Called here for a bit of lunch, nice steak sandwich served in a ciabatta. Coffee was nice, quick service and pleasant staff. Recommended.

We discovered this cafe for breakfast several weeks ago, this weekend we were returning. The decor is nothing special yet everything very clean and ordered. There is a large choice of breakfasts we had the full English & boy was it "Full "amazing value for money couldn't better it anywhere. There is also a deli which offered so many choices and was very busy as was the restaurant.

Had a huge chicken escalope and salad ciabatta sandwich, fresh and tasty with a well made americano. Less than a fiver. Warm welcome, efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Wholesome tasty food is served in this unpretentious café. Generously filled sandwiches are offered with a wide range of appetising fillings. Portuguese dishes are excellently prepared and served in large portions. For those with less adventurous palates, there is a good range of all-day breakfast items on offer. Service is great, as is the espresso coffee.

The staff at Honest Burger were really friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The overall atmosphere was nice. As for the food, it was okay — the burgers were decent but nothing special. Tasted pretty average to me, not a standout experience. Still, not a bad spot if you're in the area and craving a quick bite.

258 Norwood Road, London SE27 9AJ EnglandLovely little cafe that looks like it has been there since the beginning of time. This is not an insult, it looks like it’s a proper institution. I came in as I was in the area waiting for someone and I had the special which was pie and mash, and it did not disappoint. It came with Mash and Veg and was all for a very reasonable price. I would happily revisit, the staff were super friendly and the food came quickly. Be warned they only take cash though, so come prepared. I’ve added a pic of the toilet, but don’t let this put you off, it was super clean and to be honest, that is the most important thing in a toilet, not its modernness.
