Amazing food and service from Daniel. Music was interesting !!

I visited for my grandmothers wedding and had the most amazing service from the receptionist Valeria.

I don't where to start, Best food I've ever tasted, atmosphere professional, ambiance perfect, price Good, staff friendly. Highly recommended

Went today for a belated Birthday lunch with my daughter.Amazing decor and ambiance throughout.Spacios,comfortable and relaxing.Staff friendly,,knowledgable and attentive.An extensive menu covering all tastes.The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious.The complimentary Prosecco went down a treat.How lovely to have a Happy Birthday candle and all the waiters singing Happy Birthday as well.A truly memorable lunch.We loved every second.Thank you so very much.

My wife booked me a surprise table at Gino's Restaurant the place & atomosphere was first class along with the food & general service. Our waiter /steward Gianni was superb , nothing was too much for him & his knowledge friendliness made our wedding anniversay meal really special. Great experience !!

Excellent Italian food, most particularly the salads and pasta. Lovely cocktail menu and wine list. Service was a little too slow to have pre-dinner dessert but the experience was worth it. A fine touch of theatre district elegance.

Visited on a Sunday evening, arriving earlier than our table reservation but we were still warmly welcomed and seated promptly. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and it has never disappointed. The service was excellent and the food fresh with quality ingredients. The octopus and the steak with both delicious and the steak cooked to perfection. On this occasion we were celebrating a birthday and staff went above and beyond for our celebration. Already looking forward to our next visit. If it is a Sunday we will try and get there earlier so we can try the roast dinner as it was only served until 6pm

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very clean. The food was absolutely delicious, the only thing letting it down is the service. It took an hour from receiving dessert menus to pay and leave the restaurant (we didn't have dessert as no one came to ask what we wanted). After requesting the bill it was another 20 minutes before I got up and asked someone to come and take our payment as no one was interested in our table. We were surrounded by tables drinking expensive wine that couldn't get enough of the waiters attention so this was very disappointing.

We went as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday. The food was awful. I would not recommend this restaurant. We had to wait ages for the food to come and we it did two meals were sent back.

Beautiful venue, superb faultless service from the team, and delicious food. I just wish I had saved space for a desert. The decoration in the main dining room is beautiful. There seemed to be lots of parties of ladies but no issues - it’s close to theatre land, hence our visit. We will definitely return and have recommended to our son.

Yesterday I have been to Luciano and I have been impressed from the greeting and the service. I had a spaghetti with vongole was amazing and the service was fast and quick, despite the restaurant was very busy. Andy the bartender was lovely and friendly and also Mandy was also friendly and attentive throughout my meal.

I’ll keep it short The place is lovely, nice decor, calm relaxing atmosphere. Sat there twiddling my fingers waiting for service (only a few tables were occupied), finally arrived, ordered starters, took a little more time but ok fine…Now after that lord, nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, sat there, an just sat there, finally someone comes round cleans the table asking if I’m ready for my mains, at which point my frustrated an kinda full from my starters. Nevertheless I thought I’d wait to see how my lobster linguine would turn out. Lord was I waiting, a waiting, I finally lost patience an appetite an asked for the bill. I’m assuming it’s the manager that came round, to tell me that he’s looked at the computer to see it “only” been 1hour … like seriously, 1hour?!, I’ve ordered 1bottle is water, garlic bread with mozzarella an it’s normal to wait from that till my mains?! Unacceptable, it doesn’t take an hour from the starters till your mains to arrive I’m sorry, considering that you weren’t even half full. Total shame as I was looking forward to the mains as the starters were good Will not be going back ! Just a quick update. Did reply back, 2weeks, absolutely nothing. Yet another attempt to look like they care, clearly not.

Daniel was our host and waiter. He looked after us so well and saw to our every need. The food was sublime, so delicious. It was my birthday and my dessert was served with a candle and a song! Lovely surprise!

We had a lovely time today at Lucianos, Carmen was a very sweet young girl who served us very nicely and was very patient with us. I really liked the atmosphere and enjoyed a lovely time with my friend. I will definitely come back soon.🙂

I went to lucianos and I had the best time with my friends, the food was amazing and we had a large lovely Allan looking after us which made us very comfortable and happy. We had a lovely experience and we will definitely be back soon.

