Been a few times and enjoyed it but tonight food very average , my pasta and my sister in law poor Atmosphere flat and then observed supervisor reprimanding all table staff and then having words with one of ladies on team and she in tears This is not what customers on a night out need to see, very poor Would not go back

Beautiful place, steaks are some of the best i've had. Lots of other great dishes and all full of flavour, great service form all the staff who are always on hand.

When my husband asked what I wanted for my wedding anniversary meal in September; I said the dream would be the perfect Italian pizza with a really good glass of red wine. We tried Luigi's and it really lived up to expectations. Beautiful pizza!! and beautiful wine!! We visited a second time today and it was just as perfect. The staff are all polite and welcoming. I did point out on our first visit that it would be nice for ladies to have a mirror in the accessible toilets. The manager had listened to this and assured me he had fitted one during the upgrade of the restaurant since our last visit. I did not need to use the rest room this time, but its a great excuse to go back again to check it out :-)

I came here with my husband, my son and his girlfriend, last night. We ordered a three course meal and drinks were always available due to many lovely waiting staff passing by and always ready to help! Our food was amazing and came quickly despite it being very busy. No complaints about the food, give my regards to the chef as the food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were very generous for a good price! We all ordered desert which was decorated very nicely and the mango cheese cake tasted amazing! The waiting staff were very polite, and one young girl was extremely funny! The two older italian men were very warm hearted and sweet, the man behind the bar which i assume was the manager was also very welcoming and friendly! Amazing night, 10/10 from all of us!

Been living down the road for over a year and avoided going as it looked unassuming from the main road. Wish we'd been sooner as the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Despite clearly being a very busy night the staff were exceptionally welcoming and the food arrived quickly and tasted amazing. I wish I hadn't been so full from earlier in the day as I wanted to try so many of the things on the menu! The food is reasonably priced for the portions although drinks were a little more pricey than we'd have liked I couldn't fault the overall experience.

Lovely evening. Food was served quickly. Waiters are quite relaxed and not in your face all the time. Which is nice but still attentive if you need them. Decor slightly dated but apparently they’re doing a refurb in the coming weeks which will be lovely to see. Food was spot on as usual the beer battered prawns are fantastic. The best spaghetti bolognaise I have tasted in quite some time. I did not have to hunt for the beef as there was plenty 😁 it os the first time that a restaurant has not treated adding parmisan cheese as if it was made of gold I was given a healthy portion. The staff were all very welcoming and nice. I will definitely be coming back again.

The staff need more training in customer service. We were left waiting the longest time before we could order. Then we had to get someones attention to order desert having been sat with the menus for around 30 minutes. We were asked at the start if we wanted bread for the table and we said yes please. No bread arrived. All in all not the service we are used to from this place.

We are so glad and have always been so thankful to have an Italian restaurant within walking distance from our house. We have always enjoyed and loved each visit and dining experience through all these years. It is always lovely to see Pepe's (and the staff's) welcoming smile when we go through the door. The reason for this review though, is to give thanks and praise to the establishment and the chef for adding Spaghetti Alle Vongole on their (Specials) Menu. The first time I had this dish was in Rome, 2015. Ever since then, I have kept looking out for the dish on every Italian restaurant we have gone to here in the UK. I have never seen this on any menu in any place we have ever visited or holidayed at in the UK. Imagine my delight when I saw it written on their Specials board when we went for a meal today. I didn't even have to look at anything else, I was going to have it! Absolute compliments to the chef! It took me back to Rome when I had it. I could probably have ordered a second plate, to be honest 🤣, it was that good! 😘🤌 Please keep it on the (specials) board or better yet, add it to your regular menu, please! Thank you for the beautiful meal today. 😋 See you again soon!

Super friendly staff with a nice, casual, family-friendly feel with a nice range of food on the menu alongside the specials! Oh, and the food is absolutely beautiful! Last night we celebrated my Sons birthday at Luigi’s, he got a bit impatient at the time the main took to arrive but had to agree it was worth the wait when it did. The food was tasty and piping hot, showing how freshly cooked it was. The staff were friendly and attentive and apologised for the extra time we waited. I personally didn’t have a problem with the wait, for me it was lovely to see a restaurant so busy after such a tough time of late. We will definitely be back at some point.

