Came here Friday 30th with two friends for bottomless brunch at 1pm. It was quiet when we arrived with just one other table. Drinks were flowing from the time I came back from the toilet. I recommend the Lychee martini, it was refreshing. Our server Andreea was absolutely wonderful, it truly was service with a smile. We chose different starters and main courses so we could share. Would definitely recommend the mushroom spring rolls as a starter and the crispy sweet and sour pork for main course. The food came out hot, well presented and plenty, me and my friends are big eaters but couldn't finish all the food. I would definitely come again but maybe try and evening service , just to experience a more lively atmosphere although it was nice to be able to hear yourself talk even whilst music was playing and the music was great.

We got greeted on entrance. Had to wait a bit at the bar for our table to be ready which was ok, bit busy so we couldn’t sit. We were then taken upstairs to our table. Everything was good. Pleasant staff. Nice ambiance. Wish we had shared the rice bowls because the mains portions were quite big.

From the moment we stepped into LuLu wild we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Our server, Kristian , was not only attentive but also took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly matched our preferences. His knowledge of the dishes and cocktails enhanced our dining experience, making it more enjoyable.

We came to a bottlemess, we had our booking for 90 minutes and in them 90 minutes we where only served 4 drinks due to them taking to time make them and would start it till everyone has finished there drink before. They brought out our check 15 minutes early and tried to end the bottomless 15 minutes eailer then the time was and wanted us to pay. Once’s we spoke to the manager she allowed us to receive one more drink. But in a space of 90 minutes we shouldn’t have only had 4 drinks plus the one that was given once’s something was brought up about it. The whole experience felt like it was rushed. But the food there and the atmosphere was lovely but the service was just a let down.

First time visiting here, and won't be the last, we opted for bottomless brunch for 3 when we arrived there was Prosecco already on the table waiting, which was never left to run empty, constantly being topped up throughout by Kristian he was great, Pornstar Martini's were flowing nicely too as soon as the glass was empty Kristian was getting us another, even though there were only 2 cocktails on offer, it didn't matter, the food was amazing too, I highly recommend The Spicy King Prawns.... The atmosphere was amazing even with the rowdy girls on the big long table beside us but they were there to enjoy themselves as were we.... Loved the Decor or the place too

Food is good here! Would say the cocktails are too watery/icy so could improve on here. Atmosphere is great, dj is amazing and service is ok.

I had vegetarian food. I had spring rolls and crystal vegetable dumplings. Very tasty. The mains were a let down the black pepper veggi chicken was nice but he veggie noodles and mock chicken in holy basil were not tasty at all. I hated the atmosphere as it was too loud, it felt more like a night club . I would not go back also the food was over priced for what you get. It is not a dining experience just a night club restaurant 😡

My main issue was the volume of the DJ. It was so loud the staff could not hear our orders and it made conversation difficult. The main courses were average but the starters were good, nothing amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful although they could not turn the volume down. Very expensive so I was expecting better.

Came for a bottomless brunch for my birthday, Kristin was an absolute diamond. Couldn’t do enough for the table. Our drinks were kept full the entire time and the food was seriously good. We couldn’t move afterwards we were so full. Atmosphere was brilliant and the DJ was great. Friendly staff, great drinks and a really good laugh. Thank you all! :)

Came around 6:30 on a Saturday night, ordered the salt and chilli chicken, the dish was amazing and service too. Got served by Estelle who made sure every one of our needs was met. She was friendly and very helpful. She had a lovely sense of humour and all round made us feel completely welcome from the get go. Would recommend lulu wild to my friends and family

I had the spicy tofu here and it was fantastic, we had a lovely server called Estelle who was so attentive and welcoming, she was so good at recommending to me as someone with dietary requirements . Would highly recommend!

Our first visit we will definitely be returning food was lovely staff were really nice and attentive especially the gentleman didn’t catch his name but a great first time experience.

Celebrating my birthday and lulu wild did not disappoint, the service and food was faultless. Everyone was really accommodating from the security guard and the lovely lady serving us (Lauren) thank you. We will definitely be coming back very soon.

Gorgeous place, food lovely. Shame 2 lots of stairs up to the toilets for people with walking issues but rails each side so not too bad. Found the bunny chair, too. Staff very attentive and friendly. Loved our bottomless brunch.