We booked Luciano’s for my 65th birthday. We were warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome. The service and the food were exceptional. I have been before and I will definitely visit again as it’s so memorable. Lovely touch (and totally unexpected) is the staff sang happy birthday to me. The location is great and they don’t crowd you in so the ambiance is perfect. Cocktails were amazing

It was my second time in Luciano and I have to say the quality of food and service never let me down. Our server, Roland's recommendation and service was excellent. If you can, have a delicious cocktail in the radio rooftop bar after or before your meal as the view is fascinating .

Had such a lovely time. Roland is the best server. Funny and always ready for action. Thanks Terrel for the exceptional cocktails.

I have been twice now, both times service was incredible from the minute I entered until the moment I left. Valeria made me feel very welcome at the door, drinks at the bar from Terrel were impressive and tasty! The pizza was incredible, props to the chef. Definitely would visit again!

We went for our anniversary with out son..we were very excited about it. absolutely gorgeous inside.. brilliant service,and on the whole the food was great.. unfortunately my husband had the meatballs with a side of roast potatoes..he found it quite bland.. especially the potatoes..so was quite disappointed..my son had the seafood pasta which was amazing.we also had a lovely bottle of wine..we found the bill a bit expensive at £270 for 3 people,and noticed a £35 pound service charge which seemed a lot. Unfortunately we didn't want to complain as it was our anniversary.

I have dined here several times - always great experience! I particularly love people watching from the terrace in the summer and have attended ‘an evening with Gino’ which is well worth booking.

A wonderful Italian restaurant in the heart of London.

Have been here several times now since my son moved to London, and have always had a lovely time. My son mentioned it was my birthday on Sunday and Lonme arranged a special treat and a glass of Prosecco for us, it was a lovely gesture. My favourite restaurant 😊

I was actually looking forward to this and based on the reviews, didn’t think it would disappoint but the food was plain dreadful! (Sorry) Apollo Marinato - I was like bright yellow, borderline custard looking, a few slithers of mushroom and like a plate full of tomato’s!! Garlic and rosemary???? Not a whiff of either! Main meals were literally served as the starters were scooped up. Courgette Frittes had more oil than courgette and for the prices, clearly banking on tourism! Shame as the staff are adorable.l, really sweet but also leave you alone unless you need them. Would have been a one star but when I was 1st informed the spicy watermelon margaritas couldn’t be made non-spicy, hence demonstrating pre-made crap cocktails however the waiter decided to go ask the bar and got a yes! I’ve given two stars for the service and flexibility. The location and staff were GREAT!!! Don’t continue giving tourists this dreadful impression of London @ME Strand! I honestly mean the food was AWFUL!

This by far the best Italian in London. The doorway is covered with flowers so it’s easy to spot. You find a fun, updated Italian decor, and waiters dressed in clean black-and-white suits. Staff are professionals. My first sat at a small little two table, but then our waiter, recognizing it was too tight, moved us to a lovely round table with a pretty green floral background on the wall. We are ready for a delicious experience.. we started with the pasta wheel cooking up a light cream sauce and some fettuccine ,onions and shaved black truffle on top service table side. I enjoyed a table side fresh fish today. It was covered in a shell of salt and then set a flame ,taken-out of it in casement and delicately Deboned and place on my plate with the nice grilled lemon on the side. My husband had the chicken piccata traditionally cooked. Also had some fresh grilled Tuscany bread with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette dipped pots.

Went a lunch so a bit dead inside. Greeted really well and the staff were excellent. Had the lasagne which to my liking had way too much sauce. Personal preference though and I'm sure many others will lap it up. Overall great lunch

Glad we went out of the way from the usual family led high street brands and visit here. Great quality food and a nice atmosphere. We did have a mix up with my daughter's meal which meant all the meals in our party were out of synch but the staff were great.

This was a nice surprise choice by my husband. Lovely restaurant.... spacious so you don't feel crammed in. Good set menu choice. Unfortunately my daughter's order was taken incorrectly which resulted in her having to wait for her food whilst we had finished ours by the time hers came out. But the waiter was apologetic and put things right without any awkwardness. We would return.

Good presentation, beautifully decorated, great atmosphere

I lived in Italy for a few years this is not the Italian food like I had in Italy. We ordered the caprese there was tons of tomatoes which I loved and different sorts but not enough mozzarella for the price. My dinner was not very good the taste was a little bit Bland. There was salmon in my pasta but not enough for how much pasta there was and for the price . It seems that they save on the high end cost by cutting back on the more expensive items. My son's dinner he did not enjoy it all. The dessert was the best thing from all and I should have ordered that first. For the price that I spent I was expecting more.

