Macies in Thanet

I've been here a couple of times for St. Patrick's Day celebrations; it's the only Irish pub in east Kent that celebrates as far as I know. They do lots of decorations, contests, and discounted Guiness. They treated my dog like absolute royalty. Great staff.

Wasn't there too long just waiting for mates. But noticed the calm controlled friendly atmosphere right away. Not too loud and can hear your conversations but a comfortable bustle even when busy. Definitely coming back soon!

Brilliant barstaff and landlady, lots of good deals on beer etc.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Will definitely come here again. Plenty of choice for drinks. Vodkas, gin, rum spoilt for choice of shots. Fosters, Kronenburg, Guinness, Strongbow. There is a pool table, darts board and fruit machines. Meat raffle on a Saturday, bonus ball. Snacks such as crisps and peanuts. Juke box too!

Lots of families meet up here lunch and a catch up situated in the High Street Ramsgate near Eagle Hill . Very friendly pub smashing atmosphere for young or old . Have a delicious pub meal or opt for a tasty sandwich and enjoy time spent here .

What a fantastic pub. It is a really, really friendly local pub. There is pool, tvs with football and lovely people. They have red stripe on tap. If you are here for a break from London or the horrible modernisation of classic English pubs, come to this gem

Fantastic pub Buzzing with personality. ! Always something going on here such a great environment. Weekly meat raffles and many more raffles during week . Free pool table plenty of live entertainment every weekend and during the week ... this is your old school kinda pub , you'll love every minute. Staff are fantastic friendly , helpful and so welcoming. Young little Saskia is fantastic always so helpful and smiling all the staff are lovely ! .. Pop in and see for yourself

Only stopped off for a quick drink while walking but for Asda. Bet it gets a bit lively at weekends.

Proper little place. Only had a half to use the loo but everyone seemed friendly and warm. Deodorant and hair gel on a shelf in the gents, hadn't seen that before! Toilets were also super clean

A real locals pub in Ramsgate. Landlady Sabrina and staff are very welcoming and there's always something going on. Non alcoholic lager and soft drinks are on offer together with a good range of beers and spirits. Worth a look in when visiting Ramsgate High Street.

We were the only ones in beer ok not fun

Me and my family had a great time everyone welcomed us and were friendly and went out of there way to seat 10 of us landlady and her family even played uno with Grandchildren Don't judge pub by appearance as all the staff are brilliant so good we went back every evening on our short stay in Ramsgate we will be back again next year

Best British traditional pub around. Lovely Sabrina and team made st George proud with great music, top notch grub and a real fun weekend. Great deals on all beers and top shelf. Highly recommended.
