Got two smash burger meals the other day and got red dinner on the chips glad I got the donner only thing I could bloody eat the smash burgers weren’t even smash and for the price their charging they need to fixing we expect quality

Smash burger was burnt rest of food was okay ordered 7up and got “electric ice” this drink is extremely cheap and to me does not taste remotely close to 7up

Ordered at 4.30 for 5.30 delivery. Turned up at 6.10. Half warm. Will not use them again

Couldn’t ever fault the food I always order for you guys but this time round the food wasn’t hot the chips were cold the chicken were dry and nearly cold

Food is beautiful. No complaints there at all. Shame the drinks that are meant to come as part of a meal didn’t come. And weird when delivery driver calls and asks you to come out to collect your food lol.

chicken was a tad greasy but still decent, chips were nice and the cans of pop were good. sauce wasn't great didn't really taste of anything 6.5/10

The food which was order through the app, wasn't delivered and someone else's order was given to me instead, when rang up about the situation nothing was resolved, place a refund on the app and I havent reciece anything back to resolve my refund.

burger and chips was cold and missing mushrooms but other stuff was at least Luke warm. phoned blamed delivery driver. reluctantly sent a replacement burger as part of a box deal but was still cold and did not look appealing. used to be our go to burger place but sadly lost a customer. wouldn't recommend.

If I could rate lower than I 1 star I would!! They are massively disrespectful to the propertys behind them (of which one of them is an 81 year old, bed riden woman) They've had a rat problem for over 4 years of which they know I've got video evidence. Plus they clearly like to wake 14 week old baby's up at 11pm by shouting and reving there cars and parking on the private property (that isn't there's) There food is infected with rats, they leave there food outside, in the cars, to go Luke warm which is a food hazard. So if you've got any respect for yourself, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Burning bulls is just over hyped when i got my burger it had hair in it

sauce pots are pathetically small! don't pay for them.. food is good, it does seem to have more chilli than it should.. plus I didn't get the cheese sauce I paid for 🤷

First time order, and I surprised inside the burgers no any souse , ketchup or mayo, very dry burger meat + the chicken also was overcooked and very dry , in total that is mean order was overpriced for that quality of the food , but chips was very fresh and well cooked also the burger bun was also very fresh and tasty , I think 🤔 we need order once again and then we'll see if staff can cook well the chicken and also burgers , always need to get a chance 😉😄 not to loose customers

Food was very nice chicken burger a little tough but tasty.. only thing let it down was the customer service the owner miserable mumbled despite trying to be nice to him acted very off almost like he was forced to serve you, acted like you wanted free food! Paying customers should be treated with some respect anyway only accept cash no card which is odd since they on just eat etc may give it another chance but most likely not as plenty of takeaways who want my money with a smile 😊

The only thing wrong is you don’t get the correct number of sauces as I order 3 burgers and fee 2 sauces .always 1 less every time so I will add a note next time

The food was not delivered. It was showing the delivery driver on our street for ten minutes and then showed it's been delivered when it hasn't been

Ordered chicken steak and mash apparently they tried to ring me but wouldn’t go through funnily enough the driver got through so sent it on chips which I don’t eat and all they can do is apologise. Ordered stir fry donner with rice and veg come with chips and rice! Won’t be ordering again

What can I say about their food, simply one of the top burgers if not the best. Ordered the Palestine box which comes with 3 wings, red stir fry doner and a filet burger . The burgers really juicy and tasty. Chicken was well cooked through. Well worth it for £10.

I’ll be honest with Burning bull every time I come here the food is spot on the Customer Service is lovely and yeah, I highly recommend it to anyone and they are alright for Prices.

food was cold. meant to be a half chicken but was more like a quarter. the chicken was meant to come with three wings but didn't. the burger was very dry and couldn't eat it. very disappointed as this is normally my takeaway of choice.

