L's Kitchen in Breckland

When driving through Thetford on the way to London for our sons 13th birthday, we thought we’d get a breakfast at Sainsbury’s, thinking it would have a cafe. I asked the sainsbury’s security guard if there was an in store Cafe, and he directed us across the road to this little gem!! Service was fantastic and the breakfast and cost were too. We’ll be back.

Very friendly people and the best breakfast in this area and many others at great value. There are plenty of choices and includes take away and pre orders . The staff will go the extra mile. I go very often.

Right. Where to start...in short, this is the best cafe that I think I’ve ever been to. There are many measures for what makes a great place to eat and I think they are as follows. Quality - in this case, Food quality exceptional and cooked to high standard. 10/10. Service - Richard & Lucy almost make this like they’ve invited you to their home. Welcoming & engaging, another 10/10. Cleanliness - outstanding! And I’m talking pre and post Covid. Every visit, I have found the cafe to be spotless. 10/10. Variety - amazing. There will be something for everyone I guarantee. I stick to the incredible ‘Mighty Mega’ full English breakfast but there are so many other dishes to choose from. The menu is amazing - 10/10. Finally, Value - this is where again, L’s Kitchen excels. I can’t believe how reasonable the cost of eating at L’s Kitchen is. Incredible value - 10/10. In short, if you haven’t eaten here, do so. I consider myself a bit of a full English breakfast connoisseur and genuinely think this is the best place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. You will not be disappointed.

Really good breakfast and amazing value for money. Super friendly staff and everything spotlessly clean and Covid safe. A gem of a place.

Stopped here on way through Thetford. Glad I did. Place was apparently taken over this year by a husband and wife duo. I had Richard’s Mega Breakfast. Everything cooked fresh and very tasty. Sometimes you stop at these cafe/diners and the sausages are just cheap mush. Not these, very meaty and tasty sausages. Plenty of choice on the menu, not just your usual cafe fair. Oh and if you have room, save some space for Lucy’s homemade cakes (different everyday, apparently). Overall, if your visiting Thetford and you fancy good, home cooked food. This place is def worth a visit!

We went for breakfast and really enjoyed the mega for 2 of us and a mini breakfast for 1. The bacon and sausages were really tasty the mixed choice of tinned tomatoes and baked beans rather than one or the other was a nice touch. It was all cooked perfectly, my favourite was that mushrooms were included too. We were unable to resist the homemade bakes on the counter and left with chocolate oatcake and banana bread. If you like your food you will love it here.

The ladies run this place with a happy atmosphere with well prepared food at prices that you will find hard to beat. They also offer take-away service on sandwiches, rolls, baguettes etc.

Great food, friendly service, will cater to what you want, and quality food. Eating in or on the go.

I work just round the corner and always go here, lovely staff and very quick service. There food is great and would recommend it to anyone!! 10/10 perfect lunch food.

Encuéntrese con mate y ir a algún lugar para el desayuno una vez por semana. No volvería. Tenía 9,66 desayuno. Simplemente no es bueno. Sólo 1 salchichas . aspecto positivo refresco té o café ... desayuno mucho mejor cucharas.deberían ir nosotros.
