Wonderful drinks made by Deejay the mixologist! Very friendly and had a lovely sense of humour that makes you feel comfortable while you wait at the bar! I would ask for the Klia special 😉 A mix of lychee, apple 🍏, kiwi 🥝, cherry 🍒 and peach 🍑 with foam on top ✨

I liked the food and atmosphere but the music was a bit too loud and giving headache but rest is really good. Enjoyed the food a lot and the cocktails. Male bar staff very polite and helpful. Also, Pallavi served us well.

This place is a Gem, we dined here last night, the food was delicious. The manager Yuri spent time at our table talking us through the process of the beautiful dim sum. Andrea our waitress was lovely. I highly recommend the Mocktails for those who don't drink, they were divine as was the food. Thank you Lulu Wild we will be back

I ate Singapore Noodles and Chicken Dimsum! So yummy 😍! Portion sizes were incredible and the food was cooked to perfection! This place is allergy friendly- they showed me an allergy menu straight away! 🎉 (I have 2 nut allergies), and there are plenty of options! My friend got egg fried rice and a chicken dish- she said they were really good! Would recommend all!

We have an excellent experience, largely thanks to Ian who looked after us superbly - to extent of arranging a special cocktail for my wife to meet her (demanding!) needs. Beyond the service, food was very good, a tad spicy maybe but that was my own error. Wine by glass was decent though a fairly limited choice (but maybe better to have few fresher options than bigger range and stale risk..). Great vibe in the bar / restaurant, our second visit and we like that Lulu Wild isn’t just a glitzy bar, the food and service offering have substance, quality ingredients and preparation.

We visited Lulu Wild for the bottomless brunch, it was my birthday and we had the BEST time! Everyone’s drinks glasses were always full, the waitresses came over several times to top up our Prosecco glasses along side making sure we had a cocktail too! Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so attentive, smiley and polite. We had the most delicious food! Starter and a main was more than enough! The vegetarian options were fantastic too. We will definitely be returning for a meal! The atmosphere was good, there was a DJ playing music and lots of other people who were part of the bottomless brunch seating area but it wasn’t too busy where you felt forgotten about! We will definitely be returning

Rib eye steak wasn’t rib eye steak King prawn starter was nice with dressed leaves Then the main arrived and it was awful. Changed quickly for a less chewy steak but I’m not convinced the 2nd steak was rib eye either, if it was rib eye, it definitely was neither fresh or cooked properly Service charge and a charity donation were both added to the final bill. No apology for the awful steak. Service was transactional at best, told my wine bottle was behind me and just to pour it when I wanted it 😂 Poor Asian food with average (at best) service.

Had my Engagement at Lulu wild, Lauren helped my partner plan the whole engagement which turned out to be very beautiful and I was so happy and still happy about it. I must also mention that Lauren was very kind to stay back after her shift was over to make sure everything went well with the surprise which made my partner very comfortable. We all know men when they try to plan things 😂😂😂😂😂. So please tell Lauren how grateful we are and that date was 16/7/24 night. Also a very nice lady served us meals and drinks same night if you can find her also send our regards to her as I have forgotten her name.

Visited this lovely venue with a group of friends last Saturday. Ian looked after us and made us lovely cocktails.

I’ve been to Lulu multiples times and everything is always perfect but what makes it better is Ian’s bar service. He always recommends the best drinks and showcases great understanding of spirits, wines, cocktails, shots etc.. Not only that but his customer service is exceptional.

The service was out of this world. We came here as a last ditch effort on a visit to Birmingham when our original plan fell through when that place was too loud. Here, from the doorman to the hostess to Lauren our waitress, they went out of their way to find a table for us and to treat us as valued customers even though we didn’t have a booking on a Saturday night. And brilliant with our foodie 11 year old too! Truly above and beyond what we find in most restaurants. The menu was fun and innovative with lots of options with both traditional (classic dim sum, for example) and a little different options. High quality ingredients, including the meats and produce. And heavenly cocktails-try the Lucky Dragon.

