I’d like to start this review by thanking our server Daniel who was absolutely amazing and helped to make our experience enjoyable with both food and drink recommendations. I can definitely recommend the set menu options and our steak was cooked to perfection. A fabulous evening with a great atmosphere.

Very nice place, cozy, pricey but the food was great, shared the signature dishes between two of duck pancakes, steak, prawns, angry bird chicken, duck fried rice and finished with the ice dragon dessert every meal was delicious. Great service from waitress Gretel

We had a great first visit to Tattu for brunch. Our waitress Cris was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, including always being topped up on the free-flow cocktails. The food, service, decor, and overall experience deserve 5 stars however unfortunately the toilets and restaurant area in the immediate vicinity smelt like sewage. If you're seated away from the toilets like we were, the experience is something I highly recommend.

This place is amazing ! We did my graduation dinner here . The food and service was top notch . The beef was a hit. The desserts specially the ice dragon was really good. Amazing selection of cocktails as well . Our service by Adriana was so lovely . She was very kind and accommodating of everything . Overall, a lovely place and I would definitely visit again .

I really like this place. The food is great, perfect if you want to go tapas and order various small plates. Great fusion of food and great flavours. Service is excellent. Love going here for pre dinner drinks. Great bar atmosphere. Just stopped for drinks this time, last year had a meal here nearer enough the same time.

Food was excellent & tasty. Mo was providing an amazing service to us. We didn’t have to ask for anything as he was there, step ahead, helping and advising.

An extremely poor customer service, we arrived slightly outside the 15 minute grace period to be told our table was not available even though the table hadn’t been given to anyone else. With the storm this weekend roads were gridlocked so we had to walk. We asked for the table for a shorter period of time but the staff were so rude showing no empathy or compassion, I would never recommend this restaurant because of the people they employ, we turned up but because they cancelled my booking they then took £80, this is absolutely disgusting

Food here is always amazing albeit pricey. We had Gretel as our waitress and she was fantastic. There was nothing that was too much trouble and her food recommendations were fab.

We had a lovely Saturday night dinner and cocktails. We were looked after by a gentleman called Byron. He was so great. Very knowledgeable of the menu, gave great recommendations and a very welcoming, happy attitude towards work. Cocktails were beautiful and tasted great, along with the quality of food.

The food was really good. And service was impeccable, Daniel served us and he was not only patient but very friendly and polite.

An impromptu visit to this wonderful place. Literally just walking along the road when my friend and myself glimpsed the decorated ceiling of this dining area (food area located downstairs). A wonderful find! Great welcome, fabulous setting, wonderful food....Win!, Win!, Win!. Our server, Gretel, was lovely: friendly, and helpful in her recommendations. A fabulous visit....and definitely the first of many. Highly recommend.

Visited yesterday 4/12/24 for my mom’s 60th birthday. Great experience from start to finish, lovely waitress who looked after us very well. The food was amazing! We can not wait to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a magical experience from start to finish. All of the staff made us feel welcome and were exceptionally professional. Our server, Adriana, was astoundingly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The food was out-of-this-world good. We had the imperial Sunday Roast with the sticky short ribs and WOW. Every bite was delicious. The only comment I might have is to serve the Bao Buns and Pancakes in a steamer so they can stay warm (as they cooled quite quickly), and to double the amount of scallions/spring onions and cucumber (as these were not enough for the amount of meat that they came with). The drinks were wonderful and very carefully crafted. The only sour note was when we received the bill, a service charge had been added even though we were a party of two. This was not made clear on the menu and is a pet peeve of mine. I still tipped the server as she was wonderful, but I wish they would not do this as it is very frustrating for customers, particularly when it is not clearly indicated on the menu. We would absolutely come back. The experience was overall incredible and we had a delightful time, I only gave four stars because of the mandatory added service charge.

Went for bottomless cocktail brunch. 90 min slot. Had our first drink after 20mins and very slow the serve our other cocktails, which tasted more like pop. Should you like a glass full of ice and not much alcohol then this is the place to go to. Food was quite nice.

This restaurant superceded my expectations. Having all-inclusive food is amazing. Halal option, too🙄 well done to you guys. 👌

This is a great culinary experience. The decor is sensational, particularly the cherry blossom style "tree". The chinese cuisine is some of the best fine-dine I have tried, topped off excellent service. All of this comes at a premium, but worth it.

We came last week for our friend's 60th birhtday. The ambiance of the place is lovely, the food is fantastic and Daniel who served us was amazing, we had such an amazing time and we will surely go back again.

Dipped in v early evening, and staff were doing a handover and moving furniture. Service slow as a result, but food quick to come and high quality. For the premium price, the service should have been spot-on.

2nd visit to Tattu, first in Birmingham. Our waiter Adam was lovely.he was professional but happy to engage in a conversation. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Wait times were very good. Food was delicious, you get alot of food, the portions could have been shared between two- if you are willing to share! The desserts were lovely and very "insta" worthy. We sat downstairs and the focal point seemed to be the stairs although the whole restaurant was very well decorated. Definitely somewhere id go to celebrate everyday if I could!

Went for a birthday treat this week and had a great dinner. The 'taste of' menu was so reasonable and delicious, I especially recommend the mushroom truffle rolls starters and the sticky toffee style poached pear desert. Gretel served us well at our booth and there were so many other friendly staff on hand throughout the night to make it enjoyable. We also enjoyed signature cocktails and the extra touches they brought to us, and the space is beautiful! Would recommend for a treat in Birmingham.

The food was very tasty we enjoyed the fish, the service we received was excellent all the staff were friendly and new about what was on the menu and what ingredients were used to cook the food, or waiter Mo, was very polite and attentative always had a smile on his face. Only little thing was the loud music felt like was in a nightclub not dining out for dinner.
