Lovely pub situated in a nice area,great selection of food and drinks,would highly recommend!

We had all that we requested for in our booking, a friendly greeting on arrival. Food was good, service was good and the atmosphere was great.

Enjoyed food in the outdoor area, food was nice. Mojito cocktail was very refreshing. Atomsphere was quite lively for a weeknight, quite a few large parties but this wasnt an issue.

We had a fantastic birthday meal that was absolutely delightful from start to finish! The food was fantastic, with every dish beautifully prepared and served promptly. However, what really made the evening special was our server, Laura. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Laura’s service truly elevated the experience and she is a credit to her workplace. She made us feel so welcome and made the birthday celebration even more memorable. Highly recommend! We had a fabulous evening on Thursday! Flo looked after us and made it so comfortable; nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks also to Sam and Kelsey who were warm and welcoming, always with a smile. Chef Dave provided an outstanding dining experience and he accommodated all our requests. We loved the ambience, decor and furnishings of The Lyttelton. We shall definitely be returning.

I have been to this lovely restaurant a few times now. The setting is very nice, well-spaced out and not too noisy. The decor and furnishings are nice and calm. The staff is always professional and welcoming. The food menu is simple and seems to be regularly changed with specials added. The quality is good, with reasonable portion sizes. I would recommend this little venue to any couple or family wanting a nice bite at a reasonable price.

Came for a late lunch last Thursday.My friend had rump of lamb,I opted for lamb shank.The food was absolutely delicious,perfectly cooked and presented by Amalia and Dave and served by the lovely waitress,Tia.A perfect way to spend an afternoon.Thank you so much.

Good meals and snacks atmosphere and clean good customer service

A must for a Sunday roast that is above the ‘norm’. I went for the duo of beef and the rib was delicious, my partner had the lamb special which was also amazing. We also took our 4 year old who cleared his plates (both main and dessert) so that speaks for itself if you know what it’s like feeding a child :) Flo was such a great host, we will definitely be returning.

First time visit will definitely be going back.

Food is delicious, we popped in after a walk on Clent, we hadn't booked but there was no need as we sat outside under a canapy. Food was tasty and delicous, couldn't fault anything. We liked the mini desserts as you could have a smaller portion with a hot drink. Will definitely return.

This is a Lavish restaurant with a wide range of very mouth watering and delectable food available for all. Food was served with a welcoming and friendly smile. Staff very helpful and ensure you are having a great experience. You can see they take pride in their work and definitely work well as a team. Only small thing I would add, is that I myself had a steak; if sauce is actually included in the price. overall, a positive experience. Well Done 👏🏻

This gastro pub is well known by locals in Stourbridge. Great looking venue, helpful staff and great food. Scallops excelling. Meet pie delicious.

Absolute incredible place, went for surprise 1year anniversary meal and it was such a great night. Great food with great service, our waitress the young lady with blue hair was so great and friendly

The service was great. It was an anniversary celebration and we were kindly given a free glass of prosecco and the food was delicious.

Food was terrible (for price). Goats cheese salad barely edible. Linguine with prawns dry so had to ask for extra Olive oil from the kitchen, Med Rare steak was cooked Med Well, Salad very vinegary. Wedding music blasting through restaurant which clashed with the normal restaurant music. Staff were really friendly and attentive which saved this from being the worst meal we’ve had in the last 5 years.

We went for the 3 course dinner menu for 2 (including a bottle of wine) for £100 per couple - this is excellent value as some of the main courses on the menu would be over £30 from the à la carte, and the selected wines over £40 per bottle. We had an excellent evening - great food, atmosphere and at the right pace. We were served by Laura who was excellent - very efficient and friendly.

Hannah was lovely and welcoming and was working very hard and well with all tables. Hannah is a credit to your company. Emma was lovely too and compliments to Lauren the chef! Definitely one of our new locals!!!

A good pub. Food is good. We visited on a Sunday lunchtime and the service was a little slow due to too few staff at the bar. We had a problem with our order but they dealt with it satisfactorily.

