Worst cup of latte I have ever tasted no frothing and couldn’t taste any coffee cannot comment on the food but judging by people around us who seemed to leave most of it.

To be honest this is not my go to place. Just popped in for coffee and cake. Great coffee but cake overpriced for the size. Really under staffed. Had to queue for so long at the counter.

Stopped here twice whilst on a short break to Eastbourne. Very clean cafeteria and pleasant friendly staff. Reasonably priced food and drinks.

Hoy no sirven comida caliente debido a algunas razones técnicas. Es una pena, sin sopas y sin papas. Sin embargo, los bollos son deliciosos. Latte de calabaza no lo recomendaría.

Poor quality and stale food. I had a carrot cake for £3 and it was stale. I exchanged it for a different cake which was just as bad. My wife had a sandwich which was dry with congealing salad. When had they prepared this lot. The tea was fine aswas the bottle of juice.

Basic canteen type cafe. Not a comfortable place to visit, with indifferent staff. Not a "destination" cafe, to relax.

My husband and I had been shopping and called into M&S Cafe for lunch. I had soup which was delicious and my husband had an egg and cress sandwich. Both were tasty and fresh

Sad day for Business if Kia Starrmer has caused a price increase, a loss of over £40 a week, 😣

Did you leave a black bumbag with a purse on the floor? The staff have it niw. Love coming here. Shame staff are so overworked. Used to be nice the way it was

Came here with family after a few recommendations. It's a nice looking place with a good outdoor space and a little play area for kids. I remember coming here a bit when I lived in the area and it has smartened up a fair bit. Service was ok if a little bit slow but the main problem was that the food was not very good at all. Pizza bases are not made fresh, despite their claims (think 4-pack frozen mini pizza bases from the 80s/90s). The macaroni cheese was an unbaked gloopy congealed pasta mess which tasted literally of nothing. The buns for the burgers were the cheapest type of rubbish - that kind of white fluff that you buy in packs, lasts for 4 months but disintegrates when exposed to any type of temperature change. The Sirloin steaks, while cooked quite well, were just a bit unloved, sad and grey. I have observed the worrying trend of pubs like this pushing the prices of main courses higher and higher towards £20 and beyond while seemingly not paying any attention to the quality of food. I was left thinking of all the really good places we could have spent that kind of money without having to experience this kind of disappointment.
