The food was not delivered for over an hour until I contacted the takeaway myself and only then did they confirm it was on its way. When the delivery man did turn up not only did he waste my time by delivering the food really late he also said I did not pay for it when I did through the "just eat" app. He wasted my time on my doorstep until he contacted his manager, which then his manager also said I did not pay for it. So I went back to get my phone and clearly show the delivery man that it has been paid for only then did he leave. Food was absolutely gross, chips not cooked, burgers very bland. Overall very very disgusting.

They're grilled chicken I have to say is the best and the chops. But there PFC side is just horrid maybe they should stop doing it. Another downside was the fact that you have to pay for sauces?? Surely a tub of sauce doesn't cost them anywhere near 50 pence to make. Nonetheless the grilled food is good but It's the little things that matter...

Food was just so good hence we always order from here. Delivery was swift. Food was cooked to perfection with yummy sauces to compliment.

Food came after 45mins late and one of the sides were missing.

I'm not as impressed as I used to be with the food. Your burgers used to be a lot nicer. I also asked for you to remove the jalapenos and you didn't.

The ood was so so good apart from the chicken strips we couldn't eat them because they were dry:( but the gourmet burger was the best quality for money, definitely will order here again :)

Tasty food! Range of delicious food. Sticky wings&mixed grill was yummy. Mixed grill in my opinion should have included grilled wings/ a piece of grilled chicken.

Food took 1 hour & 40 minutes. Food was cold. Chips were cold and soggy. The order was wrong. We ordered one meal with chips and one with steak chips we recieved both with sub standard steak chips. We chose specific sauces for the hotdogs and yet we received same on both. To be honest the food doesn't deserve even 1 star. I'm not saying these things to be spiteful or rude because the food was late. I'm annoyed cause the food was late and on top of that it was a poor food and not exactly what I ordered.

Food took a really long time to arrive, but when it did it was really delicious and one of the best takeaways we've had.

Just orderd a very small meal took over an hour to be delivered.

Everything was really good. But the price are so high. A whole chicken is £7.50 where in another place I can get it for £1.50 cheaper and it would be more succulent and tasty, their chicken were dry. The burgers are okay but the peri peri chickens are a NO NO.

Biryani container half empty and the platter was tasteless

Grill chicken and chips was yum! Soooo much flavour. Way better than nan dos and all these other grill places. The food is soooo fresh and fantastic quality.

There was hardly any donner in the three donner meals i ordered, especially the chicken which included more onions and peppers instead of chicken. Also the chips was undercooked, hardly edible. Would defo not order again

Having ordered the peri peri chicken before which tasted really good. Was really dissappinted this time round the 'sticker' on the chicken was still intact so i kept tasting bits of paper. Plus i saw a bit if blood on one of the chicken legs and was scared to eat the other pieces. :| wont be ordering again

50 minutes late!...food was cold....chips undercooked and soggy....ribs just fat and bone...chicken wings ok.....lamb starter was quite nice....I also purchased 2 cans of drink and only got one!.....can safely say I will never be ordering from here again!!!

Great service excellent delivery time

Normally they're fast with delivery but this time they took over an hour. Though my steak tasted nice, I'd asked for it to be medium well but it was tough and so chewy I almost chucked it away. The half chicken was very nice. Their food has always been great but I don't think I'll be ordering steak anymore and stick to the burgers and chicken

The food was probably cooked too early and slightly cold as I stated the food will be collected at 8.40pm but got a call straightaway advising the food is ready for pick up.

No salt in the biryani, otherwise perfection. Obviously not better than mums though 😜

The sticky wings were very nice but the delivery man spilt everything on his way and didn't even mention anything. The grilled meat was terrible and in edible. Delivery is also not true on just eat I had to call them to find out when they would actually deliver.

Chicken donner stir fry meal is the one to fill any fast food craving

The food is nice but service is actually really bad. For some reason they always run out of food and have to substitute it with something else. They should probably write that they won't have this food after 8pm as I have had this problem on 3 sepearte occasions. I only order from here as my husband enjoys the grilled chicken. Poor service. If you can't provide something on the menu, you should always ensure the customer is happy with the replacement and here they give you a rubbish replacement.

It was my first time ordering from here and I have to be honest the food is sooo good, I always order from here now, if you like nandos style chicken and grill food I have to say this is the closest you're going to get from a local restaurant, 10 out of 10👍👍 if you don't believe me then try for yourself and put up a review, you will not be disappointed with the food neither the service 👍👍

The chicken was absolutely delicious and great value for money. Ordered ribs also, wasn't a big fan, found it a bit tough, but the sauce they used on the ribs was also delicious!. Will definitely order from here again.