My new favourite without a doubt!The staff and owner are so friendly, welcoming, upbeat and the food is superb! We literally cannot fault it.I visited last night with my partner and baby daughter, they were fantastic with her and kept interacting with her, asking if we were okay and they actually care about their customers unlike most restaurants these days. They made us feel very valued and appreciated.We came across Luigi's when driving past only a few weeks ago and we dined outside before the covid rules were changed to inside dining. Due to such a fantastic experience on our first visit a few weeks ago, we decided to return last night and it was even better than the first time!Thank you so much for a lovely evening guys and see you all again very soon! We absolutely loved our lunch, Pepe and the younger lad couldn’t of been nicer. And the food was really good value, big portions, home made bread and delicious. Even treated us to a shot of Lemon cello. The new outdoor area is lovely, and they even have a grassy inclosed area which is safe for the little ones. I will definitely be back again :-)

Went on Friday but we go every few weeks or so. The food is always amazing, the service is great, they can't do enough and Covid rules are strictly observed. Love this place, the atmosphere is great too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Came here for a family meal, most of food was ok apart from my daughter's garlic bread which was as dry as sticks. Waited a good 10 minutes for drinks order to be taken. No fresh cutlery with each course we were all given a steak knife, spoon and fork. No napkins either and my side to my steak came out once I'd almost finished. The most worrying part was not once were we asked for our details for track and trace, there was no one way system in place and guests from separate tables were mixing closely without being challenged. Their conversation was loud enough to know they clearly didn't already know each other.

I enjoyed a meal at Luigi's in Birstall on Saturday evening & can only say what a lovely, hidden (well to me at any least) gem it is. The restaurant was bright & cheerful as were the staff, who greeted us upon arrival. We were given sufficient time to peruse the menu & make our selections. We began with the Hot Shrimps, which were delicious followed by Pollo Milanese for me & Tagliatelle Luigi for my friend. We also enjoyed a bottle of sparkling Rose to accompany our meals which was everything it should have been.We decided not to have desserts or coffee but were still given a sambuca each as an ammazzacaffe/ digestif.We didn't feel we were being pushed out of the door & in fact were treated to someone giving a song to the people in the restaurant.I would definitely go to Luigi's in Birstall again next time I have a celebration.

very welcoming staff, interior design is nice without been too Italian. Open kitchen means you can see the food is freshly made. Our party of 8 all enjoyed the food and atmosphere, even the 3 year old who's pizza was bigger than her . Good food, good value and a great experience.

Went here on Saturday with family. I ordered fillet steak and it was probably the best steak I have ever had. It was a large piece of steak and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very busy, every table was full and there were a few large parties in but the food came within 15 minutes of ordering and was cooked perfectly. Desserts were delicious. Staff were all very friendly and even though it was very busy they kept checking if we needed anything. Will definitely return here it is now our favourite restaurant. The food was reasonably priced and they have a large menu with more on the specials board so there is something for everyone. No complaints at all.

Decided to try Luigis for the first time on Saturday as we had heard good reviews.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.There was plenty to choose from on the menu,spoilt for choice really.Our food was delicious and hot when it came,they brought us some crusty bread before hand which was very nice.We just had room for a gorgeous dessert and left feeling very satisfied.Will definitely go again.

Visited for the first time last night. Found plenty of parking, and inside a very friendly atmosphere with happy and helpful staff. The menu had something for every taste, I chose spicy chicken wings as as starter, my fiancée chose shrimp with garlic and mushrooms. We chose a bottle of red wine from the list. Complementary garlic bread was served. Everything was delivered hot and quickly. The mains, Spaghetti marinara and ham shank were again hot and promptly served.As a whole the food was delicious, very tasty. The wine superb. Definitely recommended Luigi.

A family meet up with three generations of us enjoying pizza. My 3 year old granddaughter chose plain pasta with sweet corn. I did not have starters so I could eat all my pizza and I did. The place was busy and the customer service was good.

We visited this afternoon as a large party of around 30 people to celebrate two big family birthdays - a 21st and a 70th!Service was fast despite the large number of us dining, the staff were lovely as ever and the atmosphere was great. A lovely laid back restaurant with staff that really care about the guests and are a lot of fun.The food is always delicious and is very reasonably priced.Highly recommend for families with small children.

