Food is always amazing and not over priced like other places. Friendly staff and food is always ready on time. Highly recommend!

Food was Amazing, we had the family kebab we’ve had a few in derby and this is the best one so far keep it up, delivery service spot on thank you we’re all happy

2 hours later the food arrived only because i rang after hour and half to be told it was late because of a big order, but really they received it but never sent it.

Really poor, gone downhill since the last time I ordered from here some months ago. Fish was basically just one long batter roll of white fish and soggy. Chips were soggy and unappetising. Kebab meat was incredibly greasy, but the bits I did eat tasted OK. The slice of Strawberry cheesecake I ordered remained frozen an hour after delivery. Delivery driver did not follow instructions or even come to the door and could barely be bothered to acknowledge me. Be wary of the google reviews from accounts with few or no previous reviews. I suspect this is the owner manipulating results. Especially when they are all practically identically worded. I will not be ordering from here again.

Thought I'd try this as had decent reviews only brought a large donner as staying in hotel nearby upon opening up meat swimming in grease and the meat stone cold the only thing warm was the naan bread

Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the food was! And it arrived still piping hot!

Dont be surprised when you order on just eat the food doesn't arrive and you cannot get a hold of them over the phone on any number

Not delivered my order can't call to get order back just terrible and frustrating

I told the delivery person that I cannot come to the back gate yet he still left it there I had no call or email so I didn’t know it was there until half an hour later my daughter said some man was waving to her alittle while back (she’s 6) so I thought food must be here . I waited but because it took so long I finally decided to go out to the back gate . This was a problem due to the fact that I am in a wheelchair and there is a step halfway through the alley which leads to the back gate . It would be more acceptable if I got notification through the website or even an email to say it had been delievered but it was too dark to send my daughter through the alley so instead we had Cold mushy food which was not great and overall was one of the worst experiences .i would also like to add that I called them 4 times but there was no pick up

Excellent food no complaints from me, I had the fish chips and peas deal as well as a 10 inch meat feast pizza Just what the Dr ordered tyvm guys

Absolutely beautiful, ordered christmas eve for myself and they sent a christmas card and sent their wishes. Amazing service, will now become my regular friday night chippy from this point onwards

Had a few bits for the family, fish and chips, pizza, burger, kebab. Arrived through uber eats, hot and on time, food was lovely, our first time trying, will definitely go back, loved the little messages on the pizza box too nice touch guy's! 😀 👌👍

Got out of the station and grabbed a very needed dinner here between trains during a five-hour commute out to Wales. Fish cooked fresh in front of me, crispy and tasty. Pricing very reasonable. Thanks!

Ordered regular chips with curry sauce. The curry sauce was like every other curry sauce I’m not disappointed but then there was the chips which were only half cooked. Literally raw potato.

After a tough day I fancied a treat... 2 cod and chips ordered.. fast delivery, hot tasty food and a lovely note that helped end my day on a high...Thank you for the smile :)

I thought a fish bar was supposed to be good food. I don't care how much my food costs me as long as its good and I'm satisfied after. There was soothing there ready to choose from except kebab. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken. When I got home 3 min drive the carton was swimming in grease it was absolutely awful. They tried to over charge me too. I will never use this place again. Oh and don't try there steak and kidney bean pies.BEAN ?!?! Even though I've never heard of one of them they still have one on there menu boards.

Absolutely disgusting. Customer service was absolutely disgusting, didn't even apologise and stopped answering the phone when we called to see our order was (an hour and a half late). The guy even laughed at my husband down the phone when he complained and they refused to give us a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The food is great! I always have a 14" pepperoni pizza with meat balls on top. The taste quality of the pizza is really good. My partner loves their chicken tikka kebab's, and he normally isn't a takeaway person. Would highly recommend!

They are an hour late and still waiting so Hopefully this review gets to them. I couldn’t get hold of them. I called 20 times and no answer! Rubbish!

One fish and chips missing. Everything cold Undercooked chips Baked beans tasted like vinegar. Missing stuff delivered after complaint, delivered about 1hr later (also cold)

Price of the fish gone up during lockdown. Ordered the large cod and when it came, it had been stripped of most of the fillet i assume to make a small cod order. Not happy at all as i had paid an extra £3 compared to last month for a fish more than half the size! Sausage was practically cold and the mushy peas were 90% water 10% peas. Will be avoiding next time.

Fish n chips n mushy peas £28 for 3 people way over priced and not the best in the world would not use again on principal a rip off fish tasted ok but at £6.99 I expected a bigger piece long n thin oh well

Delicious food offered by this takeout restaurant. The staff are really nice and warm. This restaurant opens until very late in the night, yet very affordable. If you live around and suddenly got an appetite for fast food, head here. Food they serve are pizza's, chicken tikka, calzone, fish and chips etc. My orders usually gets ready in 10 mins, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food tastes nice but we ordered fish separate from chips as one of us is vegan and they came in a box together. Nothing was done or sorted out when we called other than being told all fish and chips comes together even though we ordered them separate....
