Lucky Star in Rochdale

The food that actually arrived was nice but we ordered two portions of chips and when our food arrived only one portion arrived leaving someone without a meal. We phoned up but went in circles with a lady on the phone trying to get the chips sent out. She said they’d be here within an hour because they are very busy and surprise surprise.. 3 hours later and still no chips. Not great customer service, won’t order again.

Ok so in my 46 yrs I've seen plenty of arrogant experiences, 🙄 but the tall guy glasses and cap who seemed to be on the counter is up there with the best RUDE ARROGANT ATTITUDE. needs to seriously think about the fact that every action causes a reaction and if in life you choose to be like that with people don't be surprised when you get it back tenfold......

The Chinese food was piping hot. This was by far the best food I’ve had delivered. A+++++

Me and my partner really enjoyed our meals from here. Food was piping hot. I had the pork chow mein and it had lots of fresh veg in it also. My partner got the sweet and sour chicken which was also very good. We will definitely be returning

Probably the WORST chippy I have ever had in 32 years. Chips, rubbish. Chicken fried rice missing the chicken and the frying part. Pie's, I've had better frozen pies done in microwave and the staff... Smile it might never happen. I'd avoid this at all cost especially for the price you pay! If your after a nice chippy in newhey area, travel over to Shaw and go to Double Luck.