Been passed this place loads of the years.More time on our hands these days, so gave it a go. Have to say the food, service and staff were excellent. We'll be going again. We started with probably one of the best Tomato Garlic bread pizzas ever!!I had the Sirloin in a tomato, pepper and mushroom sauce, this was excellent!My wife had Chicken breast in a spicy tomato and really enjoyed. Overall, brilliant restaurant. Kicking myself for not going before.

We had a table for 6 on a Saturday night, it was very busy to start with but we were looked after very well.we shared a garlic bread with tomatoes for starter which was very tasty.For main course I had the lasagne with salad ,very enjoyable and the tiramisu was lovely.All the family enjoyed the meal and the manager was very friendly.If you don t want a busy time book for 8ish as it had calmed down by then.

Fed up with chain restaurants and being underwhelmed with Italians anyway, we visited here spur of the moment one Friday evening from a work colleagues recommendation. We rocked up around half 6, 2 adults and 1 child. We were seated promptly by what could have possibly been the manager? Plenty of staff - young girls taking orders and drinks. We were served our drinks promptly. Extensive menu, lots of extra choice on the black board specials. We opted for the chicken wings and garlic mushrooms for starter which we both mopped up with the complimentary bread and butter. We both then had the calzone and my daughter had a margarita pizza. Sides of fries and zucchini fries too. The portions were huge and food was really hot, tasty and fresh. We couldn’t eat it all as there was so much food but really enjoyed what we had. Good food, good service, just good Italian food. No frills not trying to be anything. Just warm welcoming tasty family food. We will be back. Hopefully will be able to try the desserts next time!

3 of us visited Friday, my partner had the crab & prawn pasta from the specials board, which was simply over powered with grey tinned crab and resulted in a grey claggy mush.

Weekends are usually very busy and booking is a good idea. The food is nicely cooked and presented. The service is usually very quick, with pleasant staff and a very good selection of food to choose from.

Driven past many times and never thought to go. However, evening meal was great. Typical vibrant Italian, home cooked traditional food, much better than a typical chain type restaurant. Definitely go again, good staff and value too

Sunday tea with my son. we had off the early bird menu. I had meatballs and risotto, my son had garlic bread and lasagne. Excellent food and really friendly attentive staff. We'll be back 😊

Good authentic Italian food served in an authentic Italian atmosphere. Portion sizes very generous - especially deserts! Good gluten free options too. I have lived and travelled in Sicily and Italy and this feels like being there. Would recommend for dinner with friends or family.

Booked as a large party of around 20. Service was very quick even though the restaurant was very busy. We had 3 children with PKU dining with us and the restaurant was very accommodating to their strict dietary needs. The chicken stroganoff I had was delicious. Lovely atmosphere, pleasant staff and reasonably priced as always.

The food is equally as good as the last time we visited. The service is amazing. We went with family members who hadn't been there before and they were amazed how well the waiters worked together to serve the food as quickly and as hot as possible, and everyone was served at the same time. There is a really good menu and extra choices on the Daily Black Board. Everyone seems to work together to make your dining experience very enjoyable.

This was my first visit to luigis and I’m sorry to say will most likely be my last. Living within 2 miles of the restaurant it would’ve been perfect for me and my family to dine at frequently. On first arriving at 4:15 before it got busy as we had a 3 year old and 1 year old we were pleasantly surprised as the place seemed authentic, Starters came quickly however we waited over an hour for the main course, with my 3 year old asking when her pizza was, we checked with the staff and told it was on its way, the mains eventually came, and when I explained how disappointed we were with the service and that we’d Had to wait so long for my daughters meal we were fobbed off with that the restaurant was busy (even though it wasn’t when we ordered). Overall a disappointing experience, would have returned had it been handled differently or any form of apology or acknowledgement offered.

2nd visit and last. Not even asked if we wanted desert. Table not ready for time booked. Would suggest good pizza place not a restaraunt.

