“Today with my children had the pleasure of lunching at Major Kebab and Pizza House, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual night out. The menu offered a fantastic variety of pizzas, each with a unique twist that made it hard to choose just one. The pizza itself was simply delicious—perfectly baked with a crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. You can tell the guy called KENAN they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was also top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure our meal was perfect. Overall, Major Kebab and Pizza House, exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing pizzas. Highly recommended!”

Genuinely surprised at the quality of the pizza in comparison to usual kebab shop pizzas. Ordered the mixed kebab pizza and the crispy and fluffy base was so tasty. Very impressed by the quality!

Very friendly staff. Always delicious food from here. Pizzas are always lovely and hot and chicken shish always has fresh salad. I recently moved out of llantwit but would always use these guys. Can recommend enough

Disgusting pepperoni pizza Sunday Running with cheese grease even slices were not cut properly deffo used wrong cheese Pepperoni stuck in middle of it was just dumped in middle of pizza not cooked no effort This was deffontely the person's fault who tried and failed miserably to makr cook a simple pepporoni Pizza correctly prob does not enjoy his job I do not pay money to have slap dash pizzas from here and if I wanted grease cheese I'd have asked for it ... I hv complained before via phone nothing ever done so now. I'm done with your pizzas. Shape up who ever tried. Failed Don't blame driver. He was the best it's the cook 😈

Used to be the best kebab house, now the food is inedible and they thrive off people coming back drunk and seeing them first. The change in ownership being passed around like a hot potato doesn't do it any favours. Food always comes cold, under no circumstances should food arrive cold to the point you have to reheat it. -Get proper bags for your delivery drivers -Make orders closer to the time its being delivered, not sitting around waiting

Absolutely terrible. Over priced food. A shish kebab with meat on top of the pitta bread, not even cut open and put inside like a normal kebab, no sauces given when ordered. Chips hard. Always forgetting orders when delivered, meat over cooked. I will never eat from here again. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

5.50 for freezing cold cheesy chips! I wouldn't of minded if ther had been a big discount! Not even the cheese had melted at all as they were so cold! Absolutely rubbish! Never again!!!

Rushed and gave me food poisoning after 30 mins of eating my food

Very small portion which didn’t taste very nice. Have used this takeaway a few times but orders take well over 40 minutes to arrive. Portion sizes are tiny, food is expensive for what you get and arrives cold.

I'm sorry to say that Major Kebab gave me food poisoning. It's a shame because the pizzas are quite good, but it seems the hygiene standards are not up to scratch.

Food is OK for what you pay but it always arrives cold and had to be heated in the microwave. As a regular customer I am very disappointed that every order arrives cold and may start using the competition.

Ordered a delivery and they said 45 minutes to an hour, two hours later we phoned and they said its on its way, later again phoned and it was still there and the bloke said tough luck, appalling we will not be back and will be telling everyone we know not to bother

Ordered food took over 1 hr to be here opened it was messy and hair in my food and so I rang up and said can I have a refund please as I’ve got a picture of it and they said no we will send out new food my food came cold and a wet soggy part of bun and thst wasn’t for sauce seemed like water they also said to me u will get it in 15 it took a hr again

Really rude staff, Racial discriminations. I was there for more than 15 mins and no one came take order. At last we decide to leave but no one bothered. Never going back to this place again

Went in the shop . Waited patiently for 10 minutes . 5 staff members ignored us as if we are invisible . RUDE UNCIVILISED STAFF .

I placed an order on Foodhub for delivery and checked out successfully, and I kept the app open to see the progress of the order. Order was accepted within two minutes which was good, and then it all fell apart. It was not even 5 minutes when I received a text stating that the order was cancelled as it was too far away. Yet I am able to place an order on Foodhub using my postcode which is only a few miles away? I suggest that this establishment amend their profile on the relevant delivery apps to ensure that they are able to complete the orders that they want to accept. If 6 miles are too far away, maybe only deliver up to 2 or 3 miles away?

Got a large chicken kebab and chips. The salad included coleslaw which was a nice bonus. Very good and guy was friendly. Will be coming back again next time I’m in town.

Love the chicken strips, thought I'd go different tonight though & ordered a mixed kebab meat & chips with all the salad. Very disappointed as there was barely any chicken meat or salad.

Easily the best Kofte kebab I've had.. decent quality meat and wonderfully seasoned, all cooked on a proper charcoal grill. Can't recommend them enough.

Fast delivery, food was hot and delicious.

Disappointed considering the prices of the food on the menu, ordered a Donner wrap for £7.00 and was at least expecting more donner meat than salad. Then the donner looked and tasted as if it had been sitting around a quite a while, very dry. Pizza was not as bad but everything had an old taste to it. Service was okay though.

