IZUs Desserts in Bradford

I recently ordered from Izu Desserts via Uber Eats, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I ordered the waffles and cookie doughs, and each item was beautifully packaged. I can't wait to order again and try more of their delicious desserts! Highly recommend for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth at home.

Best dessert I’ve had in ages. Looked good tasted good. Speedy delivery. They take care in the presentation of the food. Got the toffee fudge waffle absolutely delicious. Also had the lotus cookie dough also delicious. Nothing got wasted. Would definitely recommend and would definitely order again.

Ordered 4 Matida cakes was disgusted with what was received. Mushy chocolate cakes that were off, incased in a runny watery brown liquid. Received my refund from uber but really disappointed that a buisness would put ones health at risk just to make a few pounds.

The kunafa cookie dough was awful. It was rock hard and dry. I would NOT recommend this place! First and last time trying it…

Ordered 3 cookie doughs. They were very underwhelming? The cookie was burnt on the edges and completely crumbled in the middle, it was dry and not very good. I ordered 2 white chocolate cookie doughs and were sent 2 milk chocolate which wasn’t very nice at all. Very disappointed, first time trying and definitely going to be the last time.

Milkshake was not thick at all all I could taste was milk

Food arrived cold and uncooked. Both crepes and the waffle were uncooked, could not even eat it. Milkshake was more like a water than a milkshake. Not happy with it at all, also placed an order around 00:30, and it arrived 1:50... definitely not ordering from here again and obviously I want my money back. If you are taking any money from people, PLEASE, make sure you are delivering good food to them, because it is just disappointing...

Had travelled from London to bradford for a meeting! got told by a friend this was the best place for a dessert! My god it was by far the truth! amazing service! absolutely great management! truly amazed. would recommend anyone who fancies having a dessert to try IZUS desserts! by far the best dessert shops around! truly amazing.

THIS IS THE WORST DESSERT SHOP I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM. I ordered the lotus biscoff waffle. It was absolutely disgusting and dry, hardly no biscoff sauce which made it so dry. There's was so chocolate buttons on it like it said. I'm never going to order for here again, proper waste of money.

Unfortunately the worst cookie dough I have ever had. 😕 ordered from here on a number of occasions and I have never had a fully baked, dry and burnt cookie with barely any toppings. So disappointed!

Worst food I have ever had. Worst vanilla ice cream ever!! I ordered a Nutella crepe and that not nice at all choc cokie dough with white sauce and uncooked nuts on top, no Ferrero on top like it has mentioned it should have. Honestly my worst dessert experience ever.

Absolutely amazing desserts, been ordering from Marco Polo (BD5 7AS branch) from day one and it is our favourite desserts place.

Best place to buy desserts. My kids love their ferrero rocher milk shake and my personal favourite is Nutella waffle with banana and strawberries.

I have fussy kids and these guys tailor the desserts to their fussy needs so definitely credit to them. As a family we have tried the waffles, milkshakes and milk cakes. Highly recommended. Customer service is on point.

Pre ordered during the day, for the evening. The desserts were spot on. The milk cake was a good portion size and tasted delicious. The Nutella waffle was presented beautifully and tasted. Defo a place to try....

The delivery was super quick ! I’m assuming it’s because it’s mid week I wouldn’t expect that all the time but the dessert/milkshakes was absolutely gorgeous ! We had brownies and they were just beautiful, plenty of toppings ! It’s hard to find a nice desserts place but this has just become mine !

When my delivery came the strawberries were frozen this made it hard for me to eat them

As mentioned on the notes when ordered from you I mentioned the ice cream tubs was half full last time round they were the same again so im very disappointed

Worst Victoria cake I’ve ever tried. Extremely dry, cream was hard to eat. Cheesecake was more salty than sweet. Do not recommend any of those 2 options, very very disappointing and went to the bin.

First time trying the Marco Polo special cookie dough and wow it was better than expected. Also tried out the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was perfect, wasn't too hard and wasn't too soft, definitely will be ordering again.

Tried the falooda and WOW best falooda I've had.

Delivery was super quick. Milkshake was not the best tasting one. Don't know if it was the ice cream used but it was lacking flavour.

Was first time we ordered from here, milkshakes were spot on but they forgot our waffle. Just for one of the lovely ladies to go out of her way to deliver herself!! Didn’t even need to contact she did it out of her own kindness. Really made my night as I’ve just had major surgery so currently eating my sorrows. Lovely lady

Great customer service and collection time. However both cheesecakes where ice cold, clearly not fresh straight out the freezer. Would I order again no, however can't fault the customer service which was outstanding.

Waffles were very soggy. Didn't enjoy them at all. Asked for no bananas and they put them on the waffles anyway.

The serving size is actually a joke. Pretty much £5 for 3 scoops of ice cream which comes in 3 tiny pots and I mean... tiny... half scoop pots. Will definitely not be ordering again.

Food was awful. Waffles were unpleasant but generous toppings tge ice cream tasted werid and tge cupcake was stale. Waste if money will not be ordering again. Also tge delivery driver was sat outside my house for 5 mins in the car.....not sure why.

A bit disappointed with the fact that the old school desserts and cakes (Excluding Milk Cakes) dont come with anything in the price, some icecream or custard would have been nice, even an option would be good so people can choose if they want an extra or not. Other than that the desserts were nice and delivery was ontime.

Sundae had no sauce in it and filled with ice cream. Only a few pieces of brownies Milkshake had too much cream init.
