Absolutely rude staff! How dare the lady today tell my sonhe can't eat his own crisps he'd been eating there own chunky chips while waiting for me to visit the centre x I said to the lady he is autistic and has eating problems! He wasn't hurting any one and had sat away from other people eating there . The lady said that was why was talking to me and not my son! A little thought to thinking he must come and see Councillor each week! We have had run ins with the staff before! Not impressed 😕

Ludford Restaurant was a restaurant that looks reasonably nice, has good food, my personal experience with staff was not so desirable as I was more treated like a child compared to an adult considering my younger age, I am still an adult, however I have overlooked this due to the outstanding food, and no complaints for the pricing.

Excellent place for tea / coffee and a chat and great food

I came here a lot 25 years ago, it was nice to visit Uckfield and Ludford again and also find some vegan dishes on the menu.

We came to the Model railway exhibition and had a great lunch, especially the spotted dick and custard. Staff were really helpful and didn't mind our changing menu choices. Thanks very much.

I booked Luxfords for a buffet wedding reception. From start to finish, Lou was on top of everything. On the day, the room was perfect, canapes were delicious, as was the buffet. All the staff were amazing. I cannot praise everyone highly enough. 7 stars at least.

Best cheese and mushroom omelette I've tried in Uckfield. My friend also recommends the sausage casserole. Lovely staff too.
