Very bad place to eat font fill drinks up rude and food is not up to standerds of mc ds

I order at least once per week from here for my elderly relative. The order wasn’t delivered and when I called to enquire, firstly the girl hang up on me and then I received a second call from someone who said it wasn’t their problem and denied having any details for the driver. They are only interested in taking your money and not interested in customer service. They have an appalling attitude and I would give this shop a miss at any costs. Appalling and disgusting attitude from their staff

Tried for the first time last night and absolutely loved it! Our new go to. Arrived quickly (within half an hour). Will be recommending.

Says order failed but doesn't say why. Says to try again so I do. Same bs. Trying to order to collect not even for delivery. Doesn't say the issue, Google says they are open? Contact details were there to get in touch and tell me the issue. Guess I'll be using some other place then. Utter waste of time, terrible service.

Our first time at the Jolly Postie and definitely will be coming back! The service and food was amazing! Big thank you to Lily our waitress too she was wonderful!