I must admit that i was very disappointed with the food i received. I ordered the ribs and they were by far the worst ribs i have eaten. They were mostly fat rather than meat, the little meat there actually was,was tough and well over done. I didn't quite know what i was expecting from takeaway ribs, it was never going to be restaurant quality but this was exceptionally low quality. Their menu is vast so perhaps i was just unlucky, all i know is that i would not recommend the ribs from here. Very disappointed.

Waited almost 2 hours for my food. When it had arrived, stuff missing from some meals, food was cold as well soggy, absolutely ridiculous, will never order again from here and advise anyone else not to!

I've ordered from here a few times before, and each time delivery took about an hour, or just over an hour, and never once did I complain, and the food was nice. This time, however, the delivery time was an absolute joke! It took around 2 hours for my food to arrive! I rang Just Eat to enquire where my delivery was and they contacted Madina Grill, who told them that they had tried to call me to let me know my order was going to be late but that it kept going to voicemail. A couple of things wrong with this: my voicemail is switched off, so it would never go to voicemail, and second, I had full signal and not once did I receive a missed call from them - and I know I provided the correct number, because I've had the same number for years and other restaurants have had no trouble contacting me. So they lied to cover up their awful service, and as a result they've lost me as a customer because in my opinion, any business that lies to make themselves look better isn't worth trusting. Also, I found small bones in the chicken kebab roll I ordered which could actually have been a choking hazard, so better care should definitely have been taken when preparing food. The food tasted nice, other than this, but despite that I will not be ordering from them again for a number of reasons: I caught the bones this time, but next time I might not - they lied to Just Eat to cover up their awful service - and even when my food did eventually arrive 2 hours after I placed my order, I did not even receive an apology. The delivery guy just handed my food over to me and left. Now, I'm a reasonable person - I know food takes a while to prepare and that restaurants can get busy, so if they had actually called me like they said they did, I would have understood - but lying to cover up terrible service, being kept waiting 2 hours with no update from them, and to not even receive an apology from them after all this is just plain rude - and on top of that I found bones in my food. I'm hoping they don't treat all customers like this. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Steaks are terrible, chicken is fine.

Generally their food is very good, but this time their wings were taste less and the chips were refried hence were very soggy.

Quality of food is excellent Service is poor in terms of the packaging of food. The sticky wings I order seem to be already leaking inside the bag. Delivery time is absolutely terrible. There has not been a single order (past or present) arrive on time. All orders arrive after 10-30 mins after the estimated 45-60 mins

Very bad experience. Ordered 4 meals for collection and was given a specific time to go to collect. Upon arriving I found out that they were running a little late which is understandable. However the extended wait turned out to be more then 20minutes which is ridiculous. When the food was finally ready and the employee was giving the sauces I requested some more sauces as the employee had given me 1 chilli 1 ketchup 1 mayo and 1 sweet chilli but I was told that you only get 1 sauce per meal which is absurd as what that meant was that we had to share a small chilli pot between 4 meals. Furthermore, when I arrived home I soon realised that we were given one less drink and when eating the meal I found the chips undercooked and soggy. Bad experience and will definately not be ordering from here again!

I ordered a chicken fillet burger. The burger could do with more chicken... most of it was just coated n hardly any chicken in there.

Best grill food in all of London.

Normally this place is on point with the food but this time it fell way below par. I was given buffalo wings in sticky sauce instead of their normal sticky wings. This ruined the whole taste of the wings and become inedible. I rang up the restaurant to complain about it, which they stated that they ran out of sticky wings which I responded, shouldn't you contact me to inform me rather than giving me a replacement of your own. They offered a discount for my next purchase (but not through just eat). I mentioned that I won't be ordering from here again. Be wary folks.

Great food, one star less for delivery because I'm less than a 3 minute drive away and it took them 1h45 to deliver to me on a weekday I understand that they were very busy, but at least the food was piping hot.

Superb as ever. Never had a bad meal. On the just eat app I hadn't updated my address and each time I ordered I had to manually change my address to make sure it got to my new address. One time I forgot to update my address on the ordering screen but they still brought it to my proper address. They know loyalty. Great guys. Great food.

Honestly I've gotten a lot of burgers on here and the meat is either gross or the burger it's self is not good but the chicken from is is well done and so tasty they put nice toppings and sauce on the burgers and the starters and sides are very delicious too! Delivery could be faster but the tasty good I guess makes up for it !

Best grilled food in east London. The buffalo wings are good. Steak is good, just avoid the gravy or signature sauce. Their marinade is excellent. Problem is their signature sauce is wack. But taste is a relative thing:)
