Very unhygienic place and prices are very high. Tried their nehari which is full of fried onions and oil. I had to clean the table myself, you can imagine how they are looking after this place. Wouldn’t recommend at all…

THIS MAN IS RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME WAS DISGUSTING. I WENT IN AND ASKED IF ITS CARD ONLY. HE SAID YEAH CARD ONLY AND WALKED AWAY TURNING HIS BACK ON ME, I ASKED IF HE NEW WHERE I COULD WITHDRAW HE SAID “I DONT KNOW UP THERE” I HAD TO EXPLAIN THAT I DIDN'T LIKE HOW HE SPOKE TO ME AND ASK IF THERE WAS A REASON I WAS NOT ONLY WALKING TO THE ATM BUT PAYING MONEY I WOULD PREFER MANNERS AND WEATHER HE WOULD BE OKAY WITH SOMEONE SPEAKING TO HIS MOTHER/WIFE HOW HE SPOKE TO ME . ANOTHER CUSTOMER PIPED IN AND AGREED AND TOLD TO APOLOGISE AND HE SAID “Yeah yeah” I WAS A PAYING HAPPY CUSTOMER WHEN I ENTERD BUT AFTER THAT I KEPT MY MONEY AND WENT ELSEWHERE. I must add I require no special service but how I was spoken to and treated in a shop with ONE customer was disgusting Manners are free and I also would rather starve than be treated with such disrespect Travelled to go the shop also but wouldn’t ever pay anyone who can speak to anyone like that

Masala fish in naan is the way forward for me. I found out about this shop a few years ago, I still go there to this day. The masala fish is all I ever order from here because its really nice and tasty. The naan is always soft and fresh and fluffy, and the masala fish is always hot, and crispy where it needs to be crispy. Them men in there are ok with regards to customer service, sometimes a little slow but I know how to work that now. Just walk in there and place your order whenever you have the chance. Best to make a phone order though

The food is home style cooked eat in or take out guy one of the best in brum for food I use regularly more or less three times a week and food is always fresh they will also tell you what they will be cooking the following day and prices are very cheap too

Mainly a take away, I like their Sheesh kebab.

Went here yesterday asked the guy if it was tandoori roti he said yes took it home looked like it’s been made by machine called up and they said they only use the machine as it’s much quicker to knock it out should of known that how quick it was made absolutely shocking as my grandma couldn’t chew this roti disgrace why advertise tandoori roti when it’s been made by a machine BEWARE

Well not sure about the food I tried some curry twice and it don't have the so called home touch which the guy behind the counter kept on bashing about, unless he's reflecting on his home cooking. However the chapati and naan I'd say 10 out of 10

To be very honest it was really bad experience, never ordering food from them ever again😡 I ordered the chicken curry for 25 people which wasn't cooked properly the chicken has blood on the bones, and when I rang the shop to complain they said speak to the chef who made it, spoke to #Chef Iqbal and he wasn't listening and cut the phone off me. Such a waste of money and on top of it we was ashamed off in front of our guests. Poor service👎🏻😡

Very grumpy service as if there giving you free food, we are paying customs so you should give a smile and make food with care for all your customs. I bought meat curry, when I got home to eat, I found 4 large bones 2.5 pieces of meat chucks paid £7. I went today to complain and the owner didn't want to here me and tell me to speak with the person who served you. And says I can give you half price another curry today. Theses people don't know how to talk with their customers. Very bad service.

Been going here for a long long time chappatis are alway fresh on occasions can be under cooked when I bring this to the staff I always get apologies and mistake is sorted and we move on but 99% of the time cooked to perfection staff are very friendly all the food is fresh and full of flavour

Prices are not that expensive, has a washing hand facility & has a toilet too. Foods is average decent. But can charge £2 for a donner burger even though it says £1.99 on the menu. They shave the donner meat fresh rather then put it in that steamer thing which is good. They only do cash payments at this place. This place is halal too.

My husband buys from here. The food is good. So what if the place is old or what not. Food I have eaten I have had not problems. I usually order roti and meat curry woth spinach. If you don't like it simple go else where.

Great customer service! Staff were polite and very efficient. Food was delicious and tasted fresh. The chicken burger which I ordered was cooked to perfection. Truly a mesmerising experience if I do say so myself. I will definitely come back here again!

Small takeaway/eat in. Desperately in need of decoration inside. Does curries/ roti/ kebabs/ rice. The chicken kebab on a fresh naan was better than some places that I've been to. They were stingy with the sauce and salad even though you are paying extra for it. The kebab was nice, so recommended for that in itself. I cannot speak for anything else.

The person serving me has an attitude towards me since the one time I said "is this fresh". Every rude response and I was gob smacked and i would avoid this place unless your ordering roti which was pre ordered over the phone

We bought some chicken spinach and chapal kebabs, I specifically asked the guy behind the counter if the kebabs were fresh / recently made, he replied 'they were made yesterday', warmed the food up at home and it was awful, the chicken spinach was a mish mosh of chicken meat and spinach, the whole thing tasted off. Warmed the kebabs up, they were rock solid, they looked off and tasted off, everything except the naan and roti went in the bin. Clean the shop up, it looks horrible, if you can't afford to buy new equipment at least clean what's in there & put more effort in to your dishes. For far too long our people have been getting away with subpar food businesses relying on that old school traditional link of people, that doesn't exist anymore.

Clean place with great tasting food. Can't go wrong.