Ordered a kebab and pizza with chips. Took a hour to come and it arrived at 10 past 11. they forgot the chips again so the driver rang the shop and we spoke on the phone to the shop, they said they will cook fresh chips and deliver them so we payed the full price to the driver because we were expecting the rest of the meal. Ended up having cold pizza instead as gave up waiting for them and still waiting for the chips to be delivered to this day 🤣. Happend quite a few times with things missing from orders or forgetting cheese on things etc and it's so annoying when you've payed for it and told it will come 😒

Don't bother booking for delivery, we have ordered a few times, some times they do deliver,, but today they refused to deliver meaning that my partner had to leave his friends and collect, won't be ordering again, stay away. BTW Major Kebab,why didn't you deliver when we have been good customers?

We just had some ‘’food ‘’ absolutely shocking , paid £40 For a medium pizza , a chicken kebab and some chips , the chips were absolutely disgusting, uneditable without any exaggeration, chicken Shish came cold on a cold pita bred with no salad 🤕. Pizza was not as bad as the kebab but nothing good about it either. This place is very bad .

Went in last night, the drongo behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Stood there waiting to order and he didn't say anything. Then chatted to his mate who came in. Strange that someone who makes such bad food would be that rude. 0/10 don't go here

Really good pizza especially the classic margarita! Food is always piping hot whether delivery or collection. Chips could be better though.

Didn’t deliver what we ordered and when I contacted to let them know they wouldn’t deliver what was missed and insisted we were lying!!!! We have ordered a number of times , and I’ve found this experience very poor!!! I won’t be ordering from here ever again!!!!

Ordered lamb meat and chips, doner kebab and mixed kebab...recieved 2 doner kebab and cold meat and fries. When we phoned to complain they were not interested. Refused to collect or issue refund when we offered to return untouched food to the shop.

last 2 pizzas I had have not been right. I paid for extra mushrooms on a vegetable pizza, but there were no more mushrooms on there than normal (Which is not a lot). It's like they think, 'well, it's got mushrooms on it already', so they don't bother, but still charge extra for it. Now I just paid for a 14" pizza, but only got a 12". I can't be bothered to argue about it in the shop and I shouldn't have to. At least I can vent on here. I dunno what it is, maybe they're just sloppy and don't give a F but it's not good enough. I'll get pizza from the chippy in future. Never had a problem there. Cheaper too.

Ordered for collection tonight paid £13 quid for a kebab to get home and it not to have hardly any meat on it and missing the doner meat tried ringing numerous times got through finally to be told that they would add a kebab to my next order which i didn't want as I wanted the kebab I paid for which in the end they said they would send me out a new kebab on the phone on the next delivery so waited an hour for them to send a box of donner meat not happy at all tonight and normaly I don't have a problem with them but the kebab they gave me was more like a small kebab not £13 worth of a kebab

Best kebab shop in Wales always amazing food

absolutely shocking. Waited 2 hours for our delivery called an hour after waiting and they told me my food was out for delievery, still no food an hour later. When I called they were extremely rude especially the guy who spoke to me. When the food arrived the asked me to try it to see if it was cold. I told them it was and then they told i wasnt allowed a refund because I had tried the food!

Delivered the wrong Pizza, when new one eventually arrived still wrong, dont bother.

Nothing special about this Kebab shop, chicken overcooked and chopped into very small pieces, doner meat was pre cut and left to stew in a pan and at £9.50 I would say it’s overpriced.

Polite staff. I've only had few burgers and i think they could improve better.

Amazing service every time. The pizzas were the best we have had, would rather have a yummies pizza than Domino any day. Chicken strips are delicious, better than KFC even. The kebabs are delicious and very generous portions. We've never had a bad meal from here and it has always arrived quickly and piping hot.

We ordered via the Foodhub, it was really easy to place the order, food arrived within half an hour, it was really hot, fresh and tasty.

Our order came 7 minutes early which was great,burgers cooked really nice. Mine was missing the burger sauce I asked for,and the chips were really hard. Like they’d been cooked and warned back up😞 chicken donar kebab was quite fatty. Shame,was looking forward to trying this place for food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very very rude staff. Avoid at all costs, we could do without these kind of rude people in our town.

My husband and I came for a mixed meat keebab and chips ,not knowing what to expect as here for the first time .Absolutely delicious,buzzing with flavours .We go to turkey for our holidays and the keebab here beats a lot we've had in turkey.friendly staff,clean and tidy premises,and the turkish gentlemen that served us washed his hands before serving us. That you don't see very often in takeaways.well done yummies!!

Ordered pizza, looking forwards to receiving it. It arrived over an hour after ordering it and it arrived cold. Very bad. Either thermal delivery bags are blended for the pizzas or a more efficient delivery service.