Ate here on our 2nd evening in London, food was great, quite large portions, what we didn't like was that everything came very quickly one after the other, your empty plate of the starter was taken away and the primi was immediately placed, the empty plate of the primi was taken away. and the bulging board was immediately put down that could have been a bit calmer

I've been having my breakfast lately given that my business appointments are around the area, and I must admit that this restaurant is becoming one of the best to have a nice coffee, breakfast or lunch. Nice quiet atmosphere. The service is amazing and Argens salma and fabio are my favourite people! Always welcoming me to the restaurant and always with a smile! Am happy and pleased to have A class service as its the suitable one for a 5*hotel.thank you!

The chicken marinara is very good. The waiter Carlos was very attentive and helpful, I went a few years ago but only now I remembered.

Having seen the matinee performance of Tina on the 8th August our son suggested Luciano for a meal after to complete our Diamond Wedding Anniversary day out. What a superb choice from the greeting when we entered to when we left. The food was excellent, the service superb and the atmosphere just right. We also enjoyed some banter with the floor manager, a young gentleman from Salerno which helped the evening along. Would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant to our friends. Great restaurant for dinner pre-theatre!!

I have spent an incredible vacation in London, and I was at Luciano restaurant where I received excellent attention from Kate. She suggested linguine sea food and they were very delicious and apart from that the dessert was also delicious, we were super pleased with the place and the Excellent service from Kathe, I would go again without problems and I recommend it to my friends.

My second time dining at this restaurant, it must be said how pleasant the service is and the good quality of the food it offers. I recommend it 100%. I was delighted with the amazing service that was offered to me, in particular by the waitress Amanda, a very cheerful girl. I have nothing but beautiful things to say about this beautiful and unique dinner.

Our family had such a delightful experience at Luciano! The guest relations manager, Paula, was incredibly welcoming, and our server, Katherine, was an absolute gem. Luciano is the perfect place for a pre-theatre meal with a wide array of lovely food and drink options. We were especially impressed by the variety of kids' menu items, the beautiful interiors, and the delicious food. The Fettuccine Gamberoni was cooked to perfection, and the Tarfuto pizza was heavenly. We can't wait to be back soon!

I took my family to this restaurant to celebrate my sons 21st birthday as he had visited this restaurant for his 18th birthday. The restaurant is nice, service was good but unfortunately the food was diabolical. I asked for a calzone pizza and there was two bits of salami in it, no tomato sauce and uncooked cheese, as you can see in the photo. My sons pizza was also terrible. The other 6 meals were ok but not to a high standard i expected. We complained to the manager who reduced the bill but i wanted the best experience for my sons 21st not money off the bill. I had a call from the restaurant two days later saying i could go back and they would give me a round of drinks and deserts and try to show me what the restaurant could do. I declined as i didnt think i should have to spend more money to try and get the experience i expected on his birthday. All 8 of us were very very disappointed with the evening.

Salmon Pasta was a little like "Find Wally", wife's meal was supposedly quite nice (carbornara).

Absolutely amazing service; we asked for a taste of the carbonara and our lovely server, Ali, got us an entire small portion made to taste - 10/10 service for this! Special shout out and thank you to Camilo and Ali!! The food was lovely but pizzas were cold coming out. Also, they were not cut which I think they should be beforehand (at least handed a pizza cutter). Service and staff were impeccable and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable on the menu! Atmosphere was lovely. Would highly recommend and will 100% be back! Thank you so much to all who work so hard here!

Had dinner in Luciano twice in the last weeks but last night was just splendid. Lovely atmosphere! I heard the voice of Mina singing Il cielo en una stanza and I traveled in time. Trouble in paradise is such a tasty and creative cocktail. Only Carbonara deserves an entire 5⭐️ review on its own. Carlos and Renato delivered an outstanding service. Very nice and professional people. Will have to come back before planned I believe👏🏼

By far one of the best Italian restaurants in London

I came to lunch with my girlfriend! It was a lovely place, the food was very nice and the service was excellent. Carlos was a great waiter, he was very welcoming and he gave us great recommendations from the menu.

Let me set the scene, it was a first date, nerve racking, however, the vibe of this restaurant put at ease and we even shared a lady and the tramp scene with our pasta. Carlos, what a legend! Really made my night special and worth coming back for. Would highly recommend.
