Wow , the food from this take out is amazing ! Big portions , freshly cooked , tasty , good ingredients , I can't fault it. The best chinese take out I've had and I'm very fussy haha , even better than some of Manchesters China Town restaurants I've been too , DELICIOUS

Ordered take away twice from here. Can’t fault it at all. Food was lovely and delivery quick. Also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible food. Why so much garlic in everything??? Ordered beef and mushroom and it came as beef and green pepper in blackbean sauce which would have been ok but it was swimming in garlic, couldn't even taste the blackbean. Also got pork and mushroom and again swimming in garlic. Absolutely zero authentic chinese flavours. Imo just using garlic to cover up the poor ingredients used. The pork was like leather with no char siu flavouring whatsoever, and the vegetables used tasted stale. All went in the bin with the exception of the BBQ spare ribs which were actually very nice. When will takeaways realise good food = return custom.

We ordered via Just Eat. Great takeaway and for what we got, great value for money! We would definitely order again if we returned to Manchester

We ordered a large amount of food with several starters, mains and side. The order arrived promptly but some scumbag on the entrance stole it and accepted it on our behalf, When we went down to collect we spoke to the man who explained what had happened. The take away called us directly to apolize and rectify the situation. They sent out a whole new order which arrived within 15 minutes. The food was banging as always, this has to be one of the best Chineses' in Manchester for both flavour and value,. Thanks again guys, we'll be back!

Just ordered from here after reading fabulous reviews on just eat - and I agree! Fresh, hot and very tasty (all dishes) I got a mixed chicken vermicelli, salt and pepper chips salt and pepper chicken duck in hoisen sauce and I couldn’t fault one dish. Even down to the curry sauce! After having shocking disgusting Chinese takeaways over the past two weeks from other chineses in Manchester City centre - I am pleased to say that the magic wok is my new found favourite. Keep up the good work team!! Fay :)

Don’t know where the good reviews are coming from. Food atmosphere setting poor. We won’t be going back. You may have us as a now show, but we were there, how could I write a review if I wasn’t. Also how could I comment won’t be “going back” !!

Booked months ago to eat gefore going to see Hayley Ellis perform at the Frog and Bucket next door. I had a starter of chicken satay skewers and my husband had prawns in rice paper. Both were delicious but my goodness the prawn dish was just superb. Then he and I shared Crispy beef in sweet chilli sauce and we also shared egg fried rice and soft noodles with my sister and her husband who had the chicken version. We all agreed it was the best we had ever had. The specials on the board were written in Chinese, so obviously we hadnt ordered them but oh my goodness, they looked superb when they came out for the next table... so we asked (for next time!) Oyster stew - and then a lobster dish that both looked and smelled spectacular. Will definitely go back again. 😌

The ramen broth was amazing, although the chicken was a bit stringy and chewy. Mocktail was nice. Seating was a bit awkward. Sat at the bar type seating, which was a bit uncomfortable after a while.

It was almost full when it opened. It's best to make a reservation first. The snacks served at Yum Cha are authentic, and the attitude of the staff is also very cordial. The dim sum portions are a little bigger than in Asia. The smooth egg and green onion rice rolls are delicious. The tea is a bit bland.

The best Chinese takeaway around. Well worth a 45 minute wait. And they deliver for a pound or 2.
