Magic Flame in North East Lincolnshire

First time trying and placed an order for delivery. The food arrived cold and there were two incorrect items delivered. The restaurant refused to offer any refund or even an apology!

Was advised of yet another price rise Mt reveiw is based solely for the eyes of magic flame inflation is on the way down finally yet you think its ok to hit people with another price rise well be very careful because you will spoil it for yourselves because people simply won't order from you so if I was you I would think twice

Been waiting 2 hours for my food to arrive not on Never ordering from there ever again sorry it was disappointing

Very Sad, This outlet has messed me about a number of times over the last few months. giving a delivery time only to keep ringing asking where my order is. Ordered my food at 18.15 and told delivery would be 50 mins by the female that doesn't seem to have a clue whats she's doing. waited well over an hour and then rang back only to be told my food has only been put on??? I then rang and CANCELED Waited as lost my happitite to long can't be Bothered now service and fake time limits....; Certainly needs to Improve both on staff lies. Rang tonight And told not delivering to me now.. There are much better Kebab shops in cleethorpes..If thats how they want to play Then train your staff not to give fake delivery times. SIIMPLES!!!

We have always used magic flame as we love the food. Unfortunately we was very disappointed on Thursday 9th April when we got our pizzas delivered during covid19 and the deliver guy knocked at the door didn't move back and handed me the pizzas!! My son works delivering pizza and where networks they have no contact at all. Knock on the door, place the food down and move to a safe distant back. Very disappointed in this service

Absolutely brilliant pizzas from these lads, proper friendly staff, luscious cheesy pizzas, perfect for keeping you warm as you walk home at 1am after a skinful.

After embarking once again on a futile attempt to extract any enjoyment from the local public establishments such as the likes of Bootlegger and North, myself and a companion thought it best to pre-empt the notion of a crippling hangover with some local continental cuisine. This did however turn out to be a mistake. Upon entry to the local kebab establishment 'Magic Flame', the only association with the word magic would be the mystery surrounding how any edible food can come from somewhere looking more worse for wear than post-1945 Dresden. Things did not improve when I was harassed for the contents of my order by a small, perculiar looking Cockney gentleman, who referred to me as 'Me Old China' amongst other words that were indistinguishable from any widely accepted language. One could almost be forgiven for assuming they might have stumbled onto the set of an installment of Danny Dyer's Football Factories. Having managed to communicate with the insufferable gentleman in question, I finally received my 20" pizza in surprisingly swift time. However, upon opening the box and having syphoned off half a kilo of grease, the pizza seemed to have undergone a significant shrinking process. To put this in other terms, if this is the true appearance of 20", then my girlfriend is unfortunate indeed - (on the bright side, the pizza was marginally cheesier). Unfortunately the local clientele did nothing to raise spirits - I spent the majority of the encounter flanked by a local female, presumably by the name of Whitney, a 16 year old delinquent NVQ Level 1 Hair and Beauty student, who exhibited vocal strain evident of a 2-hour stint wailing out the likes of Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline at the nearby Swashbuckle. After suggesting that a member of uncooperative kitchen staff 'stop stealing our jobs', she then left of her own accord having realised she had to get back to her 4 children to 3 different fathers. I would excuse Magic Flame of this minor upset, however given their reputation for serving up the likes of cockroaches and various other pests in their meals on a routine basis, I might have recommended the late Steve Erwin would write this review instead; but alas here we are.

Namely aimed at Andy in the red noisy car (The delivery Driver) always seems to be in his own world Short changed so i contacted yet STILL NO correction so KNOW i robbed me of change so don't bother nomore them OFF!!!

Call here most Sunday’s and always enjoy the food. Good kebabs , pleasant staff and a real good price..

Ordered 2 donner kebabs and took over an hour and a quarter to arrive. Was cold and donner meat was pure salt. Went straight in the bin, wouldn't even give it to my dog. Will never use again

We have had pure lamb and chicken kebabs here a few times now and they are the best we have ever had. You get a lovely good portion of meat and it's beautiful. The garlic bread is also lovely and customer service is excellent as well. We have tried all the pizza and kebab places in Cleethorpes and this is by far the best. Excellent all round!

We ordered fri 2/10/018 for a family get together the food was delicious .. will be ordering from here regularly .

Fab food ace pizzas kebabs but disappointed no online ordering anymore it has made me order elsewhere because of this definatley order more if it came back on

We ordered a cheese pizza, a cheese burger meal and a special kebab the pizza was dry. The cheese burger was horrible and it made me sick but the kebab was nice but it wasn’t what we expected. We spent about £23 and it said that we could have a free garlic bread or a bottle of pop and we wanted the bottle of pop and we didn’t even get it. I don’t think we are going to order from here again.

this is our place for take aways everytime we come to cleethorpes great deals and spot on kebab meat the only problem i do have is they advertise chicken fillet burger but its not a chicken fillett its like what you would buy from your local supermarket and its not tasty we only tried the burger the other night and would never get it again such a shame as i did not want to slate this place but it will not atop me going i will just stick to donnor meat

Lovely soft meat Not spicy Jacket potatoes were hot Bolognaise not too spicy Right amount of bolognaise Salad was not overly dressed Garlic Mayo was gorgeous

After a long journey home from Spain we were all hungry (albeit it was 11:50pm). It was also a Saturday evening! We have to say we couldn't fault the food or service. It came at the time they said and the food was lovely - a much welcomed end to our long day of airports!

Nos dijeron que este lugar si tyr quería una buena kebabs.

Over here regularly and never been let down. Always taste good. Excellent delivery service. Would definitely recommend.

2 10" Pizzas for £7 if collected very good quality staff very polite and helpful ,Chicken and Donner Kebab very good portions. Very good sauce selection and spicy chips to die for

I ordered online n it came in abt 40 mins..i had heard mixed reviews but must say it was all very nice...would recomend

BBQ pizza really tasty like this place not too expensive good for the family or if you're on holiday night out good then too would reccomend nice staff too.
