MacDonners in Bradford

Ordered a tower burger meal, burnt to a crisp hash brown was completely black and you could see where they scrapped the burnt stuff off the burger. Never ever again.

Had a donner stuffed crust pizza and a chicken burger and both were spot on A+++

I ordered a baguette & a calzone - £20, when my order arrived it was a pizza instead a baguette. Rang & they said 'we've run out of baguettes' they should of told me but kept my money instead, im not a pizza person, wont order again.

good food really enjoyed the curry. only one thing missing was the poppadoms.

They was plastic in my milkshake and burger and wasnt cooked properly i would respectfully sue u and get my 30£ back

Would never order from here again ordered food last night an hour had passed rang them the guy on the phone was very rude and said they hadn’t received my order so told him it had come out of the bank and had a order number but no he was more bothered about arguing with me about the order than sorting 2 hours passed before I got my food never ever again and will spread the word far and wide!!!

Pizza had no flavour and wasnt hot and the mushroom was spicy

Food both parmesan and wrap meal was hard and stale, didnt taste fresh,normally when we've ordered food has been ok, also wheres our pepsi max with a meal and paid for one extra whats with this cola flavour we got it was horrible!

Asked for no sauce or salad on burger and it was smothered with onions and sauce clearly can’t be bothered to look at the notes

Lovely guy and amazing service compared to the average takeaway. I only had a Chicken Donner Kebab with a bit from all the sauces. It was delicious! - sauce was fresh and refreshing - salad was fresh and crunchy - meat was tender and flavoursome - pita bread didn't go soggy and the sides remained crunchy Will go back when I'm around the area.

I recently ordered takeout from mac donners and was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived hot, perfectly packaged, and on time. The currys and donner was packed with flavor, and even the sides were delicious and fresh. It felt like dining in the restaurant, but from the comfort of home. Great portions, great taste—definitely my new go-to for takeout!

Only place we order from and after tonight it won't be, you miss stuff from our order and when we call back up for the pudding, phone guy says no problem you can have this for free, driver then comes to my house demanding money for the pudding and spoke to my partner with the most utter disrespect, rather put my money where the customer service is the right way, had my partner in tears at the door 😡

Again forgot the milkshake and then just made my pizza how they wanted to even after I put a note in the comments. I used to spend so much money here and now there's someone new working there (so they say) the pizzas are nothing like they used to be. Then you call up and just get lied to.

Can't complain cheap and cheerful

Always been wary about this place and my suspicions were right. Notified me it was on its way and turned up 20 minutes later. Flat cold, beans flat cold. Everything tasted cold and greasy and went straight into the bin. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I have came in the restaurant and everything was very dirty even the tables and chairs, the pizzas were very bad they didnt put enought pizza sauce on and the topings were very less as well, he didnt gave ketchup even if i asked he gave me chips as well but they were made in old oil and very old potatos very bad experience and paid £50 dont eat at this place please

Wow! The amount of chips/fries in one portion is increasing every time. I think this one portion will be enough for two, maybe even three sittings! I ordered the 2-Litre bottle of Tango, but when the driver arrived he informed me that the Tango was unavailable and I was given the choice of two other bottles, both of which were only 1.5 litres. If an item is unavailable, the system shouldn’t allow you to select it. And if swapping items it should be like-for-like. ie another 2-litre bottle

We just had 2 pizza’s from here and they were delicious and their own spicy sauce was good and best customer service.

Excellent order. One of the best and tastiest I’ve received from MacDonners in a long time.

Absolutely disgusting, didn't have my kebab substituted with cold chicken , no salad except 100 onions and one slither of lettuce. Kebab was rubbery, naan was hard as a rock. Partner didn't get any chips with his order even though paid for. And burger and chips had maybe 5 chips

Good fresh Naan bread, got the special 3 meat kebab which was a good big size (could easily feed two people but I'm a fatty!) thick cut kebab meat and well flavoured chicken. Sauces and salads good and staff spot on :)

Food was even better than usual. The curries received 5 out of 5 stars. The chicken was a little dry, bland and tasteless this time and only gets a 3 out of 5.