I come here all the time and it never fails to impress. Nice staff and nice surroundings and more importantly the food. Very consistent and you never have to wait a long time. It’s amazing and I recommend to all. Also the owner wass is incredibly nice and even gave me a free dessert. 10/10

Was greeted by a friendly young gentleman called Ayoub he was very welcoming and help me decide which items to choose on the menu will definitely be returning and telling my friends about this place.

always order the smash burgers but these last few times it been telling they don't have the same quality as they did at the start we were one of the first few customers and the food was outstanding just had an order tonight...no skin on fries which has been for a while now in fact they were old heated up fries that were just rubbery and horrible I couldn't eat them and the smash burgers alough still tasty were abit burnt and dry. I will still order but not as good as what it used to be.

Placed an order through Uber eats despite reading the bad reviews thought I’d give these guys a chance .. first time ordering - I left this note as I can’t eat anything with spice in I also rang them up and the guy on the phone goes he’ll swap the spicy donna for normal donna aswell as the spicy wings for normal , not only did they not do this after I rang up and they told me they would ! , the chips came cold and stale , the beef patty was rock solid and tasteless and everything was freezing , won’t be ordering from here again

I think this place has set themselves a challenge to have food delivered late, it doesn't matter what time you order, guaranteed they add an extra 20-30 minutes. on. Maybe they are very busy but it's the only place that never delivers food on time

Very sad burgers. Were supposed to have lettuce onions etc and it was just cheese and burger

received the wrong burger. it's a good job I like BBQ sauce. should have called but didn't want to wait for a replacement. peri peri burger was burnt. chicken used to be a proper succulent fillet and is now burnt and wafer thin. chips horrible don't have skin on. the cheesy bites were congealed and clearly refried. this used to be my favourite takeaway but has now lost my custom.

They Don’t have any printed menus in the shop. Was told take a picture and zoom in if you cant see the menu. Then they don’t have several items from the menu such as the fish burger. Then they don’t take card cash only. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

Food is Absolutely Superb, tasty and fresh. No doubt for me the best Grill Chicken in Bradford. Plenty of food options and especially box meals with food variety to easily satisfy your hunger. Dont forget to try the special red donner. Love the food would defo recommend 100% for. Box meals.

Disgracful service..the lad with the glasses is such a 2 face back stabbing liar. Drinks were with my order and he said no drinks. Even on the offer, drinks where with t meals. Such a tight azz jew. Neede to grow up b4 his teeth get knocked out the four eye git

Food came soggy, oily, cold, dry, not as described, chicken tenders were completely ruined on arrival, garlic mayo was just mayo, chilli sauce was just red sauce, smash burgers were dry thick pattys, chips were described as skin on fries (with cheese sauce) they came as freezer chips with cheddar cheese half melted on, coke came as Barr Cola and they were warmer than the food, it was expensive (£45 after a 15% off deal) and wasn’t worth £5 when it arrived. It came on time but like I’ve described it was complete and utter rubbish, I used to love this place but evidently they’re cutting corners or are under new management because it has gone hugely down hill. Don’t eat here.

So disappointed the delivery of my food took way over an hour due to no driver turning up from just eat (not sure if there was a delay or just shortage of staff however I had phoned up twice to be told my food was ready but no driver to deliver) due to this and my food already been prepared, when a delivery driver eventually showed up at my door with the food it was stone cold and tasted horrible... the chips were soggy & the chicken wings tasted weird/rubbery compared to how they usually taste.

Food looked amazing but once we ordered we found it was CASH ONLY and I didnt have cash. Missed trade by Burning Bull as we went across the street to an obvious competitor who took card.

Ask for no salad or veg on burgers came with salad everywhere!! Tried calling 3 times to get no answer!! Joke won’t be going again

Ordered the Angus burger box, the burger was not nice at all, the smash burger was so hard and difficult to bite into and the spices used gave it a tangy flavour.. The burger bun was hard and chewy too so I couldn’t eat more than 2 bites.

5⭐️. Food hot, chicken so moist and tasty. Best fast food we've had in a long time. We aren't chip peeps but even the chips were nice. Donna spicey just right and sticky. Great job. Well be back for sure. Thank you. Good value for monies.
