Magic Flame in Newcastle upon Tyne

Visited on a Saturday night at midnight, bolognese pizza was lovely and perfectly cooked. Garlic sauce was extremely garlicy, service was efficient and quick. Will be back!

Fantastic. Would recommend to all looking for some good quality and budget friendly fast food. Great and friendly staff also!

Awful pizza and absolutely disgusting ! plus very RUDE staff Once i went there as a visitor from York i was hungry and went to get 2 pizza with my friend but what should i say ! it was not pizza at all ! Mess !!!! Dirty ! Burn ! Look at the pic Guys look after customer's better! everything not making money ! you have some bad feedback it is not only me ! read your feedback ! Most people they had bad experience ! RED THEM !!! It is shame on you!!!

I'm a bartender at a bar nearby, so I usually come by on breaks. The food and price are great, and the service is good. The one downside would be the other customers, but this is typical of takeaways really!

I normally love this place but a woman started harrassing this lad getting very aggressive and the staff did nothing to help the customers asking for assistance or for them to call the police. You are a bar near the gay scene when customers are being harrassed you need to do something not just watch i am very disappointed in the staff tonight

Terrible food! Avoid. They also attempt to charge more than on the price list. I'll never go back.

Not what I ordered took 20 mins to cook some chicken.

Ordered a mixed kebab, chips, salad and garlic sauce, water. All separate. Cost £18. When I got home and opened bag it was all mixed together with sauce on and was the smallest portion ever!

Bought 2 large kababs on Sunday 3/3 when I got home 🏠 and opened them it was jus salad and kabab meat no pitta bread waste of money

Can only rate the place as an end of night takeaway. I'd never eat here during daytime hours but when you have little choice after a night out then this is a good option. Staff are friendly if you're nice to them, do keep an eye on the prices charged though.

Keep your wits about you if you’ve had a drink. They will rob you blind if they think they can get away with it.

Undercooked pizza with still frozen seafood on top.

I was really disappointed with the pizza. Undercooked, no flavour and green peppers instead of jalapeños on a hot and spicy! Never again.

me and my pals came in after a night out and the staff laughed at my looks. I have a disibility so i felt attacked. they charged me 1 pound pound extra for the coke and said the price had changed that night. Food was rotten, dough uncooked on pizza and there was airs on the uncooked pizza. Diabolical ill never ever come back here again .!

Bit of wait for food with it being very busy but the food was worth the wait

Had a well prepared and cooked Kofta kebab, very pleasant and polite staff. Reasonably priced and quick service.

Great takeaway, owner very nice and always treat me with respect. Food is made with fresh quality ingredients so could not ask for more.

Pizza I got was under cooked underneath the topping was lots of raw dough , Bolognese didn't have any sauce they only put mince and cheese on , will not be going here again.

Food is good but they gave me the wrong order and started swearing at me saying that it was what I ordered even though several random customers agreed with me... they need better staff. Manager was cool about it and sorted it out

Poor place this is the staff are rude I was direpected here because I have a disibility not only that if you work for them and need to go to hospital during shift you will be sacked they are also hiring anyone so there is potentially people working there and on benefits too which is fraud the food is not very nice and any trouble they don't ever d ring be police so if ya want to go to a safe environment I would go somewhere else or and last time I ate here my mate was chocking and all the staff done was look and laugh at him I had to intervien when I noticed then they go charge him £3 for water when he needed it to make sure he wasn't going to chock again total disgrace

I AM GIVING IT A 1 OUT OF 5 BECAUSE IT IS NUMBER 1 IN MY HEART. FOOD IS ALWAYS TURKISH AND KEBABS ARE THE ONE. HASAN AGAC SERVES ME THE KEBABS ESPECIALLY AND I THINK I WOULD LIKE THEM BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS RUBBISH BUT I STILL EAT THEM AND I LOVE THEM. Food was ok mixed kebab chips and salad. Just the same at most takeaways polite service not the cheapest but well cooked and I didn't have to throw it in the bin so loads better than some of the kebab shops i have visited. Could be cleaner.

Absolutely Disgusting, never been in and never want to after i read that this place has a 1 Star out of 5 hygiene rating on the official food hygiene site which falls under the category of a possible infestation, look after your health guys and don't visit.

The service was terrible very unfriendly and rude. He was a tall blonde male with bad manners and an annoying face.

Great place once drunk. The wait is a bit hit and miss. But it's cheap.

Got the marinara and all the sea food was half frozen/cold , got a replacement but still had to wait for a long time. Really disappointed

Bought two king size kebabs about fourth minutes ago. Never seen such a pitful amount. Counted 15 chips at most. Kingsize my rear end. Meat looked anaemic. Won't be back.
