An excellent High Street takeaway . The food is first class, quickly prepared, and fairly priced. Atmosphere doesn't really come into the equation, but the staff are friendly.

So Friday night I ordered 3 in 1 and bbq spare ribs from sat morning all I gave done is be sick and sit on toilet it's Tues and still same I been told by Dr's its food poisoning from this place absolutely disgusting I'll be contacting public health never again use this place

So had a 3 in 1 and spare ribs only now to have food poisoning never again will I use this place keep well clear disgusting 🤢

Although food used to be good, service isn’t anymore. Received food after 1.5h of ordering and it was cold. Called the place back and they said “sorry not much we can do”, as if they don’t literally serve food.

Ordered takeout for delivery, nice and hot and tasty when arrived, definitely order from again my new go to Chinese

Excellent food, service was good had a delivery and was nice and hot and tasty when arrived will be ordering again. Crispy seaweed was delicious and best Cantonese sweet and sour chicken, other food was also tasty and good.

I've been ordering food from Ruby for 7yrs. Always friendly on the phone and the food is tastey. Sometimes you have to wait for a while when busy but other times delivery is very quick. The people are very nice and they also give you a nice Chinese calendar near Christmas time with your order. I wouldnt order from no other Chinese im a loyal customer to Ruby.

Polite on the phone when ordering. Await time 45mins( too long) Very bad experience with the delivery guys x3. They are impolite, and rude with an attitude as if it's too much trouble to deliver your food to the door. I have had to make a complaint.

My favourite Chinese take away by far, great tasting food and quick delivery. 1st Nov 2023, order tonight was not the same quality than usual (frequent user) maybe a new chef, Quality has gone down hill big time, would not recommend anymore!

3 bad ones in a row now. Not sure what's happening there? Disgusting food lately. And then refusing my £51.00 card payment making me go and draw out cash. Last order ever. Shame as used to be my go to Chinese.

Beautiful food, nice Chinese man on the till

Very impressed, lovely tasty food. I ordered BBQ spare ribs, egg fried rice, special chop suey, and sweet and sour king prawn balls. The spare ribs were very big and had lots of meat on them. My friend Janet said "good job I've got big teeth so I could eat all the meat off the ribs easily"

My misses has been using this takeaway for over 20 years to be fair always been good but today had food delivered and the curry was cold rang them up and asked them for a refund as we had waited an hour already they then tell us they won't refund they can either redeliver but will be an hour which we had already waited an hour so time is getting on its already nearly 8 at night or we can take it back and pay for parking and fuel and they will re cook no refund on just the curry as there was nothing wrong with the rest which I find stupid to be honest or the other option we can re heat it in the microwave because that's what they do apparently as that's what we were told on the phone and then they hang up needless to say after 20 years will not be ordering from there again really sad state of affairs to lose custom after that length of time over 6 pound but no big deal to us as a customer as there are plenty of other takeaways

My favourite takeaway been there at least 25 times and food has always been amazing. My chow mein is delicious and this is the best takeaway. During lockdown it briefly shut down and we struggled to find anything even close to as good. Definitely go you won't be disappointed

Modi’s that came was really good, they forgot the sweet and sour sauce and prawn crackers which was paid for. Restaurant was closed by the time we got everything out the bag.

Great Chinese have been coming here for years and the food is consistent and tasty although sometimes very salty. The Macau curry is particularly nice. Hygiene standards must be good as it has never made me unwell. The spring rolls are sometimes incredibly greasy and soggy compared with other places though.

Normally highly recommend,but Tonight and afew time's in the past my husband has asked for no veg in my noodles and yet again has come with the veg,which after waiting for my dinner it's disappointing as can't eat everything we asked for ☹️☹️☹️

Solo le di 4 estrellas en lugar de 5 por una sola razón, siempre tengo un curry de carne con arroz frito con huevo, y las últimas veces, la carne ha sido masticable y no sabe nada bien. Mirando la calidad de la carne de res, lo siento, me dijeron que las carnes se compran en latas, tal vez las carnes frescas ayudarían. Los precios no son baratos, pero en general la calidad de la comida es buena, aparte de la carne como he dicho. Mejore esto, lo intentaré de nuevo en unas semanas.

Esta es la mejor comida china para llevar que hemos tenido en Birmingham. Los ingredientes son frescos y la comida sabe increíble. El servicio es realmente bueno y el servicio es rápido. Tiene un precio muy razonable para la calidad.
