Great cocktails and food! Can’t go wrong with Tattu. I love the espresso martini here and my fave food is the duck pancakes. So many options on the menu and I’ve always enjoyed trying new dishes here. The venue is beautiful with pink blossom trees everywhere. Service is good and I would go back again.

Absolutely amazing experience lovely resturant lovely scenic atmosphere with the cherry blossoms I planned a engagement /proposal for my partner and the stsff went above and beyond to provide everything including a complimentary fortun cookie with a personalised note and a note written in chocolate and helping me with a video of the proposal The food was amazing and the drinks even better the prices were fair aswell i couldnt recommend this resturant enough and we shall be returning again for sure to dry the other drink options and food

Treated at Tattu tonight with a fantastic venue, beautiful menu and lovely staff. Really recommend coming here for modern Chinese, with highlights such as the dim sum sharing platter and the caramel soy beef fillet. The interior is beautiful and photogenic. The staff, specifically Byron, who served us, and Ella, who hosted us at the door, were delightful. they are a true asset to the Tattu team. Thank you for tonight and we will be back!

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Tattu in Birmingham, and it was fantastic! Our waitress, Gretel, provided exceptional service, making us feel truly special. The food was a delightful fusion of flavors, beautifully presented, and the drinks complemented our meal perfectly. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making for a memorable evening. We left feeling spoilt and can’t wait to return!

However the prices are super high!, the portions of food and drink are ridiculously small… especially for the prices you have to pay.. and i was not impressed to get home and find out that they charged me £31 in service fee!! Like seriously!!! I felt robbed

Our waiter was named GRETAL from the Birmingham Tattu branch … she was absolutely wonderful a breath of fresh air , Gretal made our night so much easier she accommodated us so well. Gretal was so wonderfully spoken and had such beautiful mannerisms & energy , she went above and beyond. Somebody give this lady a pay rise. She service was immaculate and the food was brilliant. The atmosphere is everything you’d want dim lights beautiful insane deco. Picture perfect. Deffo recommend

Up there with the top Chinese food we've had, smashing decor, VERY attentive staff, especially our waitress Gretel who did a wonderful job looking after us. Would defo recommend for a special occasion, little bit pricey otherwise.

Came on valentines day with my partner. Was served by Gretel. She was fantastic, so patient and helpful as we struggled finding the halal options and had many many questions. She was so friendly and honestly made our day even better. The food itself was amazing. Although halal options are limited we enjoyed everything we got including the kung po prawns, lemon baby chicken, lobster and prawn toast and the crispy squid. Would love to see more items made halal and I will be coming bsck again.

Attending for a birthday on Valentine's day and it was an amazing time. Every staff member was so welcoming and the food was faultless. I could not think of one thing that could be improved, it was the perfect birthday experience. A huge shout out to our server Adam who did an absolutely amazing job, attending to us and ensuring that we had a good experience. He really does deserve a bonus for the amount of effort he put into his job! I will definitely be returning to tattu, no question about it!

Cannot fault the experience from the service, the food & the overall atmosphere was great. Gretel was a wonderful server and went out of her way always, to make us feel welcome, as it was our first time. Even little touches from a conversation on my mum’s birthday and sister’s engagement, she appeared with a little celebratory plate, which was extremely touching and a lovely gesture. The food was additionally amazing, definitely recommend!

We visited Tattu on the 8th Feb, we had such an amazing experience from the high quality food, restaurant vibe and great service. We were served by Gretel, who was great. She explained the menu to us as it was our first time and she has extremely polite. Service was great as well, no fault whatsoever.

We had an amazing time at Tattu. Although we had nothing to celebrate, Mo made us feel like we did. We shared the Modern Sharing Set menu. The food was amazing! We left full, satisfied, and with a lovely taste left in our mouth.