I recently dined at Lyttleton with a good friend, opting for the £100 wine and dine menu. Overall, we were pleased with the food and the service, but one aspect of our experience left us rather disappointed. As we were finishing, we decided to change our dessert to cocktail with an Aperol Spritz and requested that the soda be swapped for lemonade. To our surprise, when the drinks were brought over, the waitress—who was otherwise very attentive—reluctantly informed us that the manager had decided to charge an additional £3.60 for what amounted to a small dash of lemonade. While we fully appreciate that premium ingredients and special requests can come with extra costs, charging £3.60 for a simple substitution felt excessive, especially given the already substantial price of the meal. It left us with the impression that the restaurant was more focused on profit than on providing a seamless dining experience. That said, the food was excellent and the service was attentive. However, the unexpected and unreasonable surcharge for a minor drink modification cast a shadow over an otherwise enjoyable evening. We hope that management will reconsider such charges in the future, as it detracted from an otherwise lovely dining experience.

We had a very enjoyable experience at The Lyttleton Arms. The service was excellent & the staff friendly. The food was very good & reasonable portion sizes. Prices are on the higher side for pubs, but it is certainly worth paying the extra for the quality. The decor added to the atmosphere of the pub. Tables were well presented. There is an outside seating area, which is ideal when the weather & light permit. There is also a large car park.

Sadly going downhill! This place has been a regular of mine for a few years, sadly the last three times food hasn’t been great and or service slow. Last night I went with a friend we ordered garlic mushroom starters which were at best luke warm topped with cold pieces of chopped tomato, we couldn’t taste any garlic, and to top it off, just as my friend was half way through hers she pulled out two long hairs which were enmeshed in the mushrooms - yuk!! Our mains eventually arrived the waitress announced linguine without scallops, I was a little confused as scallops hadnt been mentioned when we ordered. My friend was also given linguine with scallops and she had ordered fish! There was clearly a mix up in the kitchen, the waitress sorted it out and my friend said her dish although wasn’t very warm was ok. Mine was mediocre, the crabmeat had obviously just come out of the fridge as it was cold, not helped by more cold chopped tomatoes on top of the dish - I’m guessing they needed to use up tomatoes! Desserts were better. Although after we had eaten them and were preparing to ask for the bill, a waitress came over and placed a desert on our table that we hadn’t ordered - another mixup I’m guessing as she looked totally confused and took it away. Needless to say, on checking the bill, the dessert had been added to our bill! I’m not sure what’s happened at the Lyttleton, be it a different chef or kitchen management but the food and service were not great, a shame as it’s a nice pub however, I feel there are much better places locally to eat places and I wont be eaten there in the future. I would say that the waitresses did their best to try to rectify things but clearly there are issues beyond their control.

Went to the Lyttelton for our 1 year 7 month anniversary and had a lovely time. The fillet steak along with the thick chunky chips were delicious, and it was topped off with sensational beef dripping sauce. The only negative which sadly brings my 5* rating down to a 4* is that the onion loaf is no longer a part of the meal. This was one of my favourite parts of my steak dinner and unfortunately, the shallots do not hit the spot the same way. We finished off with sticky toffee pudding and the trio of mini desserts which also were very tasty. Thankyou for the hospitality. PS Please bring back the onion loaf.

Staff and atmosphere were great, however we were pre-booked but had to wait 1hr15mins before our food arrived. When the food did arrive, we had to request for more gravy as there was hardly any on anyone's plates. Several people also had uncooked potatoes and some of the meat was overcooked and dry. For the price we paid and the time we waited we had higher expectations of the food quality

Sunday lunch. Very nice food. Good service, a bit of a wait after ordering but there were guests in the restaurant and outside and it's good quality well presented food so I don't expect it in 5 minutes.

Went for lunch on 28/07/24 with the hubby. A lovely pub with a lovely outdoors seating area & plenty of free parking. Our server Toni was a polite and knowledgeable server. I ordered roast pork belly & the hubby opted for a cheese burger. The food was well presented and of quality produce. Cooked to perfection and thoroughly enjoyed 😉

Charlie was a real help. Allowing us to change tables last minute and to sit outside. Didn't make us lift a finger from drinks to food we didnt once have to go to the bar. His eye contact and professionalism was something that really got me.

