Booked for delivery at 18:15, but was delivered at 18:00, before some of the customers were home.

the chilli burger wasn’t nice and cooked

Food 9/10 salad was not very fresh but Donner meet are very close to GDK so wow very tasty. Delivery time 10/10 Delivery driver 10/10 very friendly and respectful 🙏 Good for price too 👍 💙

Food cold and didn’t taste good

Well respectful listen to what you want and most of all very very good food wish i could say more but i need to go eat this food now for my 2nd visit

Poor customer service after we rang regarding a missing item. No offer of replacement or refund. Driver said he'd delivered, but definitely didn't. His word against ours. No apology nothing. Not ordering here again....

Absolutely shocking undercooked Chips! Order took a hour and half to come! Missing items. Donna meat was like leather. Asked for lamb got mutton waste of £30 Will never order again.

would leave it zero reviews if i could , when i first placed the order they acsepted it on there end then i waited about 20-30 minutes so rang the takeaway back they told us they have to cancel the order as they was no drivers after acsepting my order in the first place and they marked it as delivered on just eat with NO REFUND very unhappy about this

Hi not one to complain I had ordered a 14 inch pizza which was a large pizza £17.99 but looked like 11inch ony 8 slices ?? Isnt it suppose to be 10 slices not 8?especially for price i paid I'm a little dissapointed... as some member didnt get a slice

Over cooked kebab meat resembled elephant skin. Worst kebab ,threw it away after first few bites. They can't even get fries right, over cooked. Don't feel well the day after eating. Not sure how these guys are in business.

I ordered a baguette & a calzone - £20, when my order arrived it was a pizza instead a baguette. Rang & they said 'we've run out of baguettes' they should of told me but kept my money instead, im not a pizza person, wont order again.

Would never order from here again ordered food last night an hour had passed rang them the guy on the phone was very rude and said they hadn’t received my order so told him it had come out of the bank and had a order number but no he was more bothered about arguing with me about the order than sorting 2 hours passed before I got my food never ever again and will spread the word far and wide!!!

Lovely guy and amazing service compared to the average takeaway. I only had a Chicken Donner Kebab with a bit from all the sauces. It was delicious! - sauce was fresh and refreshing - salad was fresh and crunchy - meat was tender and flavoursome - pita bread didn't go soggy and the sides remained crunchy Will go back when I'm around the area.

I recently ordered takeout from mac donners and was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived hot, perfectly packaged, and on time. The currys and donner was packed with flavor, and even the sides were delicious and fresh. It felt like dining in the restaurant, but from the comfort of home. Great portions, great taste—definitely my new go-to for takeout!

Only place we order from and after tonight it won't be, you miss stuff from our order and when we call back up for the pudding, phone guy says no problem you can have this for free, driver then comes to my house demanding money for the pudding and spoke to my partner with the most utter disrespect, rather put my money where the customer service is the right way, had my partner in tears at the door 😡

Again forgot the milkshake and then just made my pizza how they wanted to even after I put a note in the comments. I used to spend so much money here and now there's someone new working there (so they say) the pizzas are nothing like they used to be. Then you call up and just get lied to.

Amazing customer service provided by the manager and his team!

Always been wary about this place and my suspicions were right. Notified me it was on its way and turned up 20 minutes later. Flat cold, beans flat cold. Everything tasted cold and greasy and went straight into the bin. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I have came in the restaurant and everything was very dirty even the tables and chairs, the pizzas were very bad they didnt put enought pizza sauce on and the topings were very less as well, he didnt gave ketchup even if i asked he gave me chips as well but they were made in old oil and very old potatos very bad experience and paid £50 dont eat at this place please

Wow! The amount of chips/fries in one portion is increasing every time. I think this one portion will be enough for two, maybe even three sittings! I ordered the 2-Litre bottle of Tango, but when the driver arrived he informed me that the Tango was unavailable and I was given the choice of two other bottles, both of which were only 1.5 litres. If an item is unavailable, the system shouldn’t allow you to select it. And if swapping items it should be like-for-like. ie another 2-litre bottle

We just had 2 pizza’s from here and they were delicious and their own spicy sauce was good and best customer service.