Had a fabulous experience with my husband for his birthday. Wonderful dim sum, and bao buns to start, followed by the monk fish and duck main. Great service from Kristian, attentive and friendly and wonderful cocktails to accompany the stunning food.

Tried their salt and chillie chicken and it was the worst i have ever had. Quantity was tiny and I paid £19 for that thing. Made me mad literally. Ambience was great on the other side.

Went there with colleagues for Brunch on a Thursday. It was really calm, atmosphere is great and pretty. The food was good, we went for the brunch menu. My main was chicken and the side of noodles was massive. Both tasty. I got a mocktail that was also tasting good. Overall great experience and the staff was nice.

Waiter and cocktail waitress spot on. We weren’t sure on the role of the other team person, but were informed they were the manager. Unfortunately they let the team down by being distracted by customers they knew, they spent time chatting, forgetting to take out food order and left our drinks sitting on the bar. On a good note, food was delicious, service was spot on.

Such a shame, the music and design of this place is amazing but we were seated 10 mins after our booking which is fine, but one of the managers called last orders 10 mins early. We asked for orange juice twice to make mimosas but never got us any. Me and the party of 4 next to us had 1 each in 40 mins, we both complained to which they rushed the food and drink out so we had to cram the rest of the cocktails in with our food in the last 30 mins which made us feel sick. We explained this to a manager and only got £13 off. Such a shame the service was awful

Such a shame. Don’t get me wrong the decor & food was lovely. However, the service was terrible. Our bottomless brunch was for 4pm. We was not seated until 4:15 which isn’t a big deal, but we then had to wait a further 40 minutes to get a drink each. The party of 4 next to us also had to wait 40 minutes. I asked for orange juice for my Prosecco to 2 different waiters throughout our brunch. I received 0. Once we complained the food was served and drinks was rushed so we had to cram drinks into our last 30 minutes which we couldn’t do. All together we had 3 drinks each. Once we asked for some sort of discount they proceeded to take £6 off me and my friend. For the price we paid it is outrageous. Service couldn’t have been worse. Quite frankly celebrating my birthday here was a waste.

Went for bottomless brunch. Food was excellent, large portions compared to other brunches I have been to but this also meant we didn’t drink as much as normal! Atmosphere downstairs wasn’t amazing, I would recommend asking for a table upstairs especially if you’re doing bottomless brunch.

Our visit to Lulu Wild was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and we loved the lychee martinis. The service was truly exceptional, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming which is rare in Birmingham these days. So big shout out to the staff. The restaurant's stylish ambiance added to the overall experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Great value for money too. Lulu Wild is a must visit for anyone looking to enjoy great food and outstanding service. We can't wait to return!

I dined at Lulu Wild on Sat 15th Feb 2025 with friends, and several of us suffered severe food poisoning afterward. We informed the restaurant, expecting accountability, but despite their so-called investigation, they refused to offer any goodwill gesture. Food poisoning can happen, but how a restaurant handles it matters. Sadly, Lulu Wild showed little concern for its customers’ well-being. I wouldn’t risk eating here again.

Fabulous experience, amazing service especially by Kristian who recommended certain dishes and was an incredible host! Food was exemplary!

Lovely food, great service from Chai, would come back again

Food was lovely but overall so disappointed with the staff, once we had finished our mains it took a long time for them to clear the table so my partner decided to go for a cigarette I joined him. On the way out my partner said to member of staff we was coming back as he was popping out to smoke. Whilst walking down the stairs a member of staff came with a card machine and asked us to pay we explained we was coming back in she said ‘no can you just pay’ I said we are coming back we would like desert in which she said her ‘manager was worried and would like us to pay’ When we returned to our table it still had our empty main plates on there. Upset by the way they totally misjudged us and how embarrassing it was to have her waving a card machine down the stairs to us we decided not to have dessert but pay our bill and leave.

We were served by Kristian and he was so lovely, professional, and attentive. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely and the food was absolutely amazing - my compliments to the chef. Lovely decor and design of the place especially the sinks in the toilet, with some bougie hand wash. Food and Drinks were excellent cannot fault it. Dim sum and Bao Buns were beautiful.

I was blown away with the attention to detail in making customers feel valued from when we stepped in the restaurant . I booked a Hen Party Bottomless Brunch for 19 guest with Lauren who was accommodating and very helpful every step of the way,Lauren supported some small changes at short notice without any issues, the ladies and the Hen had a fantastic time and nothing was too much trouble from the staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant thank you once again xxx