Huge shoutout to our waiter, Charlie Ellsmore! Charlie was the highlight of our evening with his impeccable service and infectious sense of humor. He had us laughing so hard, we nearly choked on our appetizers – in the best possible way, of course. His timing with the punchlines was as perfect as his timing with the wine refills. When I asked for recommendations, he delivered with such flair that I was almost convinced he moonlights as a food critic. If you're ever at the Littleton Arms, make sure to ask for Charlie – he's the only waiter who can make ordering dessert sound like a stand-up comedy routine. Bravo, Charlie! You've set the bar high, and we can't wait to come back for more laughs and delicious food.

Fantastic venue with tremendous food and great service. The seafood linguine was outstanding. They serve a grand Timothy Taylor's ale too. We even enjoyed dessert outside too without issue despite enjoying the first two courses inside.

Nice place, overpriced average food, service was poor not enough staff on last night Saturday 22nd June.Waited 45 mins for starter and main. Then another 45 mins for desert. Overpriced drinks. Won't be returning.

The food was amazing, being a big group sometimes the quality can be missed but it wasn’t. Staff were very friendly and approachable. To improve I would suggest letting the lead person know that the deposit can only be taken from 1 bill as this led to some confusion when it came to paying

Lovely roast dinner today. First time we visited, had the trio and the lamb roast both looked excellent with good portions, and tasted great. We were served by a lovely young lady named Alexandra who couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Also really nice decor we will definitely be back.

Been coming here for years but first time since the makeover. It's a shame they don't take any pride in the beer range. Having mass produced Neck Oil as the only kegged IPA is a really lazy choice....

So went back here as we usualy go every few months it had been a lovely day so thought it would be a lovely treat for the family, the start was not great this time we travelled 26 miles after booking the table to be rang as i pulled on the car park to be informed they had cancelled our booking as they had stopped doing food at 8 pm . The children and partner were not very happy at all as it left us no time to go any place else . I asked to speak to the manager who was in charge as i walked in and he promptly found me a table and told me it wasnt a problem .the table booking was excepted on line for 8.30 . after this the eveinng was ok a little over shadowed by the start but the food was good worrh the wait ,and the drive .we were glad to be seated away from the bar as one of us is allergic to dogs that are now allowed in the bar area but thank fully the distance away was great enough that they had no reaction . Watching a dog wee up a bar stool is not great though probably better if that had been out side .great choice of red wine and waitresses were all happy to serve us with a smile . .chef was as good as ever well done to him .

The Lyttleton Arms is very friendly and welcoming and the staff are ready to help and assist, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and have a smile on their faces which is rare to see in similar establishments. We could not find any faults at all.

Lots of seating outside (weather permitting) and very spacious inside ,lots of diners so that was a good sign. We both had a starter, white crabmeat on sourdough ,parmesan tuille & salad & salt and pepper squid with a spicy mayo. Portion size was very good and both great starters. Both opted for a roast, beef sirloin and half a roast chicken. Plenty of roast potatoes, parsnips, lovely to have cabbage along with traditional carrots . Huge Yorks Puds and pigs in blanket with chicken . We asked for additional gravy, this was not a problem . Food was really lovely and plentiful. Well worth the money ,it isn't cheap but you get what you pay for . We will definitely return. Staff attentive but did not feel rushed at all. Relaxing Sunday treat .

First time here for lunch. Food very nice and lunchtime menu priced well for 2 or 3 courses. Fortunately we weren't in a rush as the appearance of ordered drinks were somewhat slow but overall would recommend.

We had a lovely last minute meal at the bar tables and ordered online. We pressed to request all food to come out at the same time but apparently the kitchen do not receive this information. 3/6 dishes arrived and after 10 mins of waiting my husband went to inquire to be told they would be coming out later. We were obviously not happy about this but the amazing Kelsey sorted this out straight away and we got two free cocktails too. Kelsey is an asset to Littleton Arms as she has fantastic customer service skills and was professional at all times. What a little star 🤩 we’ll be back soon xxx
