Lounge 418 in Sheffield

He disfrutado ir a este restaurante varias veces al mes durante el año pasado. Soy vegetariana y lo soy desde hace 7 años y hoy decidieron poner una salchicha de carne en mi desayuno vegetariano. El camarero vino rápidamente y nos hizo saber que esto había sucedido. Le expliqué que éramos vegetarianos y esto no era aceptable, la camarera declaró que no era cerdo ya que es un establecimiento Halal. Le expliqué que estaba bien, pero no como carne. La camarera procedió entonces a decirme que todas las salchichas estaban cocinadas juntas. La camarera literalmente tomó el plato y cambió las salchichas (no aceptable en absoluto). Así que recomendaría que se le diga a todos los que soliciten el desayuno vegetariano o vegano que tanto las opciones veganas como las veganas se cocinan junto con la carne, esto hay que explicárselos porque esto no es lo que esperan los vegetarianos o veganos cuando asisten a un restaurante. Cocinarlos juntos es contaminación cruzada para alimentos veganos y vegetarianos

Estuve aquí un par de veces ahora y nunca tuve una mala experiencia. La comida siempre es deliciosa y los cócteles siempre están listos. Sí, puede estar ocupado y puede que tengas que esperar un poco más de lo esperado, pero eso es solo una señal de lo popular y lo bueno que es este lugar. Esta noche no fue la excepción. Nuestro servidor Izzy era tan encantador y servicial. Ella era atento y educado, muy encantador y un crédito al salón 418. Esperamos volver muy pronto.

El servicio era muy bueno y la comida era deliciosa, sin duda recomendaría este lugar. también proporcionaron mantas ya que fuera hacía frío.

Un almuerzo encantador con mi amigo. Gracie nuestra camarera era muy agradable y muy servicial. La comida era muy buena y el servicio excelente.

Really delicious English breakfast great to pair with the freshly squeezed orange juice. Food and service was fantastic served by Era who was kind and quick to take the order and bring the food out.

Lounge 418 was just perfect for hanging out waiting for my husband to join us from a trip. Gracie really made us feel looked after. When we sat outside she made sure we knew where the button for the heater was. When we moved inside it was no trouble to set us up with a table. Helpful recommendations for us when we wanted a mix of starters and mains to share. So even tho we were a bit sad that they no longer do tapas we had a great time with excellent service.

Gracie provided great service. There was good communication and the food here was nice. Highly recommend the dirty burger and the grilled sea bass.

Amazing service is so hard to come by but Gracie was incredible. The food and drink were perfect. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic food. Fantastic staff. Not a smile/ please/ thank you from other demanding customers yet all served with grace and a smile and it does not seem to be reciprocated by entitled customers.Gracie and Bronwyn were amazing

Lovely place to go for dinner in the local area. very reasonable pricing for what they provide. Our sever Gracie, was very nice and accommodating to what we were after. Would come again.

Good food but really poor service! We visited on Christmas Day and there was only one person serving who claimed to be the owner. He was very defensive and snappy. As I asked him to bring drinks along with starters, he blurted he bad only two hands. Later once asked for something else, he asked me to be patient in a very patronising manner. Later he told me he was the only person working. He explained he didn’t want to open the restaurant in the day but since he had a good night sleep, he decided to work. However he was not expecting as many customers. Completely unapologetic for his dismissive and patronising attitude. Hence two stars!

10/10 Amazing service, will 100% be returning, great for a meet up with friends with a few cocktails, great atmosphere, lovely and friendly staff.

Am a regular at Lounge 418. All the staff are great, helpful and curteous but a special mention for Saeed who is the owner. He always goes out of his way to accommodate us and we are made to feel very welcome. The ambience and atmosphere of Lounge is superb as is the setting and location. I recommend their entire menu as it is unique and caters for all pallets. The food is always freshly prepared and very appetising. There isn’t a place like it in Sheffield. My wife and kids are especially fond of the fresh juices served here as there are very few places in Sheffield that serve freshly prepared fruit juice.

The service is amazing, they really make an effort to give us a good experience, and they definitely nailed it. I will definitely come back

Enjoyed an absolutely delicious breakfast - we ordered the full English and the vegetarian breakfast. Generous portions, quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and all served with a big smile by the charming staff! We sat outside and it was dog friendly - the lovely waiter even brought out a bowl of water for the dog. Will definitely be back!

Had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant for my birthday brunch. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place. Ive come to this establishment a few times & its never failed to disappoint me. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Saeed especially went above and beyond to make my experience above expectations. As a complimentary gift he surprised me with Happy Birthday chocolate cake in which i thought was very thoughtful & sweet. Most definitely made my day. I went in for food and one min came out with a potential job and got it today,love the vibe in their the staff are amazing foods top notch been their in my spare time in the past.But so proud to say I’m finally got a proper job and working somewhere so nice with such a lovely caring supportive team.so grateful to be working here guys thanks for opportunity😊

I come here often and always have a fabulous time with amazing cocktails. The food is delicious, the atmosphere and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Definitely my number one place to go when I feel like a fancy evening :)
