also good. I loved the interior the restaurant too.

Have worked round the corner for a year but for some reason never made it to mal,s diner until today. Bacon and egg sarnie was the best. Great service as you just call up, place your order, and by the time you get there it's ready. Really friendly couple running it. The sandwich deli looked really good. Going back on Monday for that ham!!! Really easy to get to down avenue farm road. Would highly recommend for lunch. And they had a little sit up bar If you wanna eat in. Perfect. I'll be back.

This is real diner. No frills, no seating even, but fabulous food at great prices. Basically Mal's is a Portakabin on a trading estate. Don't let this put you off. If want an enormous breakfast roll or a "Full English" on a baguette then go to Mal's. You will have to eat in your car, van or just on the pavement, but don't worry about this, the taste and quality override everything. Some points to note. Firstly finding Mal's may not be easy if you are not a local. Drive into Avenue Farm, look for the Land Rover dealer, this is on the corner, then take the first road on your left. Mal's is at the bottom, park where you can. Secondly, Mal's is set up to open for breakfasts and lunches but closes after lunch. Thirdly, it can get very busy. Be patient, it's worth it. Finally, there around 5 of this type of eatery around Stratford. I've tried them all and this is by far the best.
