Oodles - Rochdale in Rochdale

I ordered a regular box with egg fried and vegetable rice, plus Katsu chicken curry and Caramel chicken. I order the exact same on a regular basis and have always enjoyed it with no complaints. Recently though it has barely had any sauce on and the one I ordered on Sunday was so dry and flavourless I left it and requested a refund via Just Eat. Refund was denied and Just Eat pushed me to leave a review . It's not something I really wanted to do as I have always enjoyed my food from here until the last few orders. I closed my Just Eat account as a result of this and will keep an eye on the reviews now I'm the hope the boxes get back to having plenty of sauce and I can order again.

My sister recommended oodles to me and would like to share my thoughts the food was delicious, it had the right amount of spices and probably was one of the best Chinese food I’ve had in the longest time.. sooo good that I normally offer to share my food but this was too good to offer, definitely will be my go to anytime I come into town Rochdale. Will definitely recommend to family friends

This has not been the same since the original staff left, spicy chips so dry, rice in clumps, cold food, and only 3 small pieces of chicken, dirty tables, and staff eating from the pots with fingers Will not go again

I have eaten from Oodles many times before and never had an issue. First off I ordered 2 regular boxes and one large on checking the order all 3 boxes are regular I have taken photos of all to show this. Secondly I have found a piece of plastic in the large box which has also been photographed. I have made my issues known to Just Eat but I would expect a response from Oodles as this is not a Just Eat issue. I can provide all photos and packaging for the food if required.

Very poor service. Ordered via JustEat and called 10 minutes after food due and told any minute, then called back after further 5 minutes and told another 15 due to traffic asked to cancel and was told No. I live 10 minutes from restaurant and had to go to Macdonalds, saw minimal traffic! Came back to Food on doorstep 90 minutes after order due! Incredibly unprofessional and if you are T1D definitely don't believe "Any Minute"!

Food was banging. Service was 10 10 too, especially shaheer. Really nice service talkative created a good atmosphere. Would come again.

Visited with a dear friend (Toddy) and boy was I impressed. The food is on point from the noodles to the sweet and sour chicken to the beef strips. If you fancy something different and some quality food then get yourselves down here.

It was my first time trying oodles and it was absolutely amazing , chicken was cooked to perfection , the added sauce made it even better, staff are kind , and the prices are reasonable , I will definitely be ordering more

We had too wait about two hours since ordering it of just eats, and delivery fee was 6 pounds?!!, and came two hours later than expected .

Ordered a regular box. The flavour just wasn't there, very peppery. The chicken had a strange taste. Was charged an extra £1.95 for having prawns instead of the beef/chicken and was given literally 3 prawns. The box was loaded with the 2 bases, hardly any chicken pieces and as mentioned just 3 prawns

Am extremely fumimg i order 3 times a week.from.tgis place food was missing ring up they denying we put it in drive back down show them still a problem there a new guy who.has started was speakimg to me called husnain he asking me what i do and stuff i told i.have business i cant believe he said to me employ me to your place i told him your working at oodles work here then he said i.can work.only 18 hours but he working in oodles for more than 18.hours so that just shows the young lad ismt loyal to the oodles places the only reason i wrote this is because the owner of this place read this and understand he lost 5 customer and his worker aint loyal.to.him and cant work.more than 18 hours which is illegal

Good place to come for a quick bite But waiting time is too long Staff are polite, and the atmosphere is great too

Just ordered and 2 (out of 6) items were missing from my order. Restaurant did not take responsibility because the order was placed through uber. Was told to claim my refund from uber and consider it the end of the matter. Didn't have enough food to go round in the end. Will not order from here again.

2 boxes both missing katsu curry

Really dissapointed came all way from bury we have oodles here but was told rochdale better. We got 2 boxes one was chicken in black bean and caramel chicken and one katsu chicken and salt and pepper we in both boxes got dry noodles no saucey topping see pictures it was too far to go back waste

When at peak rush times the chicken is not 100% cooked as there are some raw bits and the waiting is a lot aswell even if you have a small order you could wait 40-60 minutes at peak times.

