Lucia Coffeehouse.... I have never been so excited to go to a coffee shop before. I genuinely mean it. Week after week they provide outstanding service. The quality of the food and drink is exceptional. They are always made with freshly, and you always greeted with a such welcoming smile. I would give a shoutout to every amazing staff. Since this shop opened, I've become a regular customer. friendly staff and great atmosphere! But I was really disappointed yesterday, I went with my friend she ordered Matcha latte , after one sip test was not as up to standard . We requested replacement with normal latte ,manager said she did explanation to the customer while she was taking order what does it Marcha latte mean . ( My friend having a Marcha latte all the times ) that’s why she can not exchange also she or other worker said we can’t give free coffee , we won’t asking free coffee we were asking for replacement.

Honestly, I don’t often write reviews. I also work down the road in another cafe so the fact I’m here writing this right now shows just how good the coffee here is. Consistently good, every single time! I always pop by before or after my work because the coffee is that elite. The staff are just wonderful, sweet and attentive. My naughty dog once peed inside the cafe which was embarrassing but I felt nothing but care and understanding by the staff. Overall.. I truly recommend this place. Whether it’s for a quick coffee or those amazing fresh pizzas and lunch options. Take yourself there when you’re in the area! You’ll understand why I’m taking the time to write this long essay haha :) x

I just want to give a good 5 stars feedback for this amazing coffee/restaurant.I live in Bounds Green and I go to Lucia in Woodgreen almost everyday.The food is really amazing and the prices are so good almost cant believe.Im surprised because the quality is very good everything is handmade and fresh.I love particularly the vegan apple pie,I not Vegan but this pie is amazing.The mocha nutella is really as well i never saw this mix before.And the calzone and toasts with scramble eggs and avocato are amazing.Really they served proper❤️.And I can't forget the amazing customer service for the staff,they are always so friendly they really work hard always with the smile in the face🤗🙏🏼Today,I came here to have a flat white and apple pie and I think the manager was really friendly asked me if I would like to see a partucular cake in the store.So kind this is customer service.We like to complaint when things are wrong but is very important to praise when you feel valued and special.Thank you to all the team and continue with success🤗🙏🏼

The best greek coffee in Wood green and so cozy place The stuff was so friendly and kind and we felt very welcomed there.

Had a lovely time sitting and chatting to my friend. Someone came up to me and said I should move the chair and sit in a different chair because that’s not to loud. I have been there for one hour and a half and then was told to move to another table because the chair was not supposed to be there. This is very disgusting after sitting there for an hour and a half and someone is telling you to get up and go and sit somewhere else because the chair was not supposed to be there very rude person tried to explain that the chair was there. I cannot understand that conversation about the chair, very disgusted not going back there again all about the chair that should not have been there and the chair was there when I got there

I love Lucia’s. Whenever I’m in London I go there almost every day. I love their omelettes, bagels and the Cypriot orange cakes are to die for. The coffee is very good as well.

I love Lucia! Whenever I'm around Wood Green, I try to pop in - and it's top of my list for meeting friends for coffee or dinner in that area. The coffee and hot chocolate are consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of non-dairy milks for coffee, which makes my day. The pizza is amazing, and there's a really good selection of sandwiches and lighter things to eat.

No matter where I am in North London, I will always visit this place. They are the best in everything, excellent coffee, Greek products, so tasty pizza, I can’t praise this shop enough.

So, I am going to Lucia whenever I want to treat myself... That's right.. Being there is a treat.. Today, I had a cheese 🧀 pie and my favourite coffee ☕ and I am so grateful. Posto molto carino, in un’ottima posizione, e visto da fuori sembra una chicca. Ci sono stata venerdì dopo pranzo e non c’era molta gente, peccato per l’organizzazione caotica e le tazze sporche, il cappuccino non era male ma ne ho bevuti di meglio

Such an amazing place. Lovely welcoming staff, delicious coffee, amazing latte art, spotless shop. I was amazed from the delicious coffee, banoffee milkshake, vegan mushroom pie & marinara pizza as i am vegan. Everything was so delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to everyone, kids friendly place as well. I will definitely be back. Well done Lucia Team, you are so lovley ♥️

Lucia has been the best shop in the area. The Greek pies and breakfast is so delicious. Coffee is always excellent.

The worst service I have ever seen… the manager is rude ( named Christina ). The food is not tasteful…