We went here for a friend’s birthday, which we was really looking forward to. The food was lovely. I had a link sent me to book the table through a 30% discount of food. after paying the bill I realised the 30% wasn’t taken off also i was charged for 3 squid starters instead of one, And also charged for the wrong bottles of wine! So I would recommend anyone that goes to check their bill before paying…. Yes, the restaurant is expensive. That’s not the problem but when you’re being overcharged for things that you haven’t had that is not acceptable! Also should’ve been advised about the 30% discount

Came for brunch on Saturday, offered prawn crackers which at no point did the server advise they would be £22 absolute rip off. Came for a birthday no acknowledgment of the persons birthday by anyone despite it asking us to select an occasion when booking. Charging for tap water and poor drink service we only managed 3 drinks in 90 minutes and even then we had to ask 3 different waiting staff as our glasses were empty. Really poor service and really shocking on the back handed upselling. Better brunches available for less money - would not recommend

We had an exceptional group business lunch at Tattu. There were 16 of us in the private room and the whole experience from the start when we asked if the tables could be moved around to the finish of the meal was perfect. Special thanks to Gretel our waitress who was so lovely. Very professional and efficient and she explained every dish as she brought it out. The food was amazing and the drink was flowing. We will def be booking Tattu again in the future.

Tatuu Restaurant never disappoints! The service is always great, the food is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is just perfect. The staff is polite, attentive, and clearly knows their job well, making every visit a fantastic experience. We come here often and will definitely keep coming back. Oh, and the margaritas? Simply amazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Delicious food, stake as wanted perfectly cooked. Dumplings brilliant, well balanced taste, we had another round. Wine pre ordered for Valentine's also very good. Service unfortunately not that good. Waiter did not know we have had ordered wine, also didn't know well menu.

Had a wonderful lunch here yesterday. Everyone was lovely, but Adriana looked after us SO well at the table. Great advice on menu choices & attentive but not intrusive. Sticky Beef Short Rib and the Dim Sum platter were stand out. Beef just melted in your mouth. Loved the Cherry Blossom Negroni. Highly Recommend

Tattu has often been our go to restaurant for celebrations however the last few times we have visited the service has not quite hit the mark. We visited in October 2024 with friends, and found some key staples of the menu such as the Wok Fried Angry Bird had been changed from a succulent on the bone main dish, to a, over cooked chicken chunks, making the dish far less impressive than what it used to be. The pork crackling that came with the BBQ pork belly was also not crisp as you would expect it to be. I gave this benefit of the doubt and thought it could be a one off. I revisited the restaurant in January for my birthday, as I have done for the past 2 years. However again, the rice portions came out cold, the cracking was not crunchy & the portions of the Crispy Squid were significantly less than what they used to be. As well as this, the squid was very chewy & again, was cold by the time we began eating. The chicken truffle dimsum was not softly steamed & was chewy to eat as it hadnt been cooked for long enough. It’s really disappointing for a restaurant as high calibre as tattu to come away feeling that the quality of the food has changed. However we also noted that the experience was not the same either. Typically we are presented with a dish to be able to apply more Soy sauce, sweet chilli & another dip, however we were informed by the waiter that this was no longer available. To come away twice from tattu feeling as though the quality & service was not up to scratch for the price of the meals was really dissatisfying and I cast doubt on whether I would return for another special occasion. Tattu have began offering more brunches and special meals to seemingly get more customers in, but at the cost of their quality. Whilst in the restaurant , at 5:30 the restaurant began to call my phone to ask why I wasn’t in the bookings when I was sat at the table in the restaurant, which was a very strange experience to have happen. Having spent over £600 in our most recent visits, this isn’t the experience I would hope to have had & I hope you can rectify my feelings that I currently have towards the restaurant.

Good, but not special. Cant put my finger on it, but I left only just satisfied. The rooms are nice, cocktail good, food pleasant, but nothing to shout about. 1 dish stood out, the monkfish, great, the rest... I could do at home, nothing very imaginative. We had the Tattu Signature tasting menu, plus cod gyoza and monkfish.