First visit to Lulu Wild and will definitely be back. The cocktail choice is great - some variations I’ve not heard of before. The food menu was excellent - lots of variety and the portion sizes were good. The service we received from Lauren made the evening perfect. From the moment she seated us until we left, Lauren was super friendly and really attentive, very knowledgeable about the cocktails and food menu. A really asset to Lulu Wild and we’ll definitely return.

Booked online and have to say the food and the service were absolutely excellent. No complaints what so ever. The reason I didn't give a rating of 5 was because of the very loud music. We and everyone else were having to shout therefore making the noise level even higher. Loved the crispy duck salad and the dim sum.

Was supposed to eat here 4 my daughters 25th bday. Can't comment on food as never ate there. Atmosphere was horrible very unfriendly. On arrival if (the Asian guy) that's the owner or manager his greeting was poor very unfriendly. Seating me and my family on a table where loads of flies were by our table. We asked the waitress to move it seemed a issuse for the Asian guy. Totally turned my family off eating here. We made the right choice and went to a 5 star Italian restaurant jewellery Quarter. Better service, manager does not look down on people, fantastic food and good menu.

Change your rice supplier. Otherwse good. Andreaa was amazing

Went for a father's day dinner, The food was amazing! Service was excellent, professional friendly and polite. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean and impressive. Would definitely recommend this one. We all loved our dishes and there is so much choice on the menu, I look forward to returning in the near future!

I’ve been wanting to visit Lulu wild for a while now but haven’t managed to get round to making a booking. Unfortunately I no longer want to make a booking just in case a racial slur is added to the visit notes so that they are able to keep track of who I am. I cannot believe labelling customers in such a derogatory way is allowed. And even after it being disputed with the manager, Lauren Dent didn’t even apologise but simply stated that they label all customers like that. I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere for the time being and advising anyone I know to do the same.

Pallavi was wonderful. She explained the menu and the portion sizes. The food was flavourful and hot upon arrival. Lovely atmosphere.

Tasty food but ….. Horrifically small portion sizes !!!! Massive problem for a group of lads. Spent 75 quid a head and left hungry Nathwanis sort the portion sizes out !

Been a while since we went to a Chinese restaurant and I'm so glad we did!!!! Staff were friendly, polite and really good with service! The food arrived in a quick time, served at the correct temperatures. The decor is stunning and the restaurant itself was warm without too much air con (I hate being cold when sitting to eat). I would absolutely eat there again and can recommended this restaurant!

Wow!! What more can I say. Perfectly located for dinner before going to our gig at the Utilita Arena (previously known as the NIA). The whole experience of dining at Lulu Wild was fantastic. We were served by Rayna. She was lovely, friendly & knowledgeable. She recommended the dish I had from the menu & she was spot on. It was delicious. As soon as we had eaten our food we were planning a second visit. If you are in Birmingham & you’re looking for something special to eat I’d definitely recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed

The shared dim sum starter was excellent, although it would have been common courtesy for the waitress to have informed us that the Asahi beer was served in 500ml glasses! The truffle duck was good, the bok choi excellent but the egg fried rice poor - we had to dig to the bottom of the serving bowl to find the egg! - and the monkfish both textureless and tasteless - even with the addition of the chilli oil it was very underwhelming!

This place is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. Came here in the evening with a group of friends. Really liked the low lighting and the general vibe. Food was very good. Options for vegetarians was very good and the food was tasty and fresh. This is the second time I have eaten here and it's been very consistent. Service is good but just a little slow and maybe lacking a bit of initiative. Would definitely recommend coming here. I will be back.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable visit. The 'Above the Clouds' cocktail is a masterful blend of flavours - one of our all-time favourite from now on ! The staff is friendly, and we were well cared for. Additionally, the clean and inviting ambiance enhanced the experience.

Popped in on the off chance before the theatre. So glad we did, we were greeted by staff immediately and escorted to a table. If you don't want to pay a slightly higher price , this isn't the place for you, but you get what you pay for. An extensive menu, I went for the black pepper lamb which was stunning and flavoursome. The honey pork the same, a couple of sides and a drink made for a lovely meal. Definitely a place to go if you appreciate good food.

Overall experience was fantastic and the food was excellent. Only down side was that front of house seemed rude as we was just ignored when we walked in. Would still recommend highly tho.