The food was on time but me and my sun was not impressed the food was cold and didn’t really want to eat it the chips were stale

Was our first Just Eat. Shame the App could not connect to the driver, to keep us updated on arrival, but he did arrive more or less when expected We enjoyed our food.

Got 3 large boxes. All of them had 5 pieces of chicken in . 9pd each for basically chips with spicy scauses Definitely not worth it . 90 percent chips and 10 percent chicken.

Served by a lovely young man, named Nahyd I think, small with glasses, he was very helpful when I asked about the noodles and differing options, I ordered a large vegetable noodles with chilli chicken and salt and pepper chicken, it was absolutely amazing, nothing to failt warm and so tasty. Customer service soo brilliant. I highly recommend coming here :) thank you and keep it up!

Order delivered to wrong property, spoke to the restaurant who informed me to contact just eat as the delivery isn’t their responsibility. Not great customer service.

We ordered salt and pepper chicken with noodles. Was a generous portion. Noodles were average taste and salt and pepper chicken was ok. The only thing I don't like about this place is the fact they don't stir fry the noodles and chicken before presenting. We normally go toTrafford to 'chopstix' as they make it perfect and stir fry in front of you, they do egg noodles too. These guys just dumped the chicken pieces on top of noodles which wasn't ideal. May give it another go sometime.

Had some food after the Rochdale game on Tuesday long wait and food not nice got back to hotel and spent most of the night and next day on the Toilet

Very horrible food. Long waiting time. Poor customer service. Sweet and sour chicken had no batter on it. Lack of care. Tried to charge for the complimentary fortune cookies. Very bland food. EDITED: I’ve emailed them. They said they would call but it’s been over 2 weeks. They do not care.

I ordered the 10 veg rolls and the dragon meal deal which is suppose to come with miso ice cream and a drink but didn't receive either. I have mentioned that items were missing in my order but doubt anything will be done about it ☹️

didn't get what I ordered. gave me plain rice instead of egg fried rice. I asked for sweet n sour chicken and I got plain. and then put spicy chips on top when I never asked for spicy chips. my mouth is on fire!

food was awful,very quick delivery however the rice was overcooked,and everything in the order tasted the same,there was no flavour at all,the chips were rock solid and dry,the sweet and sour chicked had no batter on it,overall awful experience.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and salt and pepper chicken. Not even a hit of anything sweet n sour in the box just a spicy sauce if I had to guess it tastes like kung pow, its nice but not what I ordered at all, its tasty don't get me wrong but I just really wanted somthing sweet n sour and this is just pure spicy and I know salt and pepper is spicy ish but this is spicy spicy

Lovely little place, food is gorgeous. I managed to get spicy chips and egg fried gluten free from there, spicy chips has a nice sauce and was very spicy. Staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly nice atmosphere.

Good option of food, seating space was also good but service is bit slow.

10 veg spring rolls and 10 tempura prawns surely qualifies for more than just 1 small tub of sweet and sour sauce... Great portions on the noodles though!

driver claimed to be at the restaurant for about an hour despite not actually being there, i don't know if a new driver was assigned but i finally got my food an hour later

Amazing Customer Service! I just went there today for the first time and I appreciate the money i spend today! It was my first time going and trying that kind of food, the staff helped me, he gave me opinions what to choose, if he didn’t had help me I could have not get something nice! Very kind very polite and respectful, very pacient! I had the worst day of my life at work and on my breaktime I just needed somewhere safe to be aware of those negative vibes and they just made my day! Not only the food was amazing but really the staff were really nice people!

Today, my family and I attended the much talked about oodles in Rochdale. And I'm absolutely delighted to be writing this review. Our visit today was completely overwhelming. It was our first time and every aspect of this visit from the food to the cleanliness to the customer service was nothing short of absolute perfection. The noodles were brilliant the chicken and wings divine. We were served and catered by a delightful hard working individual Haroon. Even if the food wasn't great I'd have returned due to this man's impeccable customer service and patience. Hats off to you guys here. Superb food reasonable prices. Gutted I didn't come any sooner to discover this hidden gem in our home town.

Usually really good however we ordered 2 large boxes. 1 should of been 2x noodles but instead spicy chips were in it which my partner could not eat. Really disappointed as it was wrong last time too
