Madhu's2go in Kensington and Chelsea

Para mí personalmente, encontré que Madhu’s Brasserie tenía un ambiente extraño. Cuando entramos, la camarera nos sentó a una mesa cerca de la sección de comedor donde se pueden encontrar los carritos. Me pareció extraño estar sentado tan cerca de donde la gente estaba comprando, así que pedí que me mudara a la parte trasera del restaurante. Esto era solo un poco mejor, ya que estaba muy cerca de la nevera, cerca de la cocina y en vista directa de una puerta de fuego - no tuve esa sensación relajada. Una vez que decidimos lo que queríamos, la camarera tomó nuestro pedido. Dijo que usan un sistema de pago sobre la marcha de los pedidos que significaba que el pago tenía que hacerse al ordenar. Esta fue otra cosa que me pareció extraña, ya que estoy acostumbrado a pagar por mi comida primero si estoy pidiendo en una comida para llevar local y no en un lugar como Madhu. La comida en sí tardó más de media hora en llegar y todos salieron al mismo tiempo (entradas y red juntos). Yo tenía el thali no vegetariano y ellos sustituyeron un producto, ya que tengo una alergia que aprecio. Teníamos un thali para compartir para dos personas, junto con papas fritas masala, ajo naan y las samosas de pollo. En general, la comida era muy promedio y y en mi opinión, no vale la pena el precio cobrado. El personal era profesional y creo que era poco personal por lo tanto el tiempo de espera. No volvería a visitar aquí de nuevo.

El ambiente en la ubicación de Harvey Nichols no coincide con el posicionamiento de la marca de lujo y los precios, especialmente en la zona trasera, que es agradable porque es un poco más privado y no estás mirando por encima de un piso de la tienda, pero por otro lado, casi se siente como si estuvieras sentado en una sala de descanso con sillas de repuesto contra la pared (con el abrigo de alguien colgado sobre uno de ellos) y puertas de salida de emergencia poco atractivas mirándote. La comida era deliciosa, pero las porciones son pequeñas por el precio con pollo y cordero principal que contiene solo unos pequeños trozos de pollo y cordero. Lo único de lo que no puedo quejarme es del servicio que fue amable y profesional en todo momento.

Madhus nunca deja de complacer! El personal está siempre a mano para atender a todas las necesidades, y Manoosh el gerente y su personal fue más allá para asegurarse de que nos cuidaron gracias!

OK tienes que ir en unos cuantos vuelos de ascensores en HN para llegar allí. Pero ciertamente vale la pena el esfuerzo. Tuve un delicioso Biryani vegetal y helado servido por una encantadora camarera india!

Awesome Indian food in beautiful Richmond. Lamb chops that melt in your mouth Masala chicken and lamb that are unique to the run of the mill curries The service was exceptional and the chef also came to speak to us which always show that they care about their diners and the feedback !!

We had lunch today, our waiter was called Manoj, and he has made me want to come back EVERY WEEK. Manoj went above and beyond with his warm, caring hospitality. The menu was explained to us beautifully, his recommendations were perfect and overall he really made myself and my family feel really comfortable. Thank you so much. Looking forward to returning!

Located in the 5th floor of Harvey Nichols, you can find a really good Indian food; we tried many thing my favorite was vegetables samosas, lamb biryani, and butter chicken and of course the butter nan 😍😍

Had a Wonderful Meal today at Madhu’s. Food was served fresh and hot and our waiter was Super. Lovely Experience and we will be back soon. Thank You.

Surprisingly good considering it was top floor of the high end Harvey Nics. Great service great food and decor ok nothing special. All n all well worth a visit

Really nice quiet atmosphere, food was really nice. Our server was incredibly friendly /forgot to ask for a name but she was amazing!

I’m only giving it 2 stars because service was good otherwise the food lacked flavour. Only thing I enjoyed was the chilli paneer and Nan. Robata chops and jhinga prawns overpriced lacked flavour and only 2 pieces each. I will honestly go elsewhere spent approx £85 and was not satisfied.

We went for a quick bite to eat and decided to share the vegetarian thali between me and my wife. It was totally delicious and tasted so fresh! Highly recommend it. Especially as we had been to Madhus at the Dilly and had a great experience there too

Very good service but food was pretty standard, nothing memorable. It is ok if you are in the middle of a shopping session at Harvey Nichols and does not want to look for a great lunch or dinner somewhere else. Otherwise, there are many other better Indian food options in London.

We stumbled across this little gem of a place whilst visiting the 5th floor at Harvey Nichols. We were greeted by the loveliest staff you could wish for who were so friendly and accommodating, particularly with the choices we made for drinks. There were special offers on the cocktails up until 4pm and a complimentary glass of fizz if you ordered a thali dish. We went for the meat thali and loved it. Different unique flavours and lovely to have a little of various dishes to try. We met the manager Tony, who was a real gentleman and gave up his time to have a lovely chat with us. I was surprised how good this restaurant is, despite its location in shopping center. Clean place, nice ambient, pleasant staff, excellent food for moderate prices. I enjoyed lunch with family.

Our family of 6 American non- Indians were delighted at the opportunity to eat at Madhu’s on June 11, 2022. We were greeted promptly and sat at a well appointed table. The service was, in a word Royal. The ordering process was efficient and pleasant. My Royal Old Fashioned was amazing. The mix of cloves and cinnamon cordial was addictive. I ordered another. We were highly encouraged to try the Palak Patta Chaat. We did so. Along with our order of chili paneer, my teenage kids and my wife and I could not get enough. We sounded like Bob eating with the family from the movie “What about Bob?” We we’re in Xanadu. To describe the ingredients of Palak Patta Chaat would not to do it justice to a western ear. . . just order it and enjoy. It doesn’t matter if you are a hillbilly from Mississippi or a Patel, you will love it. The kids all ordered wraps and appreciated them as much as the appetizers. My Murgh Tikka with garlic naan was outstanding. The additional gelato at the end made the experience a complete joy. It was so good, we returned the very next day and ordered everything all over again except we doubled our order of Palak Patta Chaat. Folks, this place is a real gem among the standard cafe fare of a busy shopping district. If you are shopping at Harrods or Harvey Nichols and you are hungry. Don’t go to an overpriced Department store cafe for standard offerings, go to Madhu’s Brazzerie for a real treat.

Madhu's has just come to Richmond on Thames, on Sheen Road replacing the HSS shop and what luck! Ate there tonight and the food was outstanding. Loved being able to watch the chefs in the kitchen which is on show in the main room of the restaurant. I could get only "high seats" round the bar as it was busy but they were very comfy so would book them again as I loved watching the chefs prepare our food. I can recommend the biriani, the dal makhani, the nan,.. everything we ordered in fact.

We came to london to do a little shopping and go to see cirque du soleil. We thought we’d go to madhus as we love their food but didn’t know what to expect in this branch. It was just as good, the daal is so good every dish was amazing. The staff, especially Pranit was beyond courteous and even behind the mask you could tell he was wearing a huge smile. Made the experience even better. Thank you guys for a lovely time!