Luigi’s in Birstall has gorgeous food and we’ve been many times but that’s going to stop from today, went for a birthday meal and spent £200 and like a fool l left a tip ? Well you would wouldn’t you, not if you knew they charge you to ring them and book a table. ! Can you believe it! I’m giving them business and I’m charged for the privilege, what sort of a business plan is that ? By all means go and try the lovely food but if you ring don’t leave a tip

Meeting family for a rare get together we were looking forward to an 'authentic' Italian. We ordered drinks but only half arrived, we had to go to bar for the rest. One of the starter's was cold and the mains were an absolute joke!We ordered a canelloni to be told we hadn't and had to make do with a surplus calzone that we hadn't ordered. A child in our party was given a diavolo pizza instead of pepperoni. The attitude of the staff was abrupt, arrogant and extremely unprofessional and when we complained we were given a lame excuse that our order wasn't heard correctly with no offer a good will gesture or a discount from our bill! The fact that drinks and food couldnt be served correctly wasnt the main complaint for us though..it was the quality of the food which is simply a disgrace to the Italian people with majority of our party leaving the mains. Will not be returning. However, if supermarket lasgne is your thing then luigis may be to your taste. Personally i expect much more from a so called 'Italian' experience, especially when your paying £200 plus. Simply a the worst eating experience ive had.. totally bizare and incompetant but when drinks cant even be serve right the food dont stand a chance. 'Bon apetite' folks.

Great menu, great team whom make you feel welcome, great food and good value. I had the garlic mushrooms and they were without doubt the best I have ever tasted. The fillet steak was great, very tasty and tender.

I’ve been here a couple of times now... mainly because I don’t mind the food. But after my last visit this week I have decided I probably won’t try this place again.

I like a bit of choice and quality of service is important...but this is a very rare occasion when there is simply too much choice and the service was way too fast.

Great place in Birstall village, staff lovely and accommodate your requirements. Food always good and extensive menu plus lots to chose on the specials blackboard. Good wine beer selection. Went with some friends who were visiting from Cardiff and they loved it. Pizzas went down well but our fillet steaks were the best. See you again soon

Food really nice, initial service great. Such a shame that we have not been asked if we would like more drinks or a dessert menu Oh and that we were charged for 2 bottles of wine at £7 difference. Not an overall great experience

I haven't been here for 5 years because it's a little out of the way. It was as great then as it is now. They have some incredible specials. Can't wait to go again. Make sure you book though, even though the place has a load of tables they get full pretty quick.

Did we dine somewhere else compared to the other reviewers? (Lol) Heard a lot of good reviews of this place so thought we would give it a try for date night. It wouldn’t have been my first choice personally, more my boyfriends, as I was quite put off by the exterior appearance. But, don’t judge a book by the cover so they say!

Family owned traditional italian. We are always made very welcome, food great I love their pizzas, & Peroni on draft, its a no-brainer.

As part of a birthday party, we ate here for dinner. It's very traditionally furnished and has that Italian Trattoria feel. The aroma's coming from the kitchen were promising. I had Aubergine parmagianno to start, very nice with a lovely homemade tomato sauce. Main meal was Lobster ravioli which was delicious. Hubby had wild mushroom pasta and he also thought it was really good. Every member of our party thought the meals were excellent. We will definitely visit again, good value, attentive service and really nice italian food.

Luigi’s was delicious. The food here is genuine authentic Italian food, not a horrible chain like zizi’s. The food was piping hot, delicious, well presented and you get a lot for your money too.

We booked a table for 4 people on Saturday 28th July, we arrived and waited a good 5 to 8 minutes waiting to be seen and seated. Again we waited for a waiter to come and see if we wanted drinks around 10 minutes. We were eventually served and ordered 4 drinks, it took another 10 minutes to get the drinks to us. We eventually ordered our food and waited, there was one adult member of staff who seemed to be very eccentric, he was very familiar with all the young girls who were serving, something I was not comfortable with. We got our meals and were pleased with all four meals, we asked for a desert menu and more drinks, the wait was lengthy, I eventually called over a waitress who went and got another member of staff to take the order. We eventually got our drinks and then our desserts. We finished and asked for the bill. As we always do, we checked the items and concluded that the bill was wrong and grossly over charged, we complained, and then asked to see the Manager to go through the bill, he would not come over, but sent a waitress to get the bill, she came back later and said she was sorry but they had overcharged us by £16 for desserts, upon checking the bill there was no duplication of our desserts, seemingly the amount was somewhere within the bill, but it wasn't explained to us. We paid our new bill but left no tip. I do not like being screwed over, and many people at this restaurant will just happily pay the bill whatever! I SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FUTURE!!!!!

