Lucky Star in Rochdale

The food that actually arrived was nice but we ordered two portions of chips and when our food arrived only one portion arrived leaving someone without a meal. We phoned up but went in circles with a lady on the phone trying to get the chips sent out. She said they’d be here within an hour because they are very busy and surprise surprise.. 3 hours later and still no chips. Not great customer service, won’t order again.

Can’t fault the food…. but I have never ever come across a more rude and arrogant person than the man that answers the phone rushes you through your order and then begins to loose his temper when you can’t get your order to him fast enough…hands down never known customer service like it!!!! No care for customers all about the money well I don’t care how good ur food is I will never ever use this takeaway again!!!!

Chicken in large box is just 10% shame remaining all is chips and noodles

my order was delivered a day late and with the wrong food. I am expecting refund or will never use that restaurant again.

The food is fantastic. Been using this chippy on a very regular basis. If you collect your order it's really quick service. They sometimes struggle at busy times with delivery.
