Second Worst experience with them. Today i made an order for pick Up and when my husband went to pick up the order and asked simple question, in spite of giving him answer , he lashed out on my husband and misbehaved in front of my 6 year old daughter. Like any other person with self respect, my husband left the order there and came back. We know the basic ethics to deal with people, and we are grateful for the service but that kind of behaviour is just unacceptable. I needed the refund please. I know you don't care but u loose one of ur regular costumer.

The customer service from this place was absolutely shocking. The food was over an hour late due to the delivery being apparently at the right address. I rang the shop to see where my food was and apparently it had been attempted deliver an hour before. I was spoken to very badly and I was blamed for not answering the door. We live in an apartment block and you cannot just knock on the door, the customer service was awful and being shouted at by the manager was not professional or nice.

Ordered 2 kebabs, both were inedible, the meat was so tuff even the dog wouldn't eat it, asked for salad and sauce, got neither, the bread was rock hard, total waste of money, never again.

Food was DELICIOUS! Collected within 20mins of ordering, was all hot and super tasty! Love how the chips aren't those tiny thin fries you get every where else! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

We all love Luigi's. The garlic mayonnaise is gorgeous. It's thick and delicious and not to overpowering either. The food is always cooked to perfection and they take everything you need into consideration. It's great.

I ordered a delivery to our home. I am a bit fussy with pizza but this pizza and garlic bread was incredible! Soooooo good! My partner loved it too and he loved his burger & fries! Definitely my new fave place!

Very poor pizza.Pepperoni wasn’t pepperoni at all and I don’t know what they put on top but it wasn’t cheese.It was like a cheese sauce.Very bland and disappointing

Lovely clean chicken, delivered hot on time. Chips were a bit floppy but that’s just personal preference. Chucked them in the air fryer for a couple of mins and they were perfect. Free garlic bread too, lovely.

Not happy with the size of large chips ordered I get small. garlic bread plain is covered with cheese and cut up in small pieces which is harder to pick up and tastes awful. I had to ring up and got another one which was the same. garlic bread isn't just all crust. other than everything else has been great. hope this gets solved

got free garlic bread that I was not expecting, was nice. came warm and was nice. paid £2 for extra hot but didn't taste it. I got a donner wrap with chilli sauce, didn't taste any hotter. chips came with red salt on but once warmed then up went dry.

the worst pizza I have ever had! u get more meat on a pizza from Asda than here! very doughy and covered in more cheese than quality toppings that I paid extra for ! chips were wet and soggy! ragging I paid 35 quid on this and dumped it in the bin! terrible avoid avoid avoid

First time trying Luigis, will be my last time, Had a meat feast, I'd rather call it a cheese feast, were was the meat on the pizza, ask for extra jalapeños never got them either, disappointing

I have bought Doner Kebabs at this place for around 4 years now - whenever I'm in the area. The Kebabs are wonderful, always nice meat well cooked and crisp fresh n chilled salad. Friendly staff 💚 it 🥙🍢🍟😋 Chips and pizzas are very nice too 👍

Great place, enjoyed all the food! The only thing I would say is that my donner kebab was small. I ordered a large and when I opened the box I was able to wrap the bread straight away as in other places it seems to be more full. Other than that I would definitely recommend to anyone else.

We no longer go to Dominoes. Found our perfect pizza company now. Dough always fresh and you actually get the extra cheese you pay for as well. Highly recommend this place. Delivery driver is awesome and very polite. Ten stars

I got food tonight and the kebab was rock solid and the bread was rock solid the drinks was warm not cold never use them again

Bland cheese with a strange consistency. Fries were average but on a par with McDonald's. Half the margarita and all of the free cheese garlic bread went in the bin. Apparently the pepperoni and chicken nuggets were OK.

This is now going to be our go to place for pizza. Nice fresh dough, not burnt and really tasty. Delivery driver was really nice and pleasant.

Only problem was the driver didn’t listen to my instructions and didn’t ring my phone number and they woke up the baby when they knocked

Beautiful garlic bread and kebab but wasnt a big fan of the fries, the takeaway box melted in places :( delivery driver was very kind and friendly. Give this place a chance its always fresh and tasty but please ditch the styrofoam box!