We went to Luigi's almost by chance and we were very happy. Excellent pizza, well cooked, light and with high quality ingredients. The menu is full of possibilities, with meat, pasta, fish and a good selection of desserts, all crowned by efficient and very courteous staff.

Best Italian restaurant for miles around. Unparalleled service in my opinion. It's so great that I can walk to this place from home. Never had a bad meal there. Excellent specials board.

I took my partner and friend out to Luigi’s last night. The meal was pleasant but the waitress knocked virtually a full glass of wine all over my friend who was wearing an expensive dress. The waitress apologised but all that they initially offered to do was replace her glass of wine saying ‘accidents happen’. My friend was clearly uncomfortable sitting there soaked and showed the waiter who had come over how badly her dress was soaked. She asked for the cost of the wine to be taken off the bill. Surely this should have been offered at the time. This was agreed to albeit reluctantly. She should not have had to ask for this. The restaurant handled the situation very poorly. I will think twice before returning here. A good restaurant would have offered to pay her dry cleaning costs or waive her meal cost in view of the discomfort caused.

Visited last night with my colleagues for a leaving party. Food was good, the two young waiters who worked the bar were fantastic. However the two older men were a disgrace especially the lecherous old man who claimed to be Spanish. He was clearly drunk and made an attempt to grope every female member of our party. His hands were everywhere including grabbing my friends necklace which was resting in her chest area. He caressed shoulders and tried to hug everyone. Truly horrendous I won’t be going back

Charge and extortionate amount tonight, for a regular off the menu choice. We have being coming to this restaurant for years but will not be returning. I don’t mind paying extra for a special request, but double the going rate on a quite night is not on.

Had a lovely meal here on Easter Sunday. Food was amazing and service 2nd to none. Prices reasonable, great atmosphere can't praise this place highly enough.

I ordered the fillet steakwith bacon and brandy cream sauce.. i was asked how i want it cooked. I said Medium. The waiter said i recommend medium rare. Its a lovely steak. I said ok medium rare it is as long as blood isnt squirting out the sides. Which obviously meant i dont want it too rare... The steak came. I cut into the middle and it was grey throughout apart from a small line of pink in the middle. I called the waiter over and said im sorry i don't like to complain but this isnt medium rare. Its medium well to well done... He said he would replace.. but then a manager maybe the owner came over very rudely told me he was not cooking me another steak. I would have to have something else off the menu. I told him i wanted a fillet medium rare but it came medium well. He told me I asked for it without blood... So thats why it was medium well.. i told him i said medium rare.. but not squirting blood out the sides... He went away all angry... Anyway 10 mins later my steak came with all new sauce and topping and veg.. and was cooked to perfection. Medium rare as i asked and it was fantastic... The waiter was great. He came over and apologized the first one was wrong... I enjoyed my steak. But my experience of this restaurant was tarnished by the manager who was rude and agressive to me and made out i was messing him about.. his issue and anger should have been directed at the chef who over cooked the steak not the customer... A shame because when the steak meal came correct it was fantastic..

Great traditional Italian. Friendly personal service. The place has that rustic Italian feel as does the food. Will be visiting again for sure.

Me and my boyfriend went for tea and the food was lovely, I had garlic bread tomato pizza to start which was one of the best I’ve tasted and tagliatelle salmon dish which was on the specials, was delicious and portions are big too! The service is quick and efficient and waiter was nice and friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

We have been going here regularly, mainly as there was a reasonably priced early bird menu during the weekdays. When we went in early February the manager told us he was pleased to say they had at last discontinued the early bird menu. This was at six thirty, all other patrons were asking for that menu but received the same reply. We had to use the main menu which we considered too expensive for that time of the day. I feel we will not be returning there as often as we used to go.

Went last night with friends and one child, received a lovely warm welcome, staff where very nice, good with children and actually Italian. Food was lovely, prices not bad, similar to Prezzo/ask etc. Portion sizes where generous, large menu choices and everything ordered was delicious! We have garlic bread, bruschetta, chicken wings for starter then for main calzone, lasagne (particularly good) and chicken stroganoff ! Will definitely go again!

Last night after being let down by no availability at any of the restaurants in the area, we decided to call in at Luigi's for our Granddaughter's birthday meal. A table became available after a few minutes wait during which time we were served drinks and then shown to our table. We ordered food and the staff could not have been more helpful considering we had 2 seven year old children and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was really good, excellent portions and throughout the meal the children were kept entertained by the lovely staff. It made the perfect end to our granddaughter's day and she felt she had a real grown up party. We will most certainly be visiting again. Thank you so much to all

Took us a while to find the main door , greeted us just in side & showed us to the table . Served drinks , Food excelent service a little slow ,didn't have to Wait too long well worth it .they sang happy birthday on our way out to us .as they didn't realise it was a special visit ,a kiss for all & on our way .will. Go again .

Lovely meal with family - 30 of us!!

Food was to die for waitresses were very good couldn't do enough for you only readon I didn't give it top marks was because I am a bitter drinker and they only had it in cans and was expensive will Definatly go back.

Come regularly to this restaurant as the food is really nice and the price is very cheap. Not too keen on the layout of the restaurant doesn't really suit a restaurant as it was a pub before.

Family Christmas meal for 9 people including 2 children on Saturday night. Excellent restaurant - good Italian atmosphere, great staff - couldn't have been more helpful and genuinely friendly!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Brilliant warm atmosphere and most importantly, really nice food! Definatly worth a visit.

3rd visit in last few months. 6 meals ordered, 5 delivered and few minutes later we were asked what the other meal was, eventually delivered.

Visited one Friday night with my husband at short notice. Even though it looked to be very busy we were shown to a table straight away. Drinks and food orders were taken very promptly, but without being rushed and the waiting staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was served very quickly and everything was very tasty and piping hot. I had the spaghetti marinara and was not disappointed! A very reasonably priced restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and very pleasant staff. We only live over the road, but this was our first visit and we will definitely be returning!

Decided to try again after a visit when it first opened which wasn't good. We only had pizza which didn't taste fresh. The service was pleasant and swift. We didn't complain it was packed and obviously others were enjoying ?

Best Italian restaurant in the area, excellent food and a great atmosphere, not a big place so be sure to book.

I do enjoy the food here and the service is always very good. Its a great place to go as couples or with family. They do tend to help make a fuss of birthdays etc. The only critisism if any is that they are very quick to take plates away. No sooner had I put my fork down then someone is there to whisk your plate away. Makes you feel a little rushed. All in all a great place to eat.

Superb food in this restaurant, we have been here a few times and have never been disappointed the staff are great, lots of choice on the menu, and fantastic pizzas, if you ever in Birstall you must give this place a go.

This was our second visit to Luigi's and we had another great evening. Great choice of food, the seafood basket starter was excellent and the prawns in the pasta main were cooked perfectly. In addition what really makes us want to go back again is the service. The staff are very friendly and the waiter serving us was very funny!

I've been here a few times now. Never had a bad meal or time. The meat balls starter is amazing. But every meal is beautiful. Love going here with my family special times. Thank you.

We went as a party of 5, but was put on a table big enough for just about 3 people. It was quite cramped, but that didn't matter as the food was absolutely tremendous! The service was fantastic. I would highly recommend the tiramisu, as it is luuuuussshhh.

Was here recently as a large party, when I arrived we advised we had a table booked and got a frosty greeting from the lady on duty because we arrived half hour early. When we made the booking we advised we wanted to have a couple of drinks before sitting down to eat. When i ordered the second round of drinks I saw the same lady serving somebody else and huffing and puffing behind the bar slamming her pen on the bar. When we sat down to eat the same lady came to our table to see if we was ready to order and my Mum said can we have another couple of minutes, I watched the same lady once again huffing and puffing and slammed her pen on the bar again when she walked away. I would have challenged her on her attitude at this stage but I didn't want to spoil the night with it been a family occasion. I can only presume this lady with the blonde long hair must be a family member of the restaurant getting away with this terrible behavour because any normal employee would not stand for and needs to remember without paying customers paying her wages she wouldn't be in her job. I would have given a 1 star for the service but the bar man and the older gentlemen that sang and danced was brilliant hence the reason for a score of 3. Only 50% of the party was happy with the food. Even upon complaining about 2 dishes we were still charged 100% of the bill.
